He'll Still Be in the Guild, Just not Co-Captain.
He's Going to Start his own guild, thus less responsibility in this one.

Also if your Vice-Captain Rank, Please PM Me if you Want a more important role in the guild.

Well he's just making his own guild and is going to make Isamu the co captin. Since Ryuho is going to that one, which will have more people from the differen guilds that he is on, more people will join his. It's going to be more like a linking almost. Though he's taking the Order with him. But we do encourage you to still post in here. I'll be brain storming and listening to some ideas on what we can do to make this guild still stand. ^-^
