Marcus's heart once again began to pound profusely as Akido lay her head on him. The odd feeling wasn't exactly welcome or understood. Regardless, it was obvious that the dream took a turn for the worse and even though this would only worsen the pounding of his heart, Marcus wrapped his arms around her to help comfort her. "Maybe this wasn't the best of ideas, huh"

"I thought it was a great idea. I'm sorry if it made you tired. I forgot how beautiful some places were, and just what it was like. I thought I was over it all but I guess not." The feeling of his arms around her helped the feeling of being alone. It wasn't the same but it helped more than he knew. Stifling a sob she wiped her eyes across the back on her hand. Apologizing again she knew she should move but wasn't sure she wanted to. The Fae were never meant to live in isolation and she had been doing it for years and once she left this place would go back to doing it. Pulling back to sit up on her own power she wiped her eyes again but had managed a real smile, in her eyes it had been worth the pain.

Marcus felt bad, if he had put in the extra effort he could have controlled the illusion and kept it from becoming what it did. Still, it puzzled Marcus that he needed to work as hard as he did to start the illusion, all the more evidence that there was something different about Akido. "Yeah, don't worry about it, I'm fine" Letting out a sigh, trying to put the bit of guilt behind him, he then added "So... what do you wanna do now?"

Her smile grew a bit, "Oh I don't know I think it's been a pretty eventful day. I have been here less than a few hours and I have had a chance to talk with a brilliant professor, see two guys get ice wedgies, I was talked by a were, at some lunch, see my home, gather some flowers. I fear if we keep this up there will be nothing fun left to do here by the time the sun sets." Looking around the garden, "You should choose where we go next. I'm all out of ideas." Akido knew in theory what was around but hadn't actually seen most of the stuff. Anywhere was fine with her being on the move so much kept her from being bored though that seemed impossible at this place.

James nodded his head, taking Lucas's hand.
"Thank you," he said before sitting down in the chair he had motioned to.

Cole smiled and laughed slightly at Luna's comment.
"I don't think we'll have to kill him," he said before turning and walking towards the building. "But thanks anyway." He came to the door and reluctantly opened it. He stepped inside the lobby and glanced over at the office. The lingering question of what he wanted seemed to grow stronger as he got closer.
He walked over to the office door and opened it up, glancing over his shoulder to see if Luna had followed or not.

Ayan descended down the stairs, a frown on her face. She hadn't been at the school for a while. She'd just come back from a vacation, only to come back to a place she hardly remembered. She glanced around. This was the office... Right?
She sighed. "I hate this!" she growled. She turned around and spotted two students coming through the door. She frowned, debating whether or not to ask them for directions. It wasn't so much as she didn't like them- she had no idea who they were- she just didn't like talking to other people.

Luna was right behind Cole the whole way, first off she was a female and loved the thought of meeting his dad, second she was a mutant and was protecting the other mutants. She saw Lucas behind the desk and she could only assume that the other male was his dad. She walked in the door next to Cole and closed it behind her.

"Luna I wasn't expecting you as well. Never the less, Sir you son is here." He motioned to the doorway and wondered if they would expect privacy or if he didn't care. Also he had a growing suspicion that even if they wanted privacy Luna would be in the room somehow anyway.

Teddy growled and stomped her foot on the floor. 'this is ridiculous!' she thought to herself. Her mood slowly growing more foul as she paced the halls, still looking for her room. 'How hard is it to find a room in a little bitty ol' dorm?' Frustrated and angry, she flung her back pack off her shoulder and down the hall with a small shriek of fury.

Letting out a deep sigh, Luke scrolled lower on the computer screen. He was bored, angry, and tired all in one. He didn't really know what to do, so he'd decided to do a little 'research' in his room. Hoping against all odds that he might actually find something to help him control his transformations, even if it was information about wolves that even they didn't know or realize. Scrolling lower, he stopped at an image of a she-wolf. For several minutes he starred at the picture, until finally he sighed "Alright, I'm officially the weirdest human on earth" He said as he stood up, bending slightly forward.

