If by "interesting" you mean "horrible," then definitely Scorpius Hyperion. At least Barberus Bragge has some flow to it (probably due to the double B's). Poor Scorpius. How much Gillyweed did his parents smoke before they named him?

Hmm.. Sev's are mostly potions and Hermione's are more of a variety, so Hermione.

Both of them would rather play Quidditch than knit...Well, Ron mocked Hermione's elf endevour by calling it spew, and Harry cared enough to free Dobby, so...Harry.

I honestly think Snape is better at brewing potions, though Slughorn is a better professor because he doesn't bully any of the students. I'm going to have to say Old Sluggie.
(That doesn't mean I don't think Sev kicks arse, but it can't be denied that he is a bad teacher.)

 I'm gonna go with Winky, because she was polite to her master, even after he'd let her go, whereas Kreacher was mean to Sirius, and was only nice to Harry and the others when they looked favorably upon Regulus. Winky did everything for her master even when he was mean to her, whereas even when Hermione was nice to Kreacher he was mean to her. Who do you think would be a better dancer, Lucius or James?
