Basically, here's the rundown:
These two girls run away from home with their pet alligator, and live with a perverted rich boy. The girls find their way to the mansion when Yoshikata, the rich boy, puts up an ad looking for maids. The two girls, Izumi and Mitsuki, find the ad and become the roommates with the rich lonely perverted boy.
