Seto was getting re~eally tired of listening to everyone shout obscenities at eachother. Vykin needed a Midol, Sorain needed some Vallium, and Seto needed some goddamn earplugs. He sighed, grumbling to himself in a low mutter, "We're never going to get this mission completed... noone will stop screaming for two freaking seconds to think about what to do. Vykin wants to get a move on, Sorain wants to get a move on, but they still want to tromp around and scream curses at one another. I don't get it. We're all on the same team, off to go kill some pirates, and all anyone wants to do is yell. If this keeps up, there won't be a mission, and I'm going to have to go home empty-handed. I'm already on ill terms with the Mizukage, I'd hate to see what he'd do if we failed due to arguments. Not like anyone'd listen to me anyway, so best I can do is just watch the fireworks..." Heaven forbid he make the point that all this cursing and carrying on was making them all look like a bunch of academy flunkies. Vykin was just freaking unstable, so Seto wasn't about to say a word to that permiscuous psychopath. Sorain didn't take leadership well in the slightest, and obviously didn't have the social skill to rally everyone accordingly. Sai was in la-la land most of the time it seemed, so he wasn't a help at all. Tsuki and Altoli were too quite to really make an impact on anything. Where was Seto in all this?
Sticking his hands in his pockets, Seto did the only logical thing he could do: follow Vykin to the boat. Knowing his luck, the two wild dogs of the mission would end up killing eachother, and no doubt someone else would get injured in the process. It was a small boat, so the sheer proximity was liable to cause some strain among them all. Lucky Altoli didn't even have to sit in the boat, and Seto almost thought about joining him, if it weren't for the fact that Seto can't swim that quickly. He couldn't wait for this nonsense to be over. Seto NEVER wanted to work with these people again.

((-laughs- ********, priceless /^_^ And one of my favorite phrases. So much bowing(sp?)... Ah, Sai truly is a la-la land type of person isn't he? xD))
Sai shrugged and took the plate of food back from Sorain as he mentioned eating earlier on in the day, himself quickly moving to eat that plate as well. It had been a long time since he had actually been cooked for personally, and the mere fact that Sai was a fat person in soul that was causing him to ravish and consume everything edible near him. Sighing he glanced up to Sorain as he passed the headset to Altoli just before heading outside to swordd train with Tsuki, Altoli himself following in pursuit to train by himself in hand to hand combat. 'Didn't we all get enough training last night? Ah who gives a ********, just means more time form me to eat. OH! I wonder if bats or iguenas are the more popular of animals??' He asked himself as he continued to eating.
It was only a few minutes later that Sai got to finish his second surving and was making his way outside when Vykin and Sorain were going at it about the way the mission was being handled. A heavy sigh passed through his lips as he glanced from Sorain to Vykin before moving his eye to the rest of the group and ending back on Sorain. "Tch... This is becoming rather tedious..." He said to himself softly as he sped after Sorain and walked next to him quietly before turning to talk to him. "Amazing ain't it? The mission has yet to start and this team is falling apart already. And on top of that we got seven ships to take out, so its not exactly an in and out mission but rather a long a** lasting one... OH! And kudos, ******** tart, priceless." Sai finished with a grin before stopping in his tracks and looking down at Altoli before glancing to Tsuki who was also bowing. Sighing heavily he shook his head and opened his mouth to console the two of them but stopped and took a set back so he was behind Sorain rather then infront and seemingly imposing. Sorain was the leader, and his team mate. Regardless of the fact that he was truly the Captain of their squad and Sorain was the back up person, at this moment their roles were switched. And as a shinobi, and more so a friend he should've been supporting him rather then undermining his authority. Nodding to himself in his head he made the silent decision to back up Sorain in his dicisions.
Smiling brightly Sai walked past Altoli and Tsuki, "Uh.. I'ma go head on down with the other two and make sure they dont head off with out us. Ok? Catch you guys when you get there." He said and walked away slowly, his body vanishing as he teleported away, the last shades of his body giving a slight bow to Sorain to show his support to him. His own stubborness and pride preventing Sai to bow in sight of the rest of the group and in a way only Sorain could see.
"Mmmm... You haven't said much Seto. Whats on your mind?" Sai said with a grin as he appeared next to Seto, quickly adding. "If you don't mind talking to me about it, that is."