Deep within the library, a faint snore could be heard. Not in a chair, not on a couch or table, no matter where one searched the source would not be found where expected. The sound came from higher up, from atop one of the book shelves. As usual, Xavier had gone to great lengths to find a place no one would disturb him while he read. Gain, he'd fallen asleep while reading.

"Hmm.....yes, this should do nicely..." Lucifer said from within his lab. Small sparks shone in the darkness as he worked on things unknown. He smiled, pleased with his efforts "The enhancements are perfect" He said to himself "but control has always been an issue. This will solve that..." He muttered, more sparks following his mutters. "Perhaps its time for a little...test run" He said, his voice almost sinister as he rose. The agonized cry of many animals echoed from within the room.

Marcus ran his hand under his hood and across his bald head. "I don't know...well, I saw some hot springs when I first got here, but I didn't really stop to check 'em out. I guess we can go there if you want." Marcus didn't plan to go in the water however. The metal sticking out from his chest, back and throat had a very large chance of rusting if they were to stay in water too long. This is why he was very breif with his showers and was sure to dry himself off best he could. But just submerging his legs should be fine.

Sitting within the confines of the room she knew eventually she would have to face her room mate whenever the woman showed up so it was best to get this small experiment over with now. Sitting on her bed with her legs stretched out in front of her she closed her eyes to concentrate. She had managed a successful shape shift during various times over the years and it seemed like a good as time as any to practice. The familiar tingling feeling starting to run across her skin but she knew from the way she felt nothing dramatic had happened. Opening her eyes she looked down and her triple D chest was back down to the more manageable D. Grabbing her pillow she screamed into it angrily. Her plan wasn't going to work if she couldn't even get her form to shift. Setting down the pillow with an aggravated sigh she saw some feathers on the bed and smiled as she looked down at her hands. The bear like claws had come out and that was an improvement and yet a problem. Going into her bag she took out a pair of bulky gloves pulling them on to hide the claws. Sitting on her bed she contemplated what to do next.

Akido smiled, she had forgotten about those, "Sure." Hopping to her feet she stretched a bit, even after all they had done today she still had energy or at least looked like she did. It was an advantage of growing up where she did. You learned how to smile and laugh with the best of them even if you hadn't slept for three days. All you had to do was being able not to pass out until out of sight, of course she wasn't that tired yet. Waiting on him, her smile was back into place as she buried her emotions of home deep out of reach.

James stood up as he saw his son come into the room. A faint smile was on his lips as he looked at him.
"Cole, it's good to see you again..." he said, his introduction more like a person seeing their friend after a long time rather than a father.

Cole lingered by the doorway, staring up at his dad. He kept any emotion from his face, not wanting to give his dad any reason to think anything.
"Dad...." he began, not entirely sure what he should say. "Yeah..."

James nodded his head slowly, glancing over at Lucas to Luna before back to Cole. He had been planning more of a private setting, but he didn't really want to ask any of them to leave. He felt awkward as it was.
He finally let out a slight sigh, bringing his hand up to his face.
"I suppose I should probably tell you why I came....since I haven't spoken to you in so long...." he said, his voice sounding slightly strained. "First of all, I apologize for not contacting you. Your mother insists that your....'schooling' here would be better off if you weren't distracted by either of us. And I would rather not make her angry..."
He shifted his weight between his feet and glanced around the room once more.
"But I thought that you should know.....I snuck away today so that I could tell you...." He was obviously having a hard time with what he was saying. He didn't know how to say it and the words didn't want to come.

Cole watched his father as he spoke. He could tell something was going on...he just didn't know what.
He was getting impatient as his father began to ramble. He nodded his head slowly as if to say 'get on with it'.

James let out another sigh before staring Cole straight in the eyes.
"You have a little sister."
