Make sure it's French vanilla! The normal kind just sort of tastes like milk that's been in the freezer too long.

Enchiladas are good for the soul. They are one of the most powerful comfort foods out there. The only thing that beats them and that's mashed poetatoes...and sushi. But I may be a bit biased... Spiral begins to set the table for dinner.
