She blinked, smiling. "Where are we going?" she asked excitedly. If he was actually going through the trouble of courting her- wow!

"No... but a 10,000 year old and a 5,000 year old wouldn't be much difference." she replied, smiling. "I don't think they care though. It just depends."

Lynn looked over at the ingredients that Sally had pulled out and put them away. "Uhh... frying pan... frying pan... oh! here we go! Now... ham, right here... and cheese... Ah, it's with the eggs. Cool." She gathered all of her ingredients and set forth to make a ham and cheese omelet for her dinner. Hey, it was what she wanted and Matt had the ingredients for it, so whatever.

Vanessa yawned as she walked down the street, carrying a grocery bag. The people around her took little notice of the tall girl, but she was watching them. They thought she was like them. A mortal. She wasn't that lucky. She had been alive longer than they could understand, and she was sick of it. But there was no use thinking about that now. For the time being, she would keep pretending to be a seventeen year old girl on her way home.

After a few failed attempts, Lynn finally got he omelet made and on a plate. She then headed back out to to the chair she had been sitting in and sank back down. She worked on cleaning her plate while she watched the mortals in the streets carrying random things that they thought might be useful to someone or another who was working on something or something else.

Partway home, the bag broke. Vanessa sighed to herself; she had been expecting it. She had told the bag boy that it was too full, but he wouldn't listen. And now she was stuck picking up her groceries off the sidewalk.

Kyfen giggled as Yata brushed him off. He'd been completely absorbed in the three different conversations that seemed to be going on at once. Was this what a family is like? He thought. It felt right, it felt... Happy. These immortals, as much as they complained about their gifts, found joy in each other, even if it was only a small comfort. Kyfen looked at Yata. "I take the nutjob option, please!" He giggled a little, then tried to restrain himself from full out hysterics. It was all happening, to him no less. Everything he'd ever wanted, the reason he'd never given up meeting those prospecting foster parents, had come to him, all in the space of one day. Suddenly, he didn't feel so tired anymore.

((okay, so the reason I'm not naming Loni as a main Immortal in this is because I was about to take his character profile down. Solomon Marquis has reasons not to want to be in this RP, apparently.))
"So, you're gonna stay with Matt then? You're gonna stay with Matt and try to meet all the main Immortals," Lynn said, basically just thinking out loud, "that's gonna take forever. I mean, sure you've already met me, Yata, Cyrea, oh, you haven't met Conall yet, right? Well, I'm sure you might see him around though. I was talking to him before I came here. But so far, I think that is all the Immortals in this city."

"Bye everyone! See you later!" Shouted Kyfen, waving goodbye to everyone in an excitable manner. He'd only known them one day, and yet they felt so close to him, connected by their immortality and friendship. It was a bond he had dreamed of his entire life, yet only grasped at in fleeting, soon broken-up companions. He walked hand-in-hand with Yata down the street, and smiled at the young lady who had dropped her shopping. Just to be of assitance, he began picking up some of her groceries as well.

((Hey... ya know, Elenwyd... that's kinda like taking control of Mega Kibble's character... If Mega Kibble doesn't want to head out the door, then you shouldn't make it happen. It's god-modding.))
"Hey! You know that I'm no young lady!" Lynn yelled after Yata as he dragged Kyfen out the door. She resisted the urge to throw a piece of omelet at him as he left. Only because it might have hit Kyfen. Or some random person on the street.
