Thirty minutes before the Turks arrival at Wall Market " So... it's ready? " An uncertain voice asked, " Yez, it iz ready for thie combat but... iz not at full strength! " An unmistakably odd accent said rather pleased with him self. " Good... they should be here... any moment now. "
In the basement of the Wall Markets Mansion was an ominous black object, eight large hydraulic powered legs supporting it. During the Turks battle with Yuffie... The battle hadn't gone on very long and Seifer took his time making it through the mansion to meet the bothersome flies known as the Turks. ' Yuffie should be able to hold em off until I get there. ' He was certain in her abilities to battle and her evasive style should prolong just about any duel.
A cure spell washed over Yuffie as Seifer made his grand entrance. " Well... well... well... " The blonde man walked out of the mansion, his Gunblade resting on his shoulder. " Look who had decided to gobble their way into the Wall Market. "
His acid green eyes locked onto Reno and a smirk covered his thin lips. " Damn... is someone having a temper tantrum? " He continued to walk forward, towards Yuffie so he could join her in battle. " I must say... that was some maneuver you just pulled. " He was talking about the way she managed to flip away from Reno while attacking him. Another thing caught his eyes Reno was already bleeding. With Reno injured that really didn't give him much competition. Even a cure spell couldn't fully heal a wound like that.
" To bad Raijin isn't here... this should be one hell of a party. " He hefted his Gunblade off of his shoulder and pointed it at the Turks. A smug grin covered his features, as an aura of confidence seemed to flow from him. At the moment he could make anyone feel as though they could take on the world.Meanwhile.. " Wall... damn... does dat say Market? " The large man known as Raijin muttered. " Why does Seifer's hand writing always got to be so messy?! " His large brown eyes were now squinted, as he looked at the small piece of paper in his large hands. Unlike Yuffie he was in the totally wrong place, at the wrong time.

She had naturally heard the gun fire and had screamed when it first reached her ears, dropping the chew toy for Angelo that was in her hands. The screams of people continued to reverberate in her eardrums. She had quickly regained her composure, however, as she looked at Selphie and Kaizer, though the look of complete confustication remained on her face. She raced of the pet store, and her gaze almost instantly fell upon the fray. Her eyes went wide, as they fell upon Seifer. She glanced at Selphie. "Any bright ideas?" she asked, readying the Shooting Star.

*As the cure spell traveled through the young ninja,her streghth slowly begain comeing back to her as she sat up,picking the Conformer up along the way before she stood. God. She did not just lose a fight..It was almost as bad as the time she went up against Cloud and the others,only this was worse.And Seifer had to see her loseing! Yuffie was not a happy camper at the momment.*
"...I was just about to get him.." * She had to stick up for herself a little,maybe that would make her feel better.Yuffie hated to lose,really really did.As she held her conformer infront of her the girl watched Reno,untile her eyes fell upon the girl in blue,and the other beside her in a blinding yellow dress.Her eye's rested upon Rinoa mostly as she saw her move with the Shooting Star..*
"Don't even think about it." *Yuffie spoke, She didn't know if she was aiming at Seifer or not,but at the momment, thats all she thought and she wouldn't have it..*

Selphie: *Selphie was more confused then anything, Strange Vision was held in her ready to fight stance.Her eye's went from the red headed Turk, to Seifer,then to Yuffie.* "Who is the enemy here??" *She shook her head,the sound of chains rattleing as she moved her weapon.* "Not one idea here."

Seifer's eyes fell on Rinoa and Selphie, he gritted his teeth now realizing they will be hopelessly overwhelmed in a few moments. " Damn... Squall will be here any minute now... " The option of retreat was sounding much better now then it ever had.
He was in no way afraid of Squall but taking on the whole SOLDIER S-J along with the Turks wasn't how he would like to spend his after-noon. " Yuffie... you've fought bravely... " He looked at her a slight smile on his face. " Though... you better get out of here as soon as a man in black leather and a silver Gunblade appears. "
The Blonde haired man truly respected her and thought of her as family because of the way she had fought for him. " If he does show... assume I die, find Raijin and Fujin and go into hiding. " This may be his last stand, and he planed on going out with a bang.
Even though his words were grave the look on his face and the aura that radiated from his made you think his words were lies.

She saw Yuffie looking at her, and pointed the Shooting Star at her. "Don't move or I'll be forced to fire." She kept her voice calm, hopefully not causing anyone to lash out. "I don't know what's going on, but I'm willing to talk this out. Maybe we can reach an agreement or something..."