Tsukiyamoru simply nodded to him, continuing to walk as she let her mind wander a bit with a small sigh. "See you." She murmured as he left, blinking as she noticed her sword seem to pulsate, grimacing as she sensed it steal in some of her chakra, sighing. Great. A sword that steals my chakra to maintain itself. i should have just grabbed one anyways.... She let it dissipate before it could really take much, noticing how it just became water when she stopped the chakra flowing into it. If she had to fight, she'd have to use her hands and feet, which would fit better with a sister who follows her brother around quietly. It did leave her slightly uncomfortable, knowing that she probably was better off with it, and since she couldn't exactly call weapons to herself as often as she might normally.
She looked at the spread out team of theirs, frowning a little at herself. You need to interact more Tsuki... Sure you're no tactical genius, but at least say something. She shook her head at herself, wondering how her sensei was doing and what he would think of her current predicament and clothes, feeling a slight pang in her chest that she promptly ignored. Mission dammit, focus! She picked up the pace, ignoring the fact she could feel the sleeve of her shirt sliding against the skin of her forearm since she never could before. She could tell that something was there, but never whether it was smooth or soft. Forget textures or warm or cold.
It didn't take her long to catch up to Vykin, shifting how her bag rested on her back, letting her pace keep her a bit behind rather than next to her. She still felt somewhat awkward around everyone, so probably wouldn't be found walking next to them.

"Do not apologize Altoli, sadly, you and Tsuki are the only ones who followed my orders at all." He said calming down now, he ignored everyone else and went down to the water were Vykin would be showing them how to be a more effective sailor. Sorain had already decided that after today he was not going to be doing anymore of these type of mission anytime soon, and he for dam sure was not going to take the role as leader. It really pissed him off, everyone wants to b***h and complain about the way things are going but instead of being part of the solution they all decide to disobey orders and make things worse. If they felt like the mission was not progressing fast enough they should have taken a chance to remember that Sorain had called them to organize for the mission already, and no one listened. Then after the plan was made, everyone was told to sleep, another order that went unfollowed. If anything the reasons why this mission was ******** up is because almost everyone here was acting like experienced rookies that did not know how to follow a simple instruction. Last time he checked when a mission leader was asigned his word was not to be questioned. Sorain would have called the training to start as soon as everyone had finished eating and was ready, something that he should not have had to explain in the first place. This mission was going to be very unpleasent from this point on, that was easy to see. Because at this moment in time Sorain had no intention of being social towards anyone. He tried to be a lax and accomidating leader. But considering how Vykins iron fist tactic got much better results he would do that from now on, to hell with peoples feelings towards him. They wanted a leader and thats what the ******** they are going to get. Once Sorain made it down to the water and turned and spoke, this was the beginning of a very very deep slope of popularity amoung the group. " Alright everyone, Vykin is going to share her knowledge of sailing for those of us that are going to be actually aboard the ship. Sai and Altoli however will not be participating in this little lesson, I have something else for you too. In the meantime I want everyone involved in the training to be able to successfully pass them selves off as at least a decent sailor in the next five hours. ((its still early)) As soon as training is finished we are going directly to the harbor and meeting up with the pirates. I really hope some of you got some sleep because if pirates are anything like they show in the books we will be working pretty hard and wont be able to sleep until tonight." He then turned to Sai and Altoli,"Sai, I need a favor. Go to the harbor really quick and see if you can get me a general count of how many pirates are to each ship. Dont be seen, i just need to know an estimate. Altoli...I kinda need to make sure your fast enough to catch the ship, let me get two laps to that rock and back. After that you can join our training if you wish. Now everyone else, have a seat and let Vykin teach" "If I influence someone else then they are not following my path on their own accord, they are doing it because I swayed them" -Sorain Hyuuga

Tsukiyamoru stopped when she got there as well, tilting her head as she heard Sorain speak again. She nodded once, glancing briefly to the others before her gaze remained on Vykin. Those times in Mist where she had seen the sailors before was too far gone now, she couldn't really get a clear picture of anything. She just hoped that Vykin wouldn't be in quite as bad a mood. Or take it out on her or something.

