Sinope purple and gold eyes looked up to Jeanie as she looked to the woman and called out master. The usually out going and friendly blonde DorMouse was a very much afraid of everything at night. Usually Myrine would have found them a quiet place to hide before the sun had set. But Sinope had messed that one up by recognizing a guard or two and running away. Well, now she was pretty much on her own. Myrine was falling asleep on her feet and Sinope had to some how keep it together. Even with the approaching royals. But the funny girl now holding her hands were reassuring her that the blonde royal was a good and kind. Then kind and wonderful she must be! The younger cousin thought with a nod to the girl. “I still wouldn’t mind playing hide and go seek,” she said in a meek voice before more hub bub started with the Old King of Hearts spoke of surgeries. Her ear started to twitch again, but she ignored it. Surely the twitching was because of how nervous she was around such higher ups.
The slivery hair of the older cousin lazily looked about from person to person. The blonde woman seemed courtly. Myrine half thought that perhaps her less then welcoming remarks would led her and Sinope down a dangerous path. But woman that the girl Sinope was hiding behind didn’t seem to mind the woman. And Gale rattled off her name and her cousins to the woman. Well, no red flags were raised about Sinope so Myrine really didn‘t mind. Giving a slight curtsey to the woman after being introduced she was about to inquire on the name of the blonde but it seemed that it would have to wait. Myrine tried to stay focus on what was being said but she just couldn’t. The lids over her red eyes seemed to forever get heavier. She tried to keep up with the quick conversation but soon found herself looking to Jeanie. She too missed the fact that a card had spotted her cousin.
“A game? Perhaps,” she said bringing a hand to her mouth again to cover a yawn, “But perhaps I could find a nice place to rest my head for a few moments.” She looked lazily to Sin and smiled. “But you go to go ahead.” Sighing softly she gave another mighty yawn before moving towards the happy go lucky pair.
Sinope wasn’t sure what to play now. “Do you want to play hide and seek? The castle is good for that. Or we could a different game or just make one up!” Sinope clapped her hands together and made a small twirl. The bell she hung on to from her time as the king’s play thing gave off soft noise. Her ear twitched again for a moment and she couldn’t think of why. All the people from the hall way had goon of for some sort of surgery surely there was no need to fear. But still something made her uneasy. And made her want to hide. But then again she could chalk that up to it being night time. Looking around the room she skipped in looking about. Spying Random her head tilted a bit. “Will he want to play too?” she asked looking back towards Jeanie with a small head tilt.

Posiedon turned to Magenta as she caught up to him. "Mary wants ta trade me a golden heart for me own. I'd live forever and be worth alot a booty," he replied, still not seeing the flaw yet in the plan.... There was a reason he was a fighter and not a thinker.
((Warning Kids, drinking kills brain cells. ^^^ XD ))
Gale looked a little perplexed at this, his attention going to Mary, studying her. She seemed to already be looking at Posiedon like a piece of meat. Something was definately afoot.
The 6 of Spades finally got close enough to see the thin tail and ears. Only the DorMouse family had those ears and tail. Adding that small frame... It was Sinope. Adrenaline pumped through his veins, ready for a rat race, should it come down to that, but behind the armor, noone had a way of knowing his adrenaline was there, besides his heartbeat, which only the best of ears would hear past metal. "You," he stated, his hand being delicately placed on Sinope's shouldar, "Need to come with me," he stated, wishing for no battle to break out, especially around unarmored, but outnumbering foes. The best ending, if a battle occurred, would make him look weak or kill the unarmored foes, making him look evil and all the worse. He just wanted to take her away from the group without any trouble.

Jeanie had been about to reply when the 6 arrived. "Who are you?" She stared, her impishness improved by the night. "You weren't invited to play"
She noticed the weapons arrayed across his back. He'd take seconds to remove them, well.. If things turn bad.. I won't need seconds Not for the first time in her life, Jeanie thanked the lake for her magic
Cyrillia reached out and grasped his shoulder, looking into his eyes, seeing he was actually serious. "And you would be okay with that? Poseidon.." she was momentarily speechless. "How much have you drank? This is your life force! Who knows what that heart would do? Even were it not for the fact that it is someone you have made an opponent offering you this trinket I would still ban you from trying to do such a thing. Gale may be a brilliant surgeon, but even he could go wrong on a heart transplant. As your ruler, I forbid you from taking this offer" Cyrillia knew she'd be angering Mary by doing this, but if it would save the life of her Captain, then so be it. Cyrillia was willing to take that chance.

