[Serpentpaw smiled and nodded at Wavepelt, a smile on her face. She tensed up, readying herself for the hunt. She turned and ran towards the boarders.]

 D u s k f i r e“Never give up on something that you can't go a day without thinking about.”_____________________________[Duskfire nodded, happy to follow him out of camp. That went smoother than expected. She always assumed cats would turn her down on things like this; they've done so in the past, when she was an apprentice, but she supposed that now was different, somehow anyway.
As they padded just outside of camp, she looked around, scanning the sky for the large bird and the moors for the dark figures of the dogs.]
“Something else...?” [She mewed under her breath, then glanced at her shoulder upon hearing Shadow's comment.] “It's not that bad. I'm fine, for the most part. The recent attacks just really shook me up...” [Her gaze wandered onto the grass as she fell silent for several heartbeats. Glancing up at Shadow, she noticed his tense posture as his eyes hardened. Twitching her whiskers, she playfully flicked his ear with her tail.] “Something wrong?”
[Duskfire meowed absently she passed him, her gaze returning to the moors as the warm greenleaf breeze buffetted her fur.]
(( I guess we could go to one of the borders, just to minimize the chat-spam in BreezeClan. So, pick a border. :3
And out of curiosity, is it Birdsong that Shadow likes? : D ))____________________________

[Iceears looked at Hauntednight with a shocked expression. She felt anger bubble inside of her, but she went and got some cobwebs to fix up his wounds. she felt usless since she couldn't help Icemane and couldn't keep Hauntednight in his nest. Iceears shook her head and then looked at the three in her den and laying on the nests.]

Above the cloud with its shadow is the star with its light.

[Shadow chuckled and gave her a playful look. He ran up to Duskfire and bumped her on the side of her body. He liked Duskfire as a close friend, knowing that she isn't too serious.]

But hopes are Shy Birds flying at a great distance seldom reached by the best of Cats.

[Blossomkit smiled at her friend, happy to see her at this time.] "Dovekit! Don't you hear that voice?! Isn't it talking to you?!?" Blossomkit asked, in a terrified voice. [Pebbleheart's gaze was shocked and worried. She picked up Blossomkit by the scruff, thinking that she just needs some exercise. She gave Dovekit a warm smile.] "Don't worry Dovekit, she's just having nightmares lately." Pebbleheart said. "I'm not having nightmares! There is some weird she-cat name Fire who keeps talking to me! Why can't she just leave me alone?!" Blossomkit whined. Blossomkit shush! Give me some time to explain! "Never! I will never listen to you!" Blossomkit squealed. [Pebbleheart's eyes were filled with worry. She picked up the kit by the scruff, her mind deep in thought about the shadowy cat Hauntednight talked about. Pebbleheart exit the nursery, putting Blossomkit on the edge of the clearing.]

Birdsong
[Birdsong opened her eyes, knowing something was up. She had felt Shadow's gaze on her, but refused to return it, nit wanting to get sucked into it, and make everything suck again. She twitched her ears, sitting up slowly. Her wound felt...different. Was that good? Birdsong sniffed and turned to Iceears]
"Iceears, my shoulder feels different.. Is it getting better, worse, or is it infected?"

 C l o v e r p a w“Fail with honor rather than succeed by fraud.”_____________________________[Cloverpaw stood beside the elders' den entrance, his head peering in slightly. Pale green eyes flashing, he gazed upon a golden pelt, gleaming in the half-light of the den. His tail swished back and forth in thought as he watched her, his love for the she-cat straining his sanity.]
Get out of here, you idiot! How in StarClan's name are you going to explain this if she sees you?! Move! One paw in front of the other, come on!
[Sneering at himself, his eyes were still fixed on the golden beauty of a she-cat as he paws began taking him away. Whirling around, he bounded to the other side of the camp, ears flattened and eyes narrowed in anger at his own stupidity. Growling softly, he cursed himself as he neared the apprentices' den and nursery.
Swiveling his ears, he suddenly caught the frantic mews of Blossomkit, Divekit and Pebbleheart in the nursery. Pelting to it, he almost collided with Pebbleheart as she carried Blossomkit out of the nursery. He watched them go to the edge of camp, still wondering what might've made the kits so scared. Shrugging, the tabby tom slipped into the nursery. As his eyes adjusted to the dim light of the nursery, he spotted a frightened looking Dovekit. Green eyes shining, he padded up to her.]
“Dovekit?” [He questioned as he sat down, eyes flashing with concern.] “Are you alright?” [He meowed softly, slightly lowering his head to see the little speckled white she-kit eye-to-eye.] “Do you know what happened with Blossomkit?”
[He glanced at the nursery entrance, in the direction of Pebbleheart and her sister before looking back to Dovekit with soft, questioning eyes.]

[Iceears narrowed her eyes, deep in thought. Iceears was staring at Birdsong for a while before saying,]
"It shouldn't be infected because I put a herb .on there to keep out infection. You should be just fine. You did sa that you couldn't move it earlyer, maybe you can move t now. That would be very good."

[Birdsong's emotionless green eyes stared back at Iceears as she thought. She stood up, only three paws firmly planted on the ground, and gently placed the forth one on the ground. Birdsong lifted it up again, slowly swinging it back and forth. She gritted her teeth in pain, but remained silent]

wouldn't overhear. [Dovekit curled up in her nest and looked at

[Blossomkit's ears went flat against her head.] "Blossomkit, what has gotten into you?" Pebbleheart demanded, expecting an answer. [Blossomkit looked up at her with her big, green eyes.] "Pebbleheart, I already told you, there-" Blossomkit was interrupted. Blossomkit! Listen to me and listen to me well. I'm nothing you should be afraid of! Now if you don't listen to me, your siblings and clan mates will be in grave danger! [Suddenly Blossomkit's ears twitched, the sound of her loved ones being in danger caught her attention. Blossomkit looked up at Pebbleheart, who was frowning down at her.] "Oh...never mind. Me and Dovekit were playing a...crazy cat game. I must have gotten carried away." Blossomkit said. [Pebbleheart was puzzled but nodded slowly, kind of expecting something.] "Uhm...alright...well i'm going to go get some sleep, you should too.." Pebbleheart said, a bit uncertainty in her voice. [She watched as Pebbleheart entered the warrior's den, looking back at more than once. Blossomkit let out a sigh of relieve.] "Who are you?" she whispered. My name is Fire, go to the edge of the clearing and I will explain everything.

“Well, as long as you're fine, I'm sure there's nothing to worry about,” [He sighed with relief, remembering his days in the nursery which were mere moons ago. Him, Spadekit, Dicekit, and Doveflight were a family here. He digressed.] “And I'm sure Pebbleheart has Blossomkit taken care of,” [He nodded to himself before turning to Dovekit, realizing that he'd never really gotten to know any of the new kits. Training with Mapleleaf had been his first priority nowadays, so he barely spent any time in camp anymore.] “So, what's up? How's kithood going for you?”
[He meowed with an amused grin, remembering that he was happy to finally be an apprentice, and that his assessment would take place on any given sunrise now.]________________________
