Stephanie frowned and looked behind her.
"Well then." she mumbled.
She sat down, placing her head in her hands, and looked up at everyone else through her fingers.

"I imagine I could try to lead you through these caverns... I could... but even if you decided you wanted to face the dangers, we could get lost. I am by no means any authority on navigating this place." Oliver told them, lowering his hands and leaning on a case that no one had noticed him having before.
"However, I would ask that we could please go wherever you decide, because standing here is not the solution." Then Oliver smiled at Stephanie. "I didn't see you here, before. Are you well?"
As if to reinforce Oliver's earlier statement, another howl, somewhat closer and much more ominous, spawned from the distance.

Stephanie moved her hands and smiled back at Oliver.
"I'm fine, thank you." she said and then shivered as she heard the howl, "What is that?"

Both Oliver and Rosemary followed, the latter trudging along, dragging her nice shoes against the ground, the former shuffling along without the use of a cane any longer.

Oliver stopped, then raised his arms and looking around, as if he hadn't noticed his cane was gone. "I... I don't know," Oliver replied, puzzled expression on his face as he scratched his head.
Rosemary sighed and pushed him along, not stopping until the old man had regained his slow gait.

Stephanie burst out laughing.
"Wow..." she said and then shivered as there was a sudden draft, "Jeez, let's hurry up and get back already, it's freezing down here."

kryxel opened the door and said "welcome to hotel le dump. the worst place you will spend the night...garanteed(sp)" he walked in and waited for the others to shuffle skuff and slide thier way in before shuting and baracading the door.

Oliver glanced around, studying the room. "I've never even known these caverns were down here - let alone an actual room!" He mused. "How did you come to find this place, all of you?"
Rosemary walked into the far corner and leaned against the wall, before sliding down to rest on the ground. A huge pout covered her entire face.
"I hate cards."

"nam and i decided to explore...and we found a trapdoor...it was easy because of the hallow sound. not like this..." he tapped part of the wall and heard a hallow sound. "what?" he brushed off some of the dirt and found a door...inside was a room much like the one they left...exept it held clothes and more cots and blankets.
"it looks like a old girls room" kryxel said scraiping away some of the dirt from the pink wallpaper.
"well...we have a place to sleep and the girls have a change of clothes...i will see if we can modify some of those dresses into...somthing more male for us guys...nam get two of those cots and put them in the first room...they guys room...alya you set up this room for the girls...oliver and rose you can help."

Rosemary simply turned her head away and pouted more.
Staring at the girl with a sigh, Oliver gingerly rubbed his arthritic old hands, and began slowly walking into the next room. "I shall help," he agreed, but the going was slow for him. He couldn't lift a cot - only drag it. But he did know how to change clothing and clean and tidy up - those things he learned as a result of his occupation.
"We don't have very many things to use," he said slowly, "but I suppose if you stitch that shirt here, and here, and cut through a new hole it would be a perfect pair of trousers."
Oliver then shuffled to a dresser, sitting all alone in a corner and collecting dust. "I can't say for sure whether this would or wouldn't, but it may hold needle, thread, scissors, and other sewing tools. And possibly more clothes," he added, before slowly making his way over the open the dresser.
Rosemary peeked into the room, walked in and sat on a cot in the corner, and just stared at the wall. Arms folded across her chest, eyes watering as she fought to stave off tears.
After a minute, she turned to Nam. "I... want to play cards," she admitted.