Quote: wow, we've seriously procrastinated for TWENTY PAGES!? That's gotta get an award or something >>;; and just a note, I don't claim to be a sailing/boating expert, so some of the details might be wrong, so bear with me. Vykin sighed as she got the boat, seeing that her yelling seemed to get the crew moving along finally, and they were slowly trickling in behind her to the boat. She gave a giant sigh as she jumped into the boat, waiting until the others got there. She offered her good arm to help them all into the boat. Sai and Altoli were being sent on another missions by Sorain, who was finally growing a set of balls and delegating properly. So that left her with Sorain, Tsuki, and Seto to teach. Vykin nodded slightly, her anger getting out of her body as she began to think of all the things that she knew about sailing and what she needed to teach them. She mainly wanted to teach them things that they needed to learn in order to actually keep the boat from capsizing. There were going to be emergency situations that they might encounter while on these boats... the waters were generally unpredictable this time of year. She thought through everything and then decided that she was going to start off at the basics, because if they didn't know those, they would instantly be recognized as fakes. The kunoichi opened her eyes and looked at the three people in her boat. She was in the back, they were seated in front of her. She sat down, waved a goodbye to the two on the shore that were going to check out Port Prodigal before they got there, because they were both apparently the fastest, so Vykin grabbed the two oars that were on either side of her, and began rowing, having untied the boat earlier. As she rowed them out towards the open sea, her muscles being able to guide the boat easily, she began to speak. She said, "Alright, well we have to start basic, otherwise things will only get confusing from there. So we're going to make sure that you guys have your nautical terms down." With another few pulls of the oars, they were away from the bay, and Vykin stopped pulling on the oars. They drifted into the open water as she continued. She said, "Alright, the front of the boat is called the bow, back of the boat is the stern. Left side of the boat is called larboard, the right is called starboard. The part of the ship you're sitting in right now is technically the hull of the ship, the structural part of the ship, but it also doubles as our deck, since we don't have any multiple decks below this. Those are your basic terms that you need to know, especially the bow, stern, larboard and starboard. So the practice, I'm going to call out one of those directions," Vykin reached and grabbed oars for the rest of the people on her boat, two for each of them that hooked into the metal contraptions that were on the sides of the boat, "and when I say one of these directions, you're going to paddle in that direction. If I say bow, paddle forward, stern, paddle backward, larboard, paddle with your left oar, starboard, paddle with your right oar. Got it? I will continue to order you around until I am satisfied that you know your directions, and I'm not going to go at a slow pace either. Being on a ship means doing things instantly when your captain tells you, and you need to not have hesitation when you are told to do something. Then after that, we can move onto different things involving this ship." With that, Vykin made sure that they were ready, then started barking out random directions, purposely making them work hard in order to make the quick changes in order to make them learn how to do this. She was being absolutely serious in the fact that they needed to learn to do these things almost instantaneously as a second nature. It wasn't just another outlet for her slight case of being a sadistic b***h. She kept a calm and affirming demeanor hopefully to let the three people on his boat know this. She continued to bark out directions in order to help the three soon-to be "sailors" to understand it a little bit more.

