Izzy was injured, not the best state to be in when two overgrown and overly aggressive beings were in the picture. He stood next to his charge, taking on a stance that would show anyone who was paying attention that he was on the ready. Nendir watched, almost in disbelief, as Ryn charged the dark haired man, if Nendir could even call it that. For some reason he couldn't feel anything from this creature, except for it's presence, no feeling or thought pattern, it was as if he was nothing more than a blank canvas taking up space.
The sun had began to set in the distance and the smell of nightfall washed over them. Oh how Nendir wished he could lay under the stars and absorb the radiance of the night, but alas, he would more than likely end up dueling to the death, he wasn't even sure he, or his comrades, wold make it home before the sun would begin to rise.
"I know you might be going through a lot right now, and Izzy I am sorry, but you were meant to be here, start believing in that and yourself and you'll feel a lot more relaxed...Can you still shoot that thing while your stressing?"
He was completely serious. They needed to vacate the premises before things got out of hand, if they hadn't already. I'm going to have to buy a new car. Kept running through his mind, and even the start of those thoughts made his stomach turn. Besides the fact that his first Mortal possession was being demolished, he had no idea how he was going to get Izzy back home. She couldn't walk, due to her ankle, and she couldn't fly out like Ryn could. The only other option was to ask Her High Majesty for a portal, but after their last conversation, the chances of her doing anything extra for him just seemed out of the question.

((Hmm... I've been thinking. How about ifwe place Izzy and Nendir's story as the main plot, and all the rest as the subplot? It would be an interesting story for a normal human girl to suddenly have her family attacked by some strange... monsters, and then get saved by an elf who drags her into Chicago and into many many bumps and troubles that simply overhwelms her. LOL))

(( razz Nah! We'll encounter the 'main' characters sooner or later, and that would be exciting/interesting, wouldn't it? It would make ALL OF US main characters! rofl ))

(( Lol then I become the sidekick biggrin That is an amusing thought, but everything is kind of the main plot in my opinion, because despite everything going on, it all spirals into the same thing biggrin And now for the first time in a while, I am waiting on someone... *Bangs head on desk* Ahh well, I guess I'll be able to post tomorrow sometime razz ))

[[Oi...I tried to design the RP so no one really feels left out. But, hey... as long as we go toward an epic battle of Purifiers and gods against Defenders and humans. -I'm all GOOD!!! blaugh This is where we create a large gathering of each, so it'll be more like two main plots -no good and evil. It's just that the defender's side will be moving ALOT faster, than us... lol sweatdrop ]]

((Does anyone feel left out? And yeah, even if we all sort of did our own thing from time to time it would all be leading up to one big blow out. It's just, bonds will be made on both sides. Though I had a sub plot in mind, I sort of just threw it out the window this morning. crying ))

Masaru really, really wanted to stop using her lungs. She wondered whether or not she should care about the suspicion caused by a mouthless, noseless girl. She was disgusted by what she was inhaling.
She trudged through the town, keeping her head down in an attempt to not breathe without anyone noticing. Someone touched her arm, thinking she was ill and needed help. She scratched the back of their hand, not even bothering to look up. She heard an angry exclamation and simply walked on, flexing the fingers that had drawn blood.
[[Aww...Well, I know I don't feel left out, but I made a point to be on as often as possible so I wouldn't get left behind.]]

((To be honest? A couple people entered the plot at a crucial point. So I have to put the sub plot on the back burner :/ I think I still want to do it because I put a lot of thought into it you know. I'll just bide my time. I have to see where this stuff with the organic cyborg and sages character goes first. I can't really blame them, becauuse I should of told them before they started in but oh well. I'll just wait it out.
