Elruda murmured a quick farewell to Tatianna before running back. She wanted to ask Tatianna more questions but Wrath was probably wondering where she ran off to Besides, it won't matter where the other shinobi would be later today. After all, she had the Byakugan.

A few minutes later, Elruda quickly scouted the area with her Byakugan and easily found her teacher. Muttering a quick apology, she patiently awaited her next assignment.

When Elruda had finally appeared Wrath merely told her to go get something to eat and then to meet him back in the same spot at sun down. He had something he needed to take care of really quick and would be back soon. And after he finished talking he disappeared using the Shunshin no Jutsu.

Elruda was surprised when Wrath simply dismissed her and told her to meet him again at sun down. Perhaps she would get a chance to talk to the other shinobi, after all. Thus, she left the training grounds and running as fast as she could back to Amegakure.

Wrath had returned exactly at sun down like he said he would and in the exact smae spot near the taijutsu dummies. He began to wonder if Elruda remembered what he had said but he would find out soon enough.

Elruda raced to the training grounds, the little voice in her head chiding her for losing track of time. s**t. She cursed inwardly to herself. After eating, Elruda had spent most of the afternoon trying to find the kunoichi she had talked to earlier. Except she got side-tracked by all of the shops selling souvenirs.
She [literally] crashed into the training grounds, doing her best to avoid crashing, and skidded to a stop in front of Wrath. "G-gomen..." She muttered, gulping for air.

"Good. Your here." Wrath calmly spoke as he looked down at Elruda. He then reached into his hakama and pulled out some thing black. He unwrapped it and handed it to Elruda. After she saw the top of it she would realize that it was an Amegakure forehead protector. "You've passed all the required areas to graduate and Ame academy." He simply stated.

"It's for me...?" Elruda murmured as she took the forehead protector from Wrath. The corners of her lips twitched before the girl broke into a small smile. She took the forehead protector and used it to pull her hair back like a headband (like Haruno Sakura did in the anime/manga) would. "Does that mean I'm a Genin...?" Elruda inquired.

"Yep. Now lets go. I got us your first mission." Wrath replied. "We're going croc killing." Wrath added as he started to walk off the training grounds.

Elruda felt herself give an involuntary shudder. Croc killing...? Somehow, she gets the feeling that the crocodile will kill her instead. But, she still jumped up and followed Wrath away from the training grounds.

Wrath had brought elruda back from the mission and to the training grounds. He laid her against a tree and attempted to heal her with a technique his uncle Xin sort of taught him. Xin had told him how to do it but Wrath was still having trouble mastering the jutsu. But he tried anyway. He put his hands on Elruda's wounds and soon his hands began to glow a light green. And after lifting his hands he had partially healed her bites and scratches.

Elruda snapped awake, realizing that she had collapsed after successfully killing a crocodile. She looked at her arms, noticing that some of the bite/scratch marks were gone. She deduced that her teacher used some sort of medical ninjutsu to heal her enough for moving around. "Arigatou..." She murmured.

Wrath merely patted Elruda's shoulder and smiled. After showing his happiness that she was ok he laid down on the grass beside the tree he had sat her up against. Night had already come and he was slightly tired but eventually he dozed off. Morning had come but he was still asleep.

Elruda gave a weak smile before she too fell asleep, exhausted due to her wounds. Night came quickly and passed just as it had come, before long the first rays of the sun illuminated the area. Elruda awoke and noticed that Wrath was still asleep. She didn't disturb him and instead, while still leaning against the tree she had fallen asleep at, and watched the birds in the sky, amusing herself by counting how many there were.

After a little while longer Wrath had finally awoken when the sun was just over head. He liked to occasionally sleep in but he didn't very often. With a soft yawn he got up stretching and then turning to where he left Elruda. "Lets go back to the temple before we go on our next mission. Kay?" Wrath suggested. He stated to walk off but stopped and turned to look at his student to see if she was feeling well enough to walk yet.

By the next day, Elruda had recovered enough to walk. Her injuries still pained her but a shinobi never shows pain so she just gave a small nod, carefully keeping her face devoid of all emotion, and followed Wrath back to the temple.
