  "I think I woke up," Shiki said in reply, "I don't feel her presence anywhere and Len's here, so is she gone?" He asked.

Shiki looked at Sandra, "So I killed her?" He put a hand to his forehead, "...Not again..." He moaned.

Sandra followed after him, still watching him in worry. "What do you mean by you woke up?" she asked.

Shiki said this as he was walking, "...When rational thought and logic is denied...That is the Condition of Awakening..." Now he understood what that dream meant. Now he's afraid to go back to sleep.

Sandra frowned at him, but stayed quiet. She wasn't going to ask him to sleep if it was that bad for him. She reached into her bag, careful not to drop Len, and pulled out the key to their room so she could open it and walk inside.

Shiki stopped at their door. His expression was vacant as he was thinking about something. He stared blankly at the death on the door.

"Do you think you should put your glasses back on?" Sandra questioned as she opened the door and then walked in.

 "Yeah. That could be good," Shiki said and put his glasses on. He walked into the room. Len started purring weakly in Sandra's arms.

Sandra smiled down at len as she closed the door. Then she walked over to the bed and carefully put Len down on it. She sat down next to the cat and petted her gently.