Seto flinched slightly at Sai's sudden appearance, but only from a small startle. He sighed softly, as seemed to be the fad of everyone, and shook his head a little. "I don't really have much of an opinion on this situation. Everyone would rather chew eachother's throats out than do things logically, and I don't feel inclined to stop them. Since I'm one of the 'useless rookies' Sorain oh-so eloquently mentioned, I don't feel I have a position at all anymore. That being the case, I really just feel like staying quiet and letting them bicker. Noone listens to me as it is, so why talk?" So much for not having an opinion. Still, Seto gave Sai a polite smile when he spoke. Fact being, Seto was ready to abandon this mission. The pirate could all go rot from scurvy for all he cared anymore. As of that moment, Seto was just following the crowd until it was over, mission or no mission. Figuring Sai wouldn't stick around to actually have a conversation, Seto didn't weigh him down with any more rambling.
Once on the boat, Seto took the position at the oars closest to Vykin, if only to put distance between her and Sorain. Not to mention, Vykin seemed least likely to want to smite Seto, since he'd done nothing to provoke her, save possibly for calling dibs on the couch. He nodded at Vykin's key points as she spoke, but raised a hand to get her attention. "Not that I expect anyone to listen, but... why is it Larboard instead of Port? Larboard and Starboard sound very similar, and may get mixed up in orders. But ah, you're the boss. Just a thought." He lowered his hand and grabbed his set of oars, now quietly awaiting Vykin's words. He wasn't about to point out his concern being she sounded like a retarded drunkard every time she spoke, and the two -boards may get slurred together. That ninja chick had more pirate in her than the rest of the team put together, for sure.

Sai raised a brow and grinned as Seto politely insulted Sorain, "Well... In all truth not everyone has been getting at each other's throats. It's just been Sorain and Vykin, and that was merely a short squable that seems to have everyone moving towards finishing this mission sooner. So it dispite it being annoying it had a pretty good effect over-all. But if your refering to my arguement with Sorain, well that was logical in all terms. Maybe not polite or presented in a great manner but it in any case we were discussing the best route to take this mission on with the least amount of causalities and greatest amount of effienticy." He said with a smile as he rubbed the back of his neck softly and glanced towards Sorain as he spoke his next set of orders. Sighing he turned back to Seto and smiled back, "Don't take offense to what Sorain said, he's under alot of pressure that he's not used to. In any case, I'm listening to you ain't I? But I guess that doesn't count as much. Oh wellies, I'm hungry and got a side mission to do. Do me a favor and try to keep those two from tearing each other apart, seems as though Vykin has taken a liking to you." Sai finished as he turned away from the group with a short wave and patted Seto's shoulder softly before dissappearing from the area in a pink blur.
Sai yawned softly as he reappeared on the roof of a tall building at Port Prodigal, 'Hmm... Vykin, Tsuki, Sorain, and Seto are doing the sailor training off shore. Altoli is doing laps between the rocks. And I'm doing recon.' A small smile spread across his face as he bobbed his head from side to side pawing the facts over in his head. 'Yup, yup. All sounds good to me... Marble Style: Tenkuu Suke-to...' Quickly the lid of the large black gourd that was slung onto Sai's back popped up a few inches and allowed a cluster of marbles to zoom out and hover in the air infront of his feet. Sighing he softly stepped on them before continuing to walk off the edge of the building and into the empty air before him, the marbles following right under the soles of his feet so he'd always have something solid to support his weight. Quickly Sai adjusted his feet to be closer together before leaning foreward slightly, the marbles reacting instantly and pushing him higher into the air before dashing out above the ocean with the various clouds and mist hiding him from sight easily. Sighing softly again Sai crouch slowly and closed his eyes as seven more marbles flew out of the gourd and floated around his head, 'Marble Style: Neko Boushi' Instantly the glassy grey surface of the seven marbles rippled and was replaced with the appearance of cat's eye marble. Quickly they all swivled around quickly as if they were real eyes spinning within their sockets before each marble shot of into the open space of water and air beneath the clouds and mist, each heading towards seperate ships. Once arriving at each of the ships the marble quickly surveyed the decks before entering the inner areas of the ship and finally checking the port/habor nearest to the ship and returning back to the gourd on Sai's back. 'Hmm... So on average there is around 150 plus people on board each ship. Max ship held 300 odd people, which was Wrath and least held 120 people, which was Pride. Hmm, time to report back to Sorain... Marble Style: Sokuryoku Bakuha'

