Yuma smirked standing up; "I'll take your warning under advisement, but when I place my cup in the sink there may be temptations. I very capable of washing a few dishes..." Yuma let her feet sound heavy on the floor as she walked not to the sink but towards the stairwell, but still out of sight.

Sorrow put some speed on flying up the stairs taking them two at time. She slid by him giving him a sharp pinch on the butt. "We're even..." She sprinted through the door into Ailes room closing it quickly behind her. She leaned against the door with a smirk and blush marks on her face. He had a nice a**, and she moved off the door and began undressing herself.

She crawled into bed and laid up looking at the ceiling. "Is waiting the rest of my life worth it?" The whispered question had no answer as she turned on her side facing the door, thoughts about going home began to creep forward in her mind. She was having second thoughts now, almost wanting to stay here forever, but how she would die didn't suit her dreams much.

Sorrow faded off to sleep after she managed to quiet her thoughts.

Sorrow was up early cleaning the room, making the bed, and overall tiding up things she had moved out of place during her stay in Ailes room. She did the best she could before heading downstairs to see what smelled so good.

Sorrow walked in and took in a big whiff of the lemon scent. "You've been busy it seems, but i'm foregoing training this morning." Sorrow sat down at one of the place settings and yawned before just watching Koas work.

Sorrow perked up and wasted no time in devouring the plate set before her. She paused after finishing the waffles; "I was really hungry this morning for some reason, and this just hits the spot. Its like you read my mind, its very delicous and thank you."

Sorrow raised an eyebrow at the set up; "I can probably guess what that is all about, but give me a moment to prepare properly." Sorrow jetted back upstairs and put her underclothes back on, and returned to the living room dressed.

Sorrow chuckled; "Careful how you place such words..." Sorrow noticed Vermillion was the only dragon still here, he was still sitting on the far side of the island staring off into the horizon of the abyss.

Sorrow walked over and sat down beside him; "You feel up to answering a question Vermillion?"

"Depends on the question Yuma, but ask it to see if I have the answer."

"What happened to my mother?"

Vermillion looked at Sorrow; "She's dead, that is all you really need to know, the rest will only cause hatred to fester, and hatred of that kind will taint your soul for all enternity. If you really want to put yourself at peace, then devote your efforts to ending the needs for guards and soldiers along the border. Rewrite the words of past agreements to give those of your mothers kin equal representation and ability to influence change."

Sorrow growled; "I'm not an ambassador, nor do I ever want to be, I'm a warrior Vermillion, and I go where the fights are." Vermillion chuckled; "Warriors are the first to realize that conflicts they are ordered to fight are silly and pointless, and being such a crictical part in keeping the members of the court at peace they would have a prominent voice should they be united in a set opinion of their leaders."

Sorrow laughed; "So you want me to stop defending my home until something changes in the decrees of law to benefit my enemy?" Vermillion shrugged looking back at the horizon; "Depends on how you view them Yuma, the people of the delta have every right to influence the whole of Arynia, but considering our abuses to them for conflicts in the past the hatred has grown to split at the river. My point is, we view the lighting demons as an enemy, but they are not an enemy if you put all the past an hatred aside. Warriors like yourself are much more prone to seeing this then people who are spoon feeding lies to the kings and queens of Arynia. Warriors fight for what they believe in, and it was my opinion in the later half of my life that the lighting demons only want what we have. Change is coming Yuma, and how you want it to happen is based on the effort you put into it."

Yuma stood up; "I'll think about it, but you take care of yourself Vermillion. You should really go and find you a place to call home here." Vermillion continued to look at the horizon; "That is what I am doing now, well the first part of it anyways, deciding which direction to travel from here, and then search for a spot on the ground."

"Well don't take too long on that, or you may become rooted to the ground here." Yuma jumped into the sky and let her wings take over, it felt good to fly for a bit, she worked her way further and further from the island, but kept it in sight."
