Pr0dlgy The Winged Guardian It's illegal to go trick or treating for anyone above the age of 12? i think thats the limit here. I didn't stop until I was 15 mainly because of late puberty. mrgreen Side note: Matsuri event... let's go! Matsuri?

Yeaaa.... you guys can make a Halloween event if you like, with actual stuff to do XD (See the Garandoki Ranch or Snowball Wars past events for info) but I won't do that because I'm busy and because I don't really celebrate Halloween >.> So I don't really know much about that stuff lol. I carved a pumpkin for the first time yesterday smile
But yea if you do make it just PM me or a Crew member to approve/sticky it smile And move the Rangaku Matsuri to the Guild Archive HAHA

She never said anything about scrapping the old.

You could make another Rangaku style event if you like without the big drum since that is every season not every month smile
