Lily tried to grip her as she faded away, but it did her no good. Rya was gone and too far away from Lily to track her by her emotions. There was nothing she could do so the magic store faded from her mind. Then she hugged herself, feeling sick to her stomach. Too much was happening, she couldn't take all of it.

Keiri landed on the ground nearby, watching them silently. She didnt know what to make of all this. The pixie sized dragon girl was just as confused as the others. All she knew was that Rya wanted to save her and destroy all artifitial life... Kieri wondered. Wasnt she artifitial life? The structure of her body wasnt natural at all... Nor was the structure of Keiran, within Kir's eye.

Kir's hand unconsciously went to his left eye and he rubbed it hard. He grit his teeth and tears started to form. He couldn't let this end like it did! But Kieran had nothing extra to add. And now everyone seems to be ignoring him.

Lily's fingernails and fangs shortened to normal and her eyes faded back to their normal blue color. All then did she look back at Kir, tears of her own in her eyes. "Kir, we have to do something. Rya is going to do something bad," she told him, still holding herself.

"..." Kir looked over at Lily and it was evident in his pained expression that he was thinking something to her.

Lily only looked more pained. She shook her head. "I can't hear you, Kir. Our connection is gone. It's broken," she said, her voice strained. She had felt it break and she knew that if one was broken, they all were. All of them.

"...?!" Kir took a small step back. He broke all of the connections when he was activated?! No! But why?! Was it because of Rya?! He lifted his hand from his now bloody left eye and made himself appear like he was arguing with Lily, but no thoughts came out. He grit his teeth, "Lily! Give me the activation order! We're going to track down Rya!" He thought strongly. His eye closed. Now he's gone and done it. It's bleeding steadily now.

Lily slowly pushed herself to her feet. "I'm sorry, Kir," she said, her tears finally running down her cheeks. "Activate," she said, quietly.

"...!" Kir felt the familiar rush of magic as it crushed his mind ruthlessly. A barrier formed around himself and he waited for a command, only now he needed them to be verbal. He still completely accepted Lily as his owner, so he turned to her for guidance.

Some Might Say... Archereus looked at the two. The odd pair. The angel and the vampire. He kept a ways from them, but just within ear shot. Not that it mattered. They didn't seem to be saying anything important. well, important to him at least. And yet he continued to watch them, knowing that they were tied to recent history. Perhaps eventually they'd let loose a clue to where he should be. Just when he was bout to leave. The vampire spoke a single word which resulted in a burst of energy. the angel was no longer the sickly creature he had been. Keiri tilted her head. "What is activate?" Even though the same order would have affected Keiri, her changes negated the crystallis's line of order, and thinking. Keiri was like a broken computer, staring at them with a confused look."Whats going on?"

Lily glanced at Keiri and Altair. She wasn't really thinking about the emotions around , so she didn't notice they were being watched. "Bring them with us," she ordered him, pointing to Keiri and Altair. "And locate Rya."

"..." Kir closed his eyes. As he was scanning the planet for Rya's signal, barriers formed around Keiri and Altair and Lily. He opened his right eye and looked to Lily, waiting for the next command.

"When you locate her, bring us to where she is," Lily ordered, trying to bury the pain she was feeling. It was more out of habit than anything else. It wouldn't matter now that the connection was gone. Then she looked to Keiri. "We're going, do you want to stay here?" she questioned.