Ninja, I really don't remember why I wrote that...It had something to do with your really long post but I don't remember exactly what it was... I need to start writing these things down....))
Izzy started after Josh but Jesta's voice stopped her. She looked back at the girl. Her face softened. "Jesta..." She gave the girl a hug. Then she looked at Ace. "You stay with Jesta. I'll find mom. And Josh now......... Bye." She turned and ran after Josh.
Ace was suprised. "Iz!" But the girl was gone. It was strange though. Ever since her come back from death she hadn't been quite the same. Izzy never said bye to anyone. To her, saying that word or Goodbye or something almost always meant that she would never see them again and she hated to think that way. He turned to Jesta. "Come here. I've got something to show you." Gently he took her hand. He wasn't a Hatter or anything but he had been in the house most of his...existance as a wonderlandian if nothing else. He knew where some of the greatest places were located.

"You are too suspicious Factice," Mary sighed at Cyrilla, stopping and turning to face the woman fully. Thinking time! "If you really intend to be queen, you should study The Doctrine. When a being shows those traits most beloved by the Cœur, they are to be awarded, no matter their loyalties or station in life. Such is the way, it always has been and always will be." The princess raised a delicate brow at the sorceress. "Surely you would not desecrate divine law, not even my mother was that mad."
Erick waited patiently for an answer, not altogether liking the way the cybernetic man was eying his princess. "I have known many with the cœur d'or. Brave warriors all, sadly, no few of them fell to the dowager's axe."

Everything had been going so very well. There was a good chance that she was going to be able to have some fun. To play and forget herself in a game. It was her favorite thing. While under the kings favor she was allowed to play like a princess. Perhaps that was why he had gotten mad? Had the small mouse over stepped her bounds during a game? Really the girl was a wealth of knowledge when it came to the king. She had been by his play thing for the better part of life. And just before being sent to the dungeon she had spent a year by his side or in his pocket. But now she was wrapped up in the idea of being able to have fun with the jester looking female and her funny friend on the ground. Ignoring the warning signs, her ear twitching softly, she stayed with her back turned even as the six of spade came up and placed a hand on her shoulder. Mismatched eyes looked up in pure fear.
Myrine‘s lazy eyes looked as another man approached. She didn‘t think to run. Truly her mind was set in finding a place to lay down. Perhaps she thought the card approaching them would be there to bother one of the other people in the room. So far she had seen the King’s kin with out any sort of trouble. Why should this guard be any different? It was only when the man touched Sinope and the smaller of the DorMouse cousins eyes grew wide did Myrine start to fight off her sleepyness. “What seems to be,” the older mouse paused to yawn, “the problem, sir?” The girl tried to smile to put on a brave face. And really with it being night time she was doing a good job of it. She approached where Jeanie was standing and stopped right next to her.
Sinope‘s heart beat was beating furiously. She hadn‘t dared to look back at the guard whose hand was now on her shoulder. Looking to Myrine then to Jeanie then to her cousin, Sin couldn‘t help but shake a little. The bell on her tail jingled until the tail wrapped itself around her middle. She didn‘t want to go with the man. What if he took her back to Rhoule? Escaping the dungeons meant death which was probably the better option then being thrown back into that nightmarish place. Going back to that horrible place was perhaps worse then the death. “I thought you were a three,” she said softly to the card behind her. Oh, yes she recognized him. She was cursed and blessed with a great memory.

Random bounded to his feet, almost from his prone position. He stood before the Six and mirrored his gestures. "Can't be Six." He looked to Jeanie. "Random Six." He looked back to the card again, then again to Jeanie. "Can't be Six of Spades. Random Six of Spades." He looked confusedly for a moment at the card, then realization struck. "COSTUME PARTY!!" He pointed at the card happily. "Thought we were playing hide and seek, but can do that in costume, too." He looked around for a costume and saw a decorative suit of armor. He bounded over, plopped the helmet on and set the visor back, then went back to the small cluster of ladies and the card and sat down, looking to the one who had her eyes closed. "Is she it? Who it? Somebody counting? Hello, am Random. Where we hide? Just here or whole castle? Bell is neat. Where Master?" Among all his questions, his two statements were directed at Myrine and Sinope. He was excited to be playing, and the prospect of new friends, especially ones who wanted to play, had him giddy. The buckles on his coat jingled as he looked to Jeanie. He started to say something else before the helmet's visor slammed shut, causing him to stop a moment. "Echo...." he said inside the helm, and listened to it reverberate.