Yuffie looked up as she glanced at Seifer. She looked quite pleased for once, Seifers words made the young ninja feel a lot more confedint,besides what Kaizer would alway's say to her.Though that look was quickly taken away at his next use of words..She didn't like the sound of that.Seriously, leave Seifer alone? Sure. Yuffie wouldn't do that to any of her friends.
Though, things would now most likely become confuseing and twisted around to no end. How would what she was going to tell Seifer affect the friendship now? He might not want to be friends with her anymore once she told him.Of the short time that she had spent joined together with Seifer's team,she felt so welcomed and the girl loved it.She wasn't even very welcomed into her own homeland,expect being used by her father all the time to do his dirty work.
"Seifer, First of all. I can't leave you like that. See, I don't leave my friends behind when there's danger. Secound..Your not going to like this..But, I hope you understand..If you want nothing to do with me in your team anymore, I understand. " *Yuffie paused, Trying to figure out how to say this.* "Squall is a very dear friend of mine..You see, I cant let ether one of you hurt eatch other...No one's going to get killed. Can't you two just work thing's out? Your both so alike, You should be partners.."
Yuffie stopped,her eye's fixing on the girl in blue as she moved the Conformer ever so slightly,as if she would move into fighting stance.The girls eye's narrowing.Another thing that made everything so hard. Rinoa had to show up.Squall wouldn't be so happy if she attacked her, would he?* " I think you better get out of here,Rinoa."

Selphie: *Selphie never lowerd her weapon, At lest not yet.* "We don't run from fight's..." *She galnced at Rinoa, She respected Rinoa greatly, and didn't want to get the girl into any trouble but even Selphie knew Rinoa never ran from a fight once in the past.So would she now? * "What ever happends, I think we should stay and help what ever is needed."
Yuffie: "Because, I think there will be a battle soon..If you dont mind that,then..Whatever..Just don't attack my friends and things will be okay,for you." *She ment Seifer,Raijin and Fujin,if they decided to show up.*
Yuffie looked up at Seifer again,shakeing her head.She didn't know what to do. She did understand Seifer,She actually felt sorry for him more then anything.All she wanted to do was help him let go of his need for revenge against Squall but it didn't seem like that was going to happen.She wasn't about to say how much stronger Squall was then him,ether.She was almost sure if they started fighting,Squall would win in the worst way which would involve Seifer dead.*
"Seifer, Your as stuburn as I am! I understand what you want to do, Really I do..But.." *She couldn't beleive what she was about to say. It was something Aerith had alway's said..*
"Why does everything have to resolve amung fighting?" Yuffie couldn't promise to him she would leave. Most likely,she would stay with Rinoa and Selphie and watch, but she would most definitly not leave.*

Rinoa lowered the Shooting Star, though she was none the less on the defense. "We're not going anywhere." Selphie was right, there was no way she was going to run from a fight. Not now, not ever.

" Fighting is humanities eternal strife... it is the very thing that is freedom that will always pin us against another. " Seifer believed freedom was humanities right and was what he always fought for. He was fighting now so he could have the freedom to run his gang and live life how he'd like.
Though once Squall showed his face he would be fighting to prove him self. His deeds were once good but always looked over; all he wanted was some recognition. " Squall will not kill me... the man just wouldn't do it. " He knew Squall well; instead he would give Seifer a chance to become a new man. He knew this because he was just the opposite, he would kill Squall if he had the chance, if his ego didn't get in the way.

- Yuffie noded slightly to Rinoa and Selphie.She could not stop wondering how this whole thing was going to turn out.Setting her atention back to Seifer she shook her head. He was just as obsessed with fighting as she was it seemed? She listened to the man speak as she shifted the Conformer to her right hand. -
"Okay, Seifer. You both just be carefull. Okay? " - There was no really stopping it. The fight would take place most likely, So all Yuffie would do was watch when it did start. -
"So,then..Were still friends? You don't hate me for being friends with Squall?" *Yuffie grinned a little,putting on one of her more cute innocent looks.She had to ask,but now she wondered about calling Seifer "Nii-san" since his last comment about thinking of her as a sister.Although it was sweet,She had to be a little humurus about it.*

The sound of booted feet echoes in the sudden silence...along with the clink of something on a chain as Reno falls to the ground...bleeding quite horribly...if he survived it'd be a miracle....as the footsteps suddenly speed up, and high above...Squall jumped...probably three stories up, from the big wall, he fell, gunblade smashing into Yuffie's weapon, the impact more than enough to knock her down, as he spins, slashing one of the Wall Market goons who had headed for Reno's unconcious form to rob him, Squall turning toward Seifer and raising his gunblade to it's usual position, though his dark blue eyes narrow slightly....as the improved Revolver erupted with blue energy.

Seifer wasn't surprised as Squall made his grand entrance, he seemed found of them even though he was the most anti-social person he knew. " So... puberty boy finally decided to show! " He pointed his Gunblade at Squall, his body sideways, obviously forming a modified fencing pose.
His blade bobbed lazily in his hand, despite looking loose in grip it wouldn't budge so easily. " So... I trust that the rest of your gang will stay out of this? "
