Saito leaped for his life as the ball of heavy and violent dust moved past him, hitting the spot behind Yokou with a thud. His eyes were half open as he coughed, looking back, a massive sweat drop on the back of his head forming. Such a violent dust cloud defied logic...
Anyways.
It would seem this Haru character had bad experiences with his beloved sensei in the past. Well, for one apparantly Zephyr had been to these red-light districts. He wasn't sure what the red lights were attributed too, but then-- the situation at hand was out of his understanding. 'Hmph', the child crossed his arms, thinking. He needed to get to his final training. These genin must also be in a hurry. Saito looked around the area, patting down his elegant garbs and fixed his hair.
"Are we Ready?", Yokou asked.
His stream of consciousness broke as he looked up to the woman, nodding. He wasn't exactly sure what they were supposed to be ready for-- but he simply nodded, closed his eyes and stood up. "Yes Yokou-sama.", he replied, moving closer. Boy he hoped the maids didn't come back..

Rhaim heard both Tenma and Tairu's pleas for him to hurry up with the statue and eventually even felt the girl tugging to help him move it. With the fight behind him clearly winding down, the boy had every intent to get out of the area before any of them realised what they were doing. The Nara still had no clue that anyone one outside of the three academy students were working to rid the area of the statue. The gritted his teeth as he kicked his legs back underneath himself and pushed straight up on the statue to get it off his cheat and aide Tenma in carrying it out. Since she already had half of the thing fairly securely held up if he failed to lift his end he'd be the laughing stock of the clan. Even more so than before. Though it was unlikely that anything could over shadow how poorly he had done on the written exam.

((Ugh...I really didn't want to post with Gaia screwing over the posting format. But all right, if you guys are feeling up to it... xP))
The guard at first watched the approaching two children with suspicion, but when the girl mentioned her name was Sarutobi, the Senju's stiff posture slightly relaxed, and he nodded, and then in turn to his partner. Ah yes...the program that Senju Zephyr had begun, and that Senju Amerikasugi, the prince's grandfather, had continued in honor of his missing grandson. Senju Amerikasugi may not have been very happy with the then not even mid-year heir's decision to claim his Sennin privileges... It was a quiet sort of love, that only required the slightest bit of insight to see, but one that Zephyr had refused to acknowledge back then and still does now.
"Hai, Sarutobi-han." He addressed the girl. "We'll open the gates." And signaling to his partner, they took the great brass knockers of the gate (rings that were suspended, bitten upon, by metal lion heads) and the great crimson gates - the sun glinting proudly on the brass studs - were thrown open once more.
