Pretty simple this time around. Just go to one of the public forums like the exchange, and an egg event will show up. Click the egg to put it in your basket, collect 10 eggs and you get an Easter Basket which has an item inside.
It's not actually necessary to browse the forum or post or anything, though. Basically an egg will show up every 2 minutes, so just hit refresh after 2 minutes goes by and boom, theres an egg.
I just keep refreshing the Exchange main page, lol.

Ah yeah, the event two years ago.
The eggs were small and would show up in random areas inside threads, so you actually had to really look for em. Kind of a pain in the a**.
