(Ok so to recap, Laz and Perrian are slowly making their way up the stairs twords the mad scientist and his assistant. While anyone els who is still here stands just inside the door.

I am hard at work trying to unravle the secrets life and death and imortality, among other nifty things sutch as improving the human condition. And for your second question this is not my hous THIS right here is mine lab witch the master of this hous has set up for my research and experimentation. Altho I do have a personal room for sleaping in another part of the hous.

Lazarus shifts his feet ever so slightly underneath his robes, stabalizing himself, incase this scientists is more than just "mad".

(Sorry for the delay I was waiting for Perrian to say or do something. It looks like he was missing for a while but since he still hasent posted I will keep things moving.)
(The mad scientist takes a few steps forward and asks "Are you alone or do you have and friends wandering around here? Und how where you permited into this hous? I vas under the impresion that admitiance was by invite only." He waits for a reply.)

(His expresion begining to show his true anger he shouts "Verry well if you reafuse to answer me then I will simply deal with your intrusion in my own way! Altho your intrusion has interfeared with my work you will make a quite suitable test subjects to further my research. Now do be good and try not to die too soon." With a slight chucle a sinister grin spreads acors his face, and then with out warning he shouts "EGOR!!! Throw the switch!" at that the deranged hunchback takes hold of a large toggle leaver and pulls down on it with all his weight.)

Varnis comes tumbling out of the trap door that the switch activates. Standing, he draws his voidblade. "Haha!" He shouts out loud raising the blade above his head as he looks around the room quickly, and gets into an offensive stance, not really sure what to expect, he was ready for anything that could happen.
