As Hyron lay flat on his back he smiled and began to laugh hysterically. So that was the captain, hm...best not do that again! He then brought his feet above his head and did a back flip-like move to get back on his feet. Hyro then removed the ankle weights and shook off the embarrisment returning back to his run but faster this time...much faster. Unlike many other squad mates Hyronai worked on his physical limits first, testing his abilities without using his reiatsu. With the weights off and his legs no longer "bogged" down Hyro flew through the track twice before returning to his starting spot. He dropped the weights back in the bag and switched his running shoes off, sitting on the ground next to his zanpakuto.

OoC:://[I was just about to say the same thing.
Pharoh, if you want to go someplace, you have to leave wherever you are, and then enter the place. That's called entrance posts and exit posts. So please choose one place to be, and make your exit posts.
FYI. Disrespecting the captain and other squad members is not good. It's an open invitation to get your character gang raped. I know it's in character, but everyone has a deep respect for the Captain of this squad, and I'm deeply Surprised Yuki didn't cripple Hyron. xD

Yuki laughed, happy with his quick response time to her assault. She was about to correct him on how he should watch his back for opponents, but with a quick response like that she couldn't complain. A smile crossed her lips as she relaxed into an easy fighting stance.
"No worries. How about a light bit of sparing? Those dummies aren't nearly as fun as flesh and blood"

Kidou smiled, suddenly rejuvenated, and did a few back flips backwards, giving him distance between him and his captain. "Yes Ma'am!" He then put his left hand on the sheath of his sword and used his thumb to push the guard so that the blade would come loose. He then pushed it with enough so that the blade came out farther. He then caught his sword with his right hand, lightly spinning it before bringing it down into his preferred stance.

((Oh ok, sorry I didn't know whether or not to do that...I probably read a rule about that but it must of slipped! I'll go edit stuff! And I wasn't being disrespectul, just playful! I'll check myself with that stuff too!))
After switching off his shoes Hyronai hopped to his feet and strode off the training grounds reflecting on his actions and calculating the other options that may or may not have been present at that particular point. Always being the one striving for perfection, or as damn near close to it as possible, Hyro also reevaluated situations though only after he'd learned from a mistake.

Yuki smirked, the kid liked to show off that was for sure. Not that she blamed him, if those tricks where more practical she wouldn't do anything else! She mentally told herself not to use shunpo and restrict herself to kidos 1-40, to make it at least a little fair to the poor kid.
"Then let's get this party started!"
She slightly shifted her stance so her free hand was pointing at him, and silently cast kido 9, Geki, a binding spell. A downside of Yuki.... She always had to fight quickly and efficiently.

((After this, can you help my character learn a new kido? Because if I don't learn some more soon I am going to be so screwed. XD ))
Kidou realized the danger he was in and immediately took his right hand off his sword, the left one was still holding it, and put his index and his middle finger together and yelled "Hado Number 4, White Lightning!!!" But, instead of aiming at Yuki, he aimed at the ground in front of him, causing a huge amount of dirt, small stones, and dust to come flying upward, hiding Kidou from site. He then quickly moved away from the area in which Yuki's spell would have gone while chanting a second spell. "Hado Number 1, Thrust!!!" The rocks in the air froze and started flying quickly towards Yuki.
(( Kidou is still running so it's not like he magically appeared at a location of his choosing. ))

It was so weird to Yuki, having a battle at normal speeds felt like slow motion now. She was so used to everything being shunpo, super speed, split second reaction!... She really needed to get out more and stop battling captain level people. She easily rolled out of the way of the flying rocks and rushed Kidou, quickly swinging her blade in an upward arch that would nicely carve him up if he didn't move.

Kidou blocked his captain's attack with his blade, but it was impossible for him to stop it so he blocked to slow her blade instead of trying to completely stop it. While he was doing this he moved around the blades intended path. Kidou grimaced under his scarf from the seer force of trying to hold back his captain's blade, Ug, he thought clenching his teeth, this is nothing like my battle with Miss Amie.

(( that's not because you don't know any higher level kido, but because your riatsu control sucks. ))
Yuki forced her strike to finish, pushing against Kidou's resistance at a slowed rate that allowed him to get away. A split second of frustration, seeing that he had been smart enough to not use anything flashy like most other opponents she faced. She took a small step to turn, before taking a downward swing at Kidou, when the downward swing ended it's arch she intended to turn the blade sideways and cut across his middle in a finishing move.

(( I can truely say that that is not my fault. XD ))
Kidou moved his blade to the side so that it would block Captain Yuki's attack. But, instead of using his whole body and his own blade to stop the blow, he let his body go limp, except for the arms, and flew sideways and away from captain Yuki. Kidou flew sideways and close to the ground for a few seconds and then hit the ground hard, rolling even farther away from Captain Yuki, he then used his left hand to stop his rolling and then pushed up on it, allowing him to throw his self up in the air again so that he could regain his balance, and do a back flip back to earth where he touched down on both feet. His back and his sides both hurt from the force of the hit, and the rolling.

Yuki casually let go of her zanpacto after pushing Kidou away. Once again, she was surprised at how well he was doing, by making his body go limp he avoided getting cut in two. He seemed to subscribe to her school of 'Keep it simple, stupid'. She was starting to understand how frustrating fighting herself might be for others. With two free hands she made a gun shape with her fingers, and as Kidou rolled away she furrowed her brow and silent cast at the speed of thought, Hado #4! Lightning lept out of her fingers at a double pace and raced towards her opponent.

As Kidou looked up he was greeted by the sight of the racing lightning. I can't dodge it, he thought as he brought up his blade in a guard position, his hands were slightly shaking. He was still kneeling on the ground but now his blade was horizontal and the flat end was facing his captain. When the lightning hit it hit hard, his sword broke at the point where it hit and the lightning pierced his shoulder. The shock from the hit made him yell out in pain and fall down, unconscious.
