So apparently all the guards are so terrified of losing their jobs after the Hawk-eye Blue and The Other One thing that they let eeeeveryone through now.
Even into the maw of a dangerous prisoner.
And then they just let that dangerous, maneating prisoner waltz right out with a maiden in his arms.

Guards were never often the smartest people, from my experience with video games. Not unless they're part of some elite group. xD
EDIT: Oh, and in the RP it says the Order's currently being supported financially by the Gambinos. So we're not exactly broke. o3o

The Order is being financed by the Gambinos, but ONLY enough to buy the bare essentials - enough to fund the refurbishment, and enough to buy food enough for ~100 people per week.
If they run into difficulties eventually, Jessie may be the one who ends up funding it. It depends how attached he becomes to the Order and its cause. Right now, in case it's not been made clear, he's rather resentful of his role.
Okay, so, what's happening right now in the RP...
Okay so, there isn't actually a specified infirmary anywhere in the Temple, so let's say he took her to the nearest bedroom, which is basically in the basement, same as all the priest rooms.
And now I'll make a Lori post basically advancing everything to do with this scenario.

We'll hopefully we will move on soon to a point where you can RP.... tried to help you out, but you didn't want to take the bait lol! XDD
We'll in the guards defense they did follow Gwarn with their weapons trained on him and they were already scared shitless of him before that. It was one of those, "Am I getting paid enough to possibly die?" moments.
Well that and for some reason the guards that BOO hired aren't the brightest light bulbs of the bunch lol!
It's all Nii's fault!