Tsukiyamoru just watched the water go by as Vykin rowed them out from the shoreline, looking up when she started to speak. Now was not the time to let her mind wander. She didn't seem to mind that Seto sat in front of her, leaving her between him and Sorain. She soaked up the information as she just nodded once, hiding her confusion at larboard rather than port. Seto voiced that concern so she let it be, catching the oars that were tossed to them. She nodded once to show understanding, picking up quickly as Vykin called out the different directions.
She just hoped no arguments would occur since it would all be in her ears if Sorain and Vykin started up again. She was at the point that when she heard the start of a word, she reacted instinctively to the direction it corresponded to, still keeping herself rooted out of her thoughts. Otherwise she probably would drift and that would be bad.

Vykin waited until they were getting better at responding to her orders before answering Seto's question. When she did, she turned to him, not ridiculing him or anything, just calmly told him the facts, "That's a good point you bring up, and most modern ships do indeed call the left side of the ship port. But if we're dealing with pirates, they'll definitely be using the word "larboard" instead of "port," mainly to give all modern sailors the finger. They want to be different and they want to stick with the old style of doing things, even if there's a greater risk that their commands might be confused. It's just the way that pirates work. Most of their reasoning doesn't follow logic, but it follows their emotions and their desire to ******** over anyone that's not in their ship. Part of this training is for you to be able to tell the difference between the two, even if I might not say it correctly. But overall a good point Seto. Now that you all have rested, let's continue. STARBOARD!"
And with that, Vykin continued her barking of commands in order to train her ragtag group of shinobi. This also doubled as a stamina exercise. They would be getting stronger and their muscles would be getting used to the work that was associated with life on the seas. So this served a double purpose for the training of her crew. Their hands would be getting calloused, making them more suitable for hoisting ropes and moving things underneath the deck. She continued to bark out orders, hoping that they were getting it through their skulls what it meant to be a sailor.

Sorain listened, and did not speak when the subject of port, vs labored was brought up at first but then stated plainly," Port is the current vinacular used mostly moung modern day sailors and is mostly found on cruse vessels. Considering these are pirates and most likely not as up to date with the rest of society, it is much wiser to assume that they have there own forms of speaking. I would be willing to wager that larbored is the more common phrase on the ships. So for now lets just go with what Vykin says." He said, ending his statement and going back to not speaking at all.
Sorain could not help but feel extremely disrespected and pissed off at the current situation. The vibes he was sinceing from everyone around him made him feel even worse because he could tell that most of the people left here had some lingering animocity towards him. How badly he wanted to just leave this mission all together, he had no desire to work with such unskilled fools that cant follow the simplist of orders, but get upset when you loose intrest to lead them. This group by far was the worse possible team he could have formed with, he could think back to all the times when Sorain and Sai were in over there heads, going in with only the two of them, no third memeber, no sensi. But even then things were ok, because they respected each other, If Sai took the lead Sorain followed his orders without fail, the same went for Sai. As things were going, he and Tsuki for the most part were doing what he asked, sure he had gotten into an arguement with Sai, but unlike the rest of the group Sorain and Sai had been together on missions many times, that arguement was nothing more than a simple disageement in the direction of a mission. Sorain decided right then and there that if he was disobeyed as leader one more time that he would cut that person from the mission completly, sure he could make them leave, be he could disinclude them from the mission plan by far. That was settled, his mind was made up.

