((Two or three weeks sounds good. I have a surprize planned in a few pages))
It had been a few weeks and everybody seemed to settle in. Rei was curretly in the kicthen filling cream puffs. She had gotton the urge to bake and had found this resipe online.

Ryou was sitting at the kitchen table, his feet curled up underneath him, reading a book he had recently found in the library. He seemed very engrossed by it. His yami hadn't made too many appearances, and it had become Inuyasha's new favorite activity to see how long he could taunt Ryou until the spirit came out.
Sora disapproved of this and was always trying to keep Inuyasha distracted so he couldn't target Ryou. Currently Sora was out in the backyard with the half demon, trying to teach him how to play tennis. Sparring got boring after so many battles. Both of them enjoyed physical activity, and goodness knew there was plenty of things to do in the large house.

Rei smiled and walked to ryou with a cream puff "here ryou try this" She said with a smile. Rei enyoed spending time with ryou. he was much calmer than the others.
Rin was on the sidelines watching them play. Rin liked to hang out withsora. he was loads of fun.

Ryou held up a hand, one finger held up, as though to pause the world. He read until the end of the sentence he was on, and then looked up, smiling. He accepted the cream puff with a word of thanks, before taking a tentative bite. "It's very good." He complimented earnestly.
"Whew..." Sora finally gasped, tossing his racket to the side. Once Inuyasha had gotten the hang of tennis, he was practically a pro. "You're too much for me, Inuyasha." He panted, flopping down on the court, exaggerating his exhaustion.

Rei fell quiet as he held his finger up. When he complemented her baking rei smiled softly "Thanks. I felt like baking today." She said.
Rin giggled and ran over with a water bottle "here!" she said handing the bottle to sora.Rei had told her a while ago if she was going to be outside for a long time they all needed to have water.

Ryou kept his gaze on Rei, and his fingers blindly searched the table for his bookmark. After saving his place, he pushed the book aside and shifted in his chair. "Would you like any help with that? I would feel bad if I was just sitting in here doing nothing."
"Ahh... water..." Sora gasped, accepting the bottle from her and unscrewing the top. After taking a long drink, he grinned up at the little girl, since he was still sprawled out on the ground. "Better than any Elixir."

"If you want too. Im just filling up cream puffs at the moment." Rei said heading back over to the counter where she had the cream puffs.
Rin giggled softly. taking another bottle she ran over and handed it to inuyasha"Here!"

Ryou followed Rei in silence, trying to remember how to make these. His mother used to. They were his favorite dessert. "What are Inuyasha and Sora up to?" He only needed to ask after those two; he knew that Rin would be with one of them most times.
Inuyasha had just been about to spike a tennis ball at Sora's head, but tossed the fuzzy green ball off to the side as Rin hurried over. "Sure, why not." He muttered, taking the bottle and drinking. Sora was getting up to his feet. "So, Sora, you gonna admit I'm better than you?" He jeered, putting one hand on his hip.
"You hit it too hard!" Sora complained. "I always have to go diving after the ball. You need to learn to play better, or at least nicer." He got Inuyasha's tennis racket chucked at his head for this.

"Tennis I think" Rei said and handed him a bag that had cream in it "here poke into a the puff and fill. It's simple" she said.
Rin laughed.

"I don't see what's so exciting about so much physical activity." Ryou grumbled, taking the pastry bag from her. "I know they're fighters and all, but they don't have all of their strength from before, right? If I were in their places, I would be upset if I was weaker, and wouldn't want to..." Ryou trailed off, realizing he was talking too much. He never used to talk this much before, even with his friends.
His yami commented dryly from the back of his mind. Surprisingly, the dark spirit had been speaking more. To him, anyway, Ryou hadn't been sure if it was an improvement or not. The spirit enjoyed pointing out his mistakes a lot of the time.
Sora picked up his own racket and hurled it back towards Inuyasha. The demon was hit in the stomach, and then promptly chased Sora, who had already been exhausted. He pounced hwen he was close enough, and rubbed Sora's face in grass before letting him up. "You're a mess." He commented as he looked at Sora's grass stains and the dirt.

"Im much happier just relaxing. Sure I like to be active once in a while but not all the time..." Rei said filling cream puffs. "I guess Liking physical activity is just somthing you have are you dont..."

"Definitely not me." Ryou said, quieting down as he continued to fill the cream puffs. He was trying to squeeze the very last out of his bag when the two males in question burst into the kitchen. He looked up, frowning slightly. He was going to point out that they were both filthy, but thought that that was fairly obvious.
"Oh, man, I'm exhausted." Sora said, peering to see what the two were doing. He couldn't help but wrinkle his nose a little. He didn't like cooking-- he wasn't even any good at it. "I'm going to go wash up, though. Inuyasha rubbed me in the grass."

"Whats that?" rin asked.

Sora hastily retreated from the kitchen, and Inuyasha went to Ryou, plucking the cream puff out of the boy's hand. Ryou looked like he was about to protest to this, but Inuyasha had somehow already scarfed the pastry down. He arched an eyebrow at Ryou's somewhat annoyed expression. "What? The food is off-limits now too?" Recently he had been given a lecture about how he was not allowed to enter Ryou's bedroom without permission, or if an emergency was going on.

Rei sighed "No you dont take things out of peoples hands! Do you need another leture?I thought the 5 hour one on manners was enough!" Rei said annoyingly.
