[Time Warp]

As the clock counted down, tokeru cursed at his lack of though and action. He resolved to break out of isolation. "Damn these cells." THe one he was in was made to be stronger than he was. And that was saying alot. He forced the doors, to no avail. He even tried smashing it with the bench he was sitting on. But nothing worked. "Damnit, wait, the floor." While it was solid concrete, the would probably be able to make a small enough hole in it and then twist the door from below, destroying the hinges. He tried it, bloodying his fists but it worked. He twisted and turned untill a hinge snapped, then another, and another. Untill they all went. He threw the door across the bay and got his clothes and weapons. Something told him he would need it. He put them all on and ran down the halls to go to the War room. If Siger was here, that's where he would be going. He heard the three minute warning and ran faster. As fast as he could. So fast that he almost overshot the passage. He turned just as Will yelled out a prayer.

"WILL." He yelled. Tokeru ran in, wings flashing to help will and kill the demonic thing.

Amber then turned and looked up into Jaffar's eyes and thought that she saw tears. She blinked a few times thinking that she was hallucinating but sure enough the tears were still there. Amber coughed a few times but finally gathered up the courage to ask, "Jaffar w-why t-the t-tears?" Amber then looked down at the ground expecting Jaffar would think that it was a stupid question and choose not to answer her.

Kaji sighed and thought to himself as he walked over to the wall and gave it a sound punch and a dent formed. "Damn wall," Said Kaji as he backed up a bit and kicked it, and the dent went further. his eye twitched as he took out a knife and started to carve the metal out.

Jaffar held Amber a little tighter as he removed her mask and wiped some of his tears away."Amber I.....I care about you. It's starge to me. I never thought I would care about someone I just met. I cant explain it. But these tears in my eyes tell me enough. Amber I think I...." Jaffar became greatly overcome with emotion that he couldn't control or understand. It slightly frightened and surprised him. He leaned over to Amber and kissed her.

Will noticed the flicker of Malice's eyes as they snapped a quick glance at something. What is...?

Taking a second to follow Malice's brief gaze, he looked to find whatever had caught his attention. Seeing it, his blood froze. Skiaska. Skiaska was there, and certainly didn't look fit to fight. Staring back at Malice, he could practically see the gears turning in the demon's head as he looked at the young Huntress. No... Skiaska... He's going to try and take her hostage. Use her against me as a human shield. No... I can't let that happen... I CAN'T!

With a scream of rage, Will threw a punch straight for Malice's face. Even as he threw it, he knew it wouldn't connect. The punch was too sloppy and too slow, easily blocked by a combatant like Malice. Even if it did hit, he hadn't had the chance to put any power behind the blow. What he needed right now was a miracle. But he had to protect Skiaska! He HAD to kill the demon!

Suddenly his fist shot forward with speed and power he never knew. A shining white aura enveloped it, and it looked like the sides of his wrist had been adorned with... miniature angel's wings? The glowing fist connected, sending Malice flying back by several feet. The demon screamed, as though he'd been plunged into holy water, and faint wisps of smoke curled off of the charred marks that were located where Will had hit him.

The Hunter just stared at his hand for a long moment, keeping at least one eye on the pained demon he'd sent flying. As soon as the punch had connected, the radiant aura and the wings had disappeared. But that didn't make what just happened any clearer. What in God's name...?

Tokeru saw how the battle was going and noticed Ski off in the corner. The demon was going towards her, he would yell, but it wouldnt' be fast enough. He had to make it in time, it was his fault. Summoning all his speed, he raced towards SKiaska, and made it just before the demon. Turning he protected her in case the demon attacked.

Skiaska put her hands over her ears. Scenes of memories flashed in her head. Her family murdered by her mother, turning into an altered human, trainign for years on end, killing her mother, meeting Will, falling in love with Sethe, and finally... Feeling accepted. Her eyes shot upon, a bloody red. She slipped out of Tokeru's arms and seemed to disappear for a moment. Suddenly, she was on malice's back, claws extended and in his shoulders. "You shall not hurt my family!" With that, Ski buried her fangs into his neck.
