Alice nodded once and cast the ball forward with strength and elegance. As soon as the ball left her hand she smiled Oh how I’ve missed this!
Jasper's mind wondered and he felt the shear excitement in the air.

 Bella swung as the ball came her way. She knocked the ball towards the left, clear out into the forest, and began running as fast as she could to first base.

"woot!! Go bella!" Seth said enthusiastically even if she wasn't on his team he was having fun just watching them run.

 Jacob hooted as Bella let a really nice ball fly toward left field. "Yeah, Bella!" Jake cheered, tracking the ball with his eyes.

With Nessie thinking very intently on the game, and her mother hitting the perfectly pitched ball by Alice, she noticed how friendly this game would actually be. The other team hadn't said anything at least yet. "Run, Mom!" she yelled.

Jane immediately saw the Ball coming, Bring it on she thought a wide grin on her face. She ran to beat bella, and boy were they fast.

Bella grinned as she heard everyone cheering for her. She began pushing herself harder. Soon, she noticed Jane chasing after her, so Bella dove for first base. Bella barely made it, but she got her hand on the base. Did I make it in time, though? she thinks to herself, looking around to see if Jane made it before herself.

Jane saw bella, but she was still faster since she's smaller. Her foot touched the base the second before bella did. "I win" she grinned to her

" Nice going Jasper!" Alice teased, nodding over to Bella and Jane at first base. " Day dreaming again?" she said, smiling at Jasper, who looked to first base.
"Oh. Sorry..." Jasper muttered, realizing he had been looking straight up into the sky. He ran his hands through his wet hair and shook his head. "Okay- who's next?"

Seth was hopping up and down waiting for his turn. Leah was sulking on the edge of the feild paul was ready for the challenge.
Seth was imagining how fun it would be to hit that ball and just run.

"Ohhh," Nessie said. "So close," she muttered. Simply because she wanted to annoy Seth she said, "I am," and stuck her tongue out. She walked quickly to home base and picked up the wooden bat. "Ready when you are," she said to Alice.

Alice got the ball back from first and held it up in the air. " Ok kids, are you going to keep up this time?" She teased. She pitched the ball again, this time with more speed, and to her disappointment, it veered to the right. " I have got to practice more..." She muttered to herself.
Jasper tuned back in and paid attention to the ball, ready to run if he had to.