(OMG SO MUCH CANDY ITS GONNA BE A FEW WEEKS BEFORE I'LL BE ABLE TO SLEEP!! BUWAHAHAHAHA!!!)
Altoli, heeding the commands given two him ran over to the dock and looked out at the water and the rocks he was to swim to. "That distance shouldn't be a problem..." was all he said before diving into the blue waters. He then straightened his body and put himself into a horizontal angle as he submerged himself completely. Focusing up chackra into his feet he let out a burst of it jetting him forward through the water. This handy swimming technique required no leg or arm movement making himself rather unnoticeable and allowed him to keep his limbs free in case something in the water were to attack him. No longer using his lungs the gills on his neck flared out every few seconds as they took in water and filtered in the oxygen that it contained. As he continuously gave out small short bursts of chackra he gradually picked up speeds and was eventually moving faster than the boat was and he quickly made it all the way out to the rock. Circling around the large rock that jutted out of the water he made his way back to the docks resting at the shore of the beach. Compared to the rest of them his part was rather easy which actually made him feel bad. He felt he wasn't able to do enough for them at the time which meant he had to do much less work than the rest of them which made him feel as if he wasn't pulling his own weight in this mission. As he made it back to the dock and circled back around for the second lap he thought about how he could do more for them. He decided that all he would be able to do would be to at least help fight...maybe a little. He could also catch those trying to feel by jumping out of their boats or if any of them made it to the smaller escape boats. Either way he felt he had to do more for them than just destroying the rudders. Quickly making it back to the shore after having gone through his last lap he approached the sands of the beach and quickly went for horizontal, motionless swimming to vertical, upright walking onto the beach. Taking the headset out of his ninja pouch, and after several failed attempts, he placed it onto his head correctly and waited to hear if Sorain had anything else for him to do at that moment.

As soon as Sai had put enough distance between him and Port Prodigal, he dropped dramtically from the sky and hurtled towards the the ocean water head first. Just a few inches above the ocean's glassy surface Sai pulled out of the drop and hovered in that spot as the water blurted up into the sky and cascaded around him again with a loud crash. Smiling he glanced around before spotting Altoli walking onto the beach and clumsily putting on the headset given to him by Sorain, "Hmm... I wonder if we'll all be able to escape any sort of causilities during this mission." He stated to himself more then asked as he leaned foreward slightly and allowed the chakra stored in the marbles to burst foreward, hurtling him towards where Sorain and the rest of the team was training in the boat.

Tsukiyamoru wasn't too worried about her messing up directions at this point, for she was finding her muscles twitching and moving the oar in whichever direction that Vykin was calling. She raised her eyes when Vykin began to speak, taking of note of how a pirate normally acted since, she had to face it, she wasn't exactly great pirate material. She moved her right oar at the called direction, using the brief time between Vykin calling out directions to loosen her shirt to allow the most air in since she was growing warm. She did glance out of the corner of her eye to Sorain when he talked as well, a bit concerned considering she could take a guess he was still upset, not that she could blame him.
She was most used to a cold climate, not this warmth. Oh well, at least she was used to lots of physical labor. Still, it was always good to work out like this so she wouldn't lose anything that she had gained over the years. She resisted the urge to hum something, inwardly smacking herself, she was drifting through her thoughts again. Mostly her thoughts were drawn to what kind of pirate persona she would have since her normal quiet, reclusive nature would not do at all. Then she got an idea, knowing exactly what she would do. Arigato onee-san. She had almost forgotten about someone her sister had known, whom had visited them whenever she could while they were living in Mist years ago.

Sorain noticed how fast Altoli was going, and he also could see the chakra comming from his feet. He wondered if that was due to the shark like blood line he had or was that something anyone could do. If it was he was gonna be sure to ask Altoli to teach him that, maybe this kid would not be as helpless as he thought. Sorain then paid attention to the lession again, he did notice Sai being back to be honest he did not have anything else for them to do. There roles in the mission was pretty simple, but very important. He could not have Alotli swimming laps all day, and Sai would do what he did best, Sorain had no question in his mind of Sais ability. Sorain did not really participate in the lesson, but he paid attention and was learning as he should.
