After hitting the ground hard, the wounded bird cawed loudly and sprung itself off of the surface of the earth. Since it had been attacked, it knew where its prey was hiding and intended on pecking away at the sensitive areas of its meal's body in order to disable it. It too showed no regard for the other bird, as if the two had forgotten about each other for the time being, consumed by the aggressive behavior caused by the infection that had invaded their bodies.
The other bird flew higher into the sky in order to give itself a better angle on its target. After it reached the tops of the trees, it tucked its wings and pointed its beak straight at the moving human, intending on smashing it with the full force of its diving body.

Thankfully, Sukotto's plan of luring the birds into attacking him instead of Sorri seemed to partially work. While one bird still went after the younger shinobi, it had obviously become a better situation than it had been. The bird that swooped towards the Uchiha looked to be quite fast. He figured that the infection had somehow given it some enhanced abilities, which was odd considering that it had been deteriorating their bodies. Sukotto figured that the infection had most likely disfigured parts of the mind of those that it had cursed. He wondered if it had damaged the parts of the brain that limited the body from overexerting itself, which would explain both the deterioration and the enhanced abilities. This was all merely speculation, but it was difficult for the Chuunin to come up with any other sort of situation. As the bird neared him, Sukotto kicked off of the ground and changed his movement from forward to sideways. He still didn't want to waste any large amount of chakra, so he didn't utilize a defensive jutsu or even his Sharingan, allowing the bird an opportunity to strike him, but it was a risk that Sukotto had to take. Thankfully, Sukotto ducked out of the way just as the bird sailed into his previous location. He was so close in fact, that he felt the slight gust of air that followed the bird as it zipped by his head.

((Just in case anyone is confused about the order of turns, Sorri will make his dodging post next and then any one of the three Shimagakure ninja may attack.))

A smirk sprung up on Sorri's face while he watched the bird flap its way back into action after getting slammed by by its abuser. He started back sprinting and taunted the bird with a nod. This thing wanted to eat him Sorri, probably make him suffer while they enjoyed the meal to. Better yet the bird might keep the brown boy as a victory meal and keep it all to himself. He started to criss cross around the trees then turned at an angle and started the sprint all over again, the bird's flaps had gotten louder, it was getting closer. Sorri only started this chase to watch Sukkuto. The guy hadn't use chakra to get away from the bird...He's conserving it. Hs slapped his hands into the ram sign again, Sorri didn't have that kind of skill where he didn't need to use the replacement jutsu just to dodge bird it was to risky, He barely dodged the bucket of disease last time, and and he wouldn't this time.
When he turn the corner the bird was already in his face before he could luck up the chakra for his jutsu and get away.
1d20(3) + 10Dodge + 5Cha=18
CP:29-5(Replacement Cost)=24/39
Body Replacement Technique [Kawamiri no Jutsu] This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Fundamentally, all ninja know this technique. If the technique is successful you can use sneak attack to attack your target. CP Cost: 5 Damage: N/A Requirement: Must be taught. Seals: Ram Avoid: Dodge or Ninjutsu roll. Special: + Chakra Mod to Dodge, Sets up for Sneak attack if dodge is successful. Roll: 1d20 + Dodge + Chakra Mod

Akiko watched the battle unfold, waiting for the right moment to strike. Sorri seemed to be going all over the battlefield, so there was never any good moment to strike; any attack she made held too great a risk of hitting him. As for Scotty-san, she wasn't sure what he was doing. Usually he'd be raining fire down upon the enemy--but no, she could understand if that was unnecessary. After all, just a good dodge and attack would likely fell the birds in due time. So, he was more efficient, though it would likely make the fight drag out a bit longer. Of course, she figured Scotty-san for an analytic type like herself, and she wondered what he was thinking about. He seemed to have his eyes fixed on the bird, so odds were his mind was on that. They did seem rather awkward; even with the rapid decay their bodies took on, they seemed rather strong. It was an odd curiosity, but without further medical knowledge she wouldn't be able to make heads or tails of it. As it was, he was dodging the bird quite effectively, and it opened up a window for her to unleash a shuriken.

After having evaded the infected bird's dive bomb attack, Sukotto had an opportunity to hit it at a close range. Before he even had a chance to throw a kick, he noticed a glint in the air as Akiko's shuriken quickly made its way towards the bird that had attempted to strike the Uchiha. It was moving so rapidly that it was likely that it would make contact with the bird well before Sukotto could land his own hit. He was glad to see that she was staying aware of her surroundings. It was clear that Sorri's bird was much more difficult to hit since he was moving around so rapidly. It was likely that she would forfeit her hiding spot. Since he wasn't sure how strong these creatures would be, he decided to go ahead and attack the one that had attacked him along with Akiko, so that they would have a better chance of taking it out. Sukotto summoned the speed of his Phoenix Form taijutsu style in order to keep up with the bird's quick movements before it flew out of range of his melee attacks. With that decision, the Uchiha would launch two swift kicks in the direction of the bird after Akiko's shiriken had either hit or missed the bird.
First Phoenix Form attack vs Bird #2 1d20+45(Taijutsu)= 63
Second Phoenix Form attack vs Bird #2 1d20+45(Taijutsu)= 61
Phoenix Form (HÅsenka Katachi) Description: A mind without intention is required to harness the true power of this fighting style. In the absence of doubt and fear, only action remains and this form certainly trains one to let go of such hindrances. Like the bird of fire that this taijutsu is named for, trainees will, in a sense, be reborn after completing their training. A focus on the legs for offensive strikes and the hands and arms for a defense by means of quick deflections is achieved by focusing on agility rather than strength. The primary stance is held by completely relaxing one's arms and balancing seventy percent of one's weight on one leg whilst holding the other in front of the body, barely touching the ground and ready to strike. Cp Cost: N/A Damage: 1 to 5 + Agi Mod + 1 per 10 Ranks Taijutsu Requirement: 10 Ranks in Control, 30 Ranks in Taijutsu, 30 ranks in Agility Avoid: Dodge Special: Agility Mod replaces Strength Mod in all rolls and total skill that deals with taijutsu. User cannot use Tumble to dodge while in combat.
