20 pounds in 2 weeks O.O That's amazing! I was only able to do about 8 in 2 weeks when I really tried XD
My friend is keeping me updated on her weight loss. She's lost 22 in 3 months, I believe. I think she was around 320, which I can't see how. She never looked that big to me.

My job has reached a new low. After a 12 hour night shift, my replacement didn't show up. For 6 hours. After an 18 hour shift, I finally got some relief--and my employer chews ME out for not calling earlier. But the thing is I did--I called the office's residential number and my client's trustee is so stingy that there is no long-distance, so I couldn't reach them. And my cell-phone was dead. And frankly, for $9 an hour, my employer does not have the right to b***h about a cell phone that they don't even help me pay for! The person in charge of scheduling SHOULD have been watching who clocked in late. But no, I guess I have to be the Tardy-Police on top of everything else.
I am so ready to quit. I'm not even sure why I'm going back to work tonight. evil

so my fiancee got told yesterday that they will call him when they have more work for him.......... again.............. in short, they don't NEED him, he was hired as a favor to his dad... where the HELL does that leave us? we have a power bill coming up.... *sighs* and a baby on the way... his check this week was 144............. it's normally 320..........so everything just got ********. and basically, he is out of a job............even though he wasn't fired, or laid off or anything else........he's just on hold... we can't afford this crap.
there is a slim possibility he might be able to get another job....... but the work is dangerous, and hard labor......

Yet there are people who sit on their a** all day and make $150k a year with out even lifting a finger. What the hell...
I really feel for everyone that has to put up with this crap. It seems the U.S. is just trying to screw everyone over for fun...
And some person in my history class says that everyone in the U.S. is making Obama look bad. No, hun, Obama is making himself look bad all by himself. I don't understand his logic, but then again this person believe that Obama is black. Wrong again. The only "black" feature he has is the dark skin. His facial features are not black.

Went shooting today. Took my Tokarev with me, it was surprisingly light on the kick. From all the talk I'd read online about it, it almost sounded like it kicked like a mule, for an autoloader. Went through a 72-round box, not a single misfeed issue to speak of.
That being said, what a ******** week. So glad that I have an outlet like plinking otherwise I'd be getting migraines from all the stress I'm under right now. Between missing school because I was ill and because of my car accident, and fighting with the insurance company of the woman I hit, it's been a hellish few days.

I think they came to an agreement at like 11:15 last night. I haven't read an article, but I saw a headline. I need to wait for my stress levels to go down before I read anything more.

I believe whatever the agreement is, it is only temporary for now. They did just enough to avoid shutdown.

Yea, I saw that. They plan on actually agreeing on something by the middle of this coming week. But why has this been pushed off to the last minute? Literally... Wouldn't you think budget is the number 1 priority?
