I'm not that good with computers sweatdrop ...so what's an unzipping program and where would I find it?

There's a few out there. Winzip is one. CamUnzip (is that right? o.O) is another. Look up a free one online if you can't find one on your computer.
Actually, just right click the folder. If it says, "Unzip Here," click that. x3 The program should take care of the rest.

Wait a sec.....Oh! I hate the computer! Okay so now I have a .ips file? And my brother said that I need a .rar file... but if I right click the .ips it says add to fe6.rar. Should I do that?
