Aww, you're really just a softie, huh?
My last movie was:
Sydney White - 5/10
Awful. Teenage flick starring Amanda Bynes as "Sydney" White in a remake of Snow White and the Seven Dwarves + a little Rose Red side story. It was fun to pick out the comparisons between the animated classic (and the much older, original fairy tales) and this one, but that's about it.
Also saw:
The Warrior's Way - 7.5/10
It was okay. As okay as a weird West-meets-East-so-CGI-it's-almost-anime flick can be. The special effects were fun, the cinematography was good, Jang was a decent lead, and the baby was cute as hell. The ending sucked a**. And that MIDGET. He nearly ruined the whole movie for me.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 - 9/10
As an avid Potter fan, I really don't like the movies much. I watch them because I feel kind of obligated, but this one, along with part one, felt the most true to the books (even though it probably strayed from the actual storyline the most). I liked it.
There's a ton of others, but I'll just stick with these for now.

Contagion - 8.5/10
It was really good, though not anything groundbreaking as far as movies in this genre go. They get extra props for using real science rather than made up movie science though. I was like *o* I understand this stuff.
50/50 - 10/10
This movie was amazing. I could see how some people might not enjoy it, but I loved it. Seth Rogen was...Seth Rogen, so if you don't like him, you probably won't like it. But I laughed a lot, I cried a little...I felt like it really dealt with the issue pretty well, considering how movies generally treat cancer.

Fast 5 - 9.5/10
Man, this was a sexy movie, you actually didn't need to have watched the previous 4 films to be up to par at what's currently gone down since this movie kinda moved away from the whole racing car theme it's had before. There was alot of action, and comedy in this surprisingly. Vin Diesel vs. The Rock, come on. And at the end of the movie, they hinted that Letty was found hijacking from a convoy in Germany, she's alive? which makes you think there will be another sequel, which there will be! 4laugh

Immortals - 7.5/10
It was a pretty nice story sort of cliche, the action scenes reminded me of Prince of Persia the video game. The whole thing about how Gods are super humans and probably can't be killed was squashed in this film. Well, they did have super powers but once out numbered are as mortal as anyone. The ending looked to hint at a sequel, so look out for that.

Rise of the Planet of the Apes - 8/10
The CGI work in this was fantastic as it came from the same people who did Avatar and Lord of the Rings. The buildup was good as they took their time setting the story up so that when the climax happened, we become invested in it.
Oh, Tom Felton was in it, awkward seeing him speak english in his regular voice and also not as a wizard.

Big Momma's House 3: Like Father, Like Son - 7/10
Actually liked this, I actually understood all the references with rappers and hip hop they used in the film and it was pretty funny. Pretty much a feel good movie, standard comedy. It's worth checking out.
Super 8 - 5/10
Dissapointed in this film. JJ Abrams and Steven Spielberg worked on this film so it sounds like this would be an epic film. I thought it was dull as hell. When things looked to soon pick up, it's back to dullness. The trainwreck at the beginning was pretty cool but it seemed way overdone like, one little truck could cause ALL that havoc?

I actually enjoyed super 8. Mulan10/10 First time seeing Mulan. I loved it. Moneyball6/10 With Brad Pitt and Jonah Hill (who usually plays in comedies). It's about honkball, I'm not really a sport freak, and I thought it was pretty boring. It had some good parts in it, but that's it.

Sherlock Holmes - The game of Shadows 9/10
Much longer than the first Sherlock Holmes film and pretty much a different movie from the last. Same characters star in it but you shouldn't go into this movie expecting a sequel. Love the slow mo fight clips where he dictates what will happen in a couple seconds. the ending was pretty awesome for me, it was like a bummer then oh shiiiiiiiiit kinda moment. If you have a good attention span, this is a movie to check out!
