Val sighed. "Really, brother, they do it willingly and you need it to survive. It's not a bad thing. Much better than the days when vampires murdered humans." She held out a small bag, stuffed full. "I got plenty of birds for Jezzy. We were spying on you and masturbating. She's feeding, how wonderful!" She swept Angel up and they squealed over the baby together.

"I feel like I'm missing something here...." Riley said, a little confused as to what Alek's problem was."If anyone's got a problem with you, they'll have to take it up with me." Van said giving her a kiss on the top of the head with a smile before whisking them both away to the home of the goddess of love and beauty. Which was very...girly to say the least. Kind of like a little girl's dollhouse, all pink, white, and frilly. It didn't take them more than a few seconds after arriving before the owner herself burst out of the doors and glomped Mala."Oh Van, she's adorable~! You have to let me design her dress, and do her hair...! Oh just let me take care of it all, just tell me when the wedding iiiiiis~!" the goddess cried happily, burying Mala's face in her chest the entire time while Van could only sweatdrop.

Mala went stiff, unable to comprehend the situation that burst upon her so unexpectedly without the oxygen and time that she was currently being deprived from. Remembering Van's tales of the gods back when Riley was still his vassal, Mala couldn't help but wonder how such a goddess could be as insecure as he previously claimed - unless she were somehow the clingy jealous ex-girlfriend type.

"Marly, please stop suffocating my fiance." Van said with a sweatdrop before clearing his throat once Mala was finally free. "As I was about to say, Mala, the goddess of love and beauty, Marly. Who is...strangely green now....Why are you green?" he asked as he looked over goddess' color choice.
"Well, I went down to the mortal plain for a bit, and met this hunky woodsman who's all for nature and stuff..." Marly said putting her hands to her cheeks in that 'embarrassed and in love' look. "This time, I know he's the one!" she said suddenly becoming determined.
"That's what you said....you know what, I gave up counting your ex-boyfriends a few thousand years ago...."
