Sekain smirked impressed, although he was weary of him still. As sekain had that rampage in Telsa a few months ago. Sekain thought, I'm building a fall but thats all nature, tavern and a ranch WOOD "The people of my city have requested a ranch to be built for the children and adults to use and rent out for menial tasks. All I am in need of is timber and horses. The only Timber we have is the woods surrounding us acting as our protectiong, and the only horses we havve belong to my troops."

Lord Dracien nodded. He gave the crude canister, to his servant, who had not been there a moment before. It was replaced with another Thermis, much like the first one. "I own only coastal land, but that entitles my lands to a fair amount of trade. I can divert both of those here, but. . . Like I said this is trade, not presents. What do you have surplus's of?" the lord asked, chugging down this second thermis. This one wasn't filled with coffee, but rare spring water, fresh water, something which was in short supply in his lands. Dracien couldn't rid himself of that infernal feeling of suspiciousism, but then again. He had pretty much barged into this place.

"This is Flowing Rivers, a city containng some of the purest waters in all of Llyr. Our water is trade, we use it to grow the freshest juciest fruits, and harvest those fruits into wines. Most of our food and drink is so good, because of the water as its basis. The people are healthy. Just the other day i saw an old woman no more than 60. She was a water bearer. Four pales of water they carry per trip. One per hand and two on a cross bar upon their shoulders. However I am currently putting a stop to that as we speak, he smiled. "I have plans to create falls from the mountains, untouched waters will flow into a newly build spring out of bounds to the public. We have plenty to offer as a city. I have more to offer as a person." he smiled "It all depends on what you need."

Lord Dracien let the empty thermis fall to the ground. His head swung back, to release gales of laughter. Water was just the thing he needed. Enough people died on the water he was forced to give them, coming from Rivers polluted by the people living upstream. "It would be spectacular. We have to boil everything, and still have to worry about plague. This would be very useful to my lands. If you could produce enough water for my needs, I can set up transport, and supply you with everything you need." Lord Dracien told the other lord. His laughter slowly subsided. His face lost the merry joy he had just obtained. "of course, I will have to inspect this water before an agreement can take place. I believe your word, but I am not fool enough to say that I can't be swindled. After a tour, we can iron out the details." Lord dracien said in a much gruffer voice. He was already prepared to check out this water, and folded up his self made folding chair.

Sekain nodded, "then let us be on our way" he smiled as he nodded ot a servant who got the door, and another meeting him with his usual glass of water to wake him up in the morning. Before taking a sip he handed the glass to Lord Dracien. "Sir, this would be mine, I have a glass when I awake as it freshens me up before my daily duties." he samiled handing him the glass, before turning to the sevant, "Please tell Khan to prep the horses" he asked politeld as the servant nodded and left to do so.

Lord dracien gives it to his servant, who tastes it for him. His own servant was short, as well as infinitely aged. His eyes showed off a cool calculating light beneath a mask of wisdom. Whatever the water tasted, Dracien's servant nodded his head, wisely. The lord in turn, looked at Sekain. "This is everything you said it would be, but like I said. I can't make a deal, until the water we will be trading is sampled." Dracien told the other lord. There wasn't an if before the trading. He just wanted to make sure that it was as good as it was said to be.

"My stable boy has prepared our horses, for me to escourt you to the facilities we use. Now there are three springs in Flowing Rivers at the moment. Two are unopen to the public and the one is. the largest one is, allowing their children to swim and fish. Let us go" he smiled allowing his guest to leave before him.
After mounting their horses Sekain lead their visitors to the main spring where the water is kept. There were guardians at the gate granting them access, only them and water bearers were granted access, it may seem silliy to some, but to keep the drinking water pure it was neccessary. The woodland was clean and free of and pesticides and was only an acre. But it was at the heart of the woodland that Lord Dracian would receive his answer. There was a house on their left. This was the spring keepers residence, for those who kept the garden and the water free and clear of any animals bugs and people. "Here we are Sir" Sekain smiled as he dismounted his horse and walking up to hte lip of the spring.

Lord Dracien jumped up to his own horse, a stunning black mare. The servant that had been following him dissapeared again. After Lord Dracien left, he noted how much the place produced, or at least seemed to.
Lord Dracien waved to everybody he passed. He was a lord, and they were working people, but without them, a lord was nothing. Lord Dracien followed silently, this man he had met was very powerful. Some people would say water was a useless commodity, but then those people have never had their water supply poisoned. That had happened to Lord Dracien, and it had been disaster. This water was well gaurded.
When they made it to the source of all this water, Lord Dracien's aincent servant was walking next to his lord's horse. Lord Dracien motioned to his faithful servant to test it. The man took a sip and nodded to his lord. It was all it was said to be. "Well. . . What's your name, lord of the flowing rivers?" Lord Dracien asked him. it had compeletly slipped his mind.

Sekain smiled, and nodded, "I'm a man of my word" he nodded "It's Sekain, Lord Sekain." he said pretty cautiously but politely and calmly, hoping he wouldn't recognise it from previous attacks. He had changed and was a Lord now, a Lord with something this man needed, and didn't want his past actions and reputation to ruin it. He wanted his new dominant powerful reputation to overtake his old careless one.

A glint of humor entered Lord Dracien's eyes. "Well, Lord Sekain, I never participated in my countries war, and you probalby know it. I already knew you were a man of your word." There was a hint of deeper meaning in his words. Lord Dracien didn't explain. He just turned his horse around, ready to leave.

Lord Dracien nodded his head. "It is everything you said it would be. the only thing I need to know, is how much you would spare me for as many horses, and timber that you need?" Lord Dracien asked, going straight to the point.

Sekain rode alongside Lord Dracien as they talked. "Well how many will I be supplying for? and for what purpose? You yourself saw the size of that spring. That was for drinking water. We have another we use for washing water, be it people of objects, and are currently creating a third spring for drinking water from the mountains, we have rivers that supply us with a never ending supply and it is all carefully syphened and filtered, so theres no chance of infection. We here need enough timber to create a small house and a stables. We have enough left over from the tavern we're building for the fencing, we just need enough for the building itself."

Lord Dracien rode easily. "A whole nation, at least what I consider my Nation. Mostly, it will be used for drinking water, because that is the most important. I am tired of having people sick all the time, because they barely have enough time to decontaminate the water. The plants live off it fine, but My people aren't plants. What about horses? how many would you need. Then there is always qaulity. We could give you timber filled with termites, and horses half dead, but I think you would appreciate it more, if I got you the best." His own lands were self sufficient, and could live apart from Tesla. It was much bigger than the Flowing Rivers. he had a big enough army to patrol it, and an even larger navy. More than enough to live separate from tesla, but that would cut them off from Tesla's great history, and Lord Dracien didn't want that.

Sekain chuckled, "4 will do to start off with. We can always breed them ourselves, Khan my stbale boy is very talented and has a connection with the creatures. He's more than capable of hekping them. As for a nations supply of water, that shouldn't be a problem, we have a ship containing a tanker large enough to transport enough water for a month, and with the new springs we'll have more than enough for ourselves and youre nation."