((Well... Just because Anna loves Ly, Ly doesn't have to love Anna. And... okay Krazy. XD ))
The Six of Spades ignored the first female, though she was quite a sight with her revealing clothes and large mammary glands. She said something about playing, but this wasn't a game, which is why he disregarded it. He also saw the second DorMouse. "The problem is firstly, that a servant of Rhoule's is out of her designated area. As indicated by the bell, secondly-," he was cut off by Sinope's recollection of him. "So it is you... I thought it was," he spoke softly, surprised she remembered him. His voice had gone from hard to soft instantaneously. Though she had been Rhoule's servant, he had admired certain characteristics about her, her heart being one of them. With her recollection of him, she had done something no one at the castle had done, known him as himself, rather than a 'random 6' as Random spoke. He watched as Random rambled and seemed to go in and out of the real world and his own, mentally. "Sinope... I've gotten better, let's leave it at that," he said, vocally trying to shrug off the fact that she gave him an identity, one he missed, his own. He quickly calculated the routes the guards were taking, knowing the schedules and set-up. "Where in Wonderland have you been?" he asked, curious himself, keeping notice of when the other guards would come. He didn't want them to be caught now.
Posiedon raised an eyebrow at the fiesty Cyrillia, 'forbidding' him from something. He could respect a queen with balls and a smile lit within his eyes at his choice for the throne of Hearts. He'd definately chosen right with this one. He then spun around to Mary. "Aye, but pirates don't follow rules miss, nor any Doctrines," he replied as a dagger slipped from a pocket, into his palm and swiftly, he pressed it against her neck and her body against the wall of the hall. He'd used his slow time powers now twice, a third time would be deadly, or at least physically scarring. He kept his eyes burning into hers. "Then why do you follow that cursed road, Erick," he replied, daggers in his words. "Time for us to finish what ye started, Mary. Any last words?" he asked, not a big one on honor, but deciding to follow common courtousy while in the King of Spades domain.
((Here's your chance to kill of Posiedon, he's served his purpose far as I'm concerned. You would probably have a dagger somewhere on you and Posiedon isn't invulnerable to seduction. You can delay him with one and kill him with the other. A swift jab in the stomache with a dagger should do.))

The small blonde’s face stayed forward not turning to see the card’s hooded face. She didn’t relax nor turn to face him just as yet. The now Six of Spades had moved up in ranks. Did that mean that he was no longer the guard she remembered in the king’s hall? Time did not change people. That was not what she though could have changed him. But really had his heart hardened with his new rank. The but the girl couldn’t help but titter a little bit at Random’s playful words. A random six! To her none of the card guards were as truly a like as they hoped to be. Rhoule always like them to be nameless but she secretly named all the guards. Blixt and Dunder were the ones that had dragged her to the dungeon she was glad not to have met that pair of nines of yet. But now the three or six, who she didn’t know his name but called him Tass, remembered her as well.
The older of the girl’s was stunned when her cousin seemed to now this guard. His face was covered and his voice like any other. Truly the female couldn’t really think much about anything but wanting to crawl up in a pocket and sleep. Though he had mentioned the bell. She had to get Sinope to give up one of the last things she clung to from her past. “Twinkle twinkle little bell, how I wonder if you're well,” she sighed eyes growing heavier as the danger in her heart grew. Yawning she sighed, as the male seemed more acquainted with the guard then perhaps she led on.
“No name should be named random besides you,” Sinope giggled at the before now turning towards the tall card. She being rather shorter then all others in the first place, was dwarfed by the card. “You are Tass, the three of spades that always stood closest to the throne as he could,” she said as he mismatched eyes looked him over, “You are bit bigger. Should I call you something different now? How does Tand sound? Or do you perhaps have a real name? The king never named you so I hope you don't mind that I did,” she asked with small giggle. Fear had melted away to her old pet like self. The king‘s happy play thing. When his question of where she had been came up, Sinope‘s heart sank a little. “Oh Tass or Tand or whatever you wish,” she said putting her arms around his middle. “I have been all over Wonderland! Met some wonderful people, and now MyMy has brought me back here to search for more of our kin.”
“Sinope,” the older said with a little more alertness then previously.
“Don‘t fear cousin,” the smaller mouse said looking over her shoulder to her worried cousin. Her tail moved happily, jingling softly behind her, “He wishes only to put me back where I belong.” Oh how part of her wished she could take her place once more. She looked down to the floor as she realized sadly that she did not belong there any longer. “Or where I belonged. Because where I put before you found me, he, even as a six, he can not enter. But he is a good spade to wish to do our master’s bidding. But Tass or Tand,” she said looking back up to him, “You will not put me back will you? Surly, you would chop off my head before doing such a thing. It wouldn‘t get you in trouble or anything. You could say I struggled. And I will struggle if need me too.”
Myrine stood there slightly dumb struck. There was her cousin in keeping with the king’s mad laws. Would the six pull one of those ax’s from his back and knock off the smiling head that was up turned to his. Or would her fall for her charm, which kept the king interested for a year. It seemed Sinope’s talent to win over the hard hearts. The older mouse looked to the other two. “Perhaps the gaurd would like to play hide and seek with us or dress up,” the girl looked to Jeanie for a moment. The most scantily clad of the three females seemed to have a better grip on to do.

At the mention of chopping off someone's head, Random turned back to the bell tailed girl. "Why cut off head? Have cute ears." He turned his attention to the Six, the helmet's visor still down. "No cut off head. You bad Six. No want you dress up like Random now." He took off the helm, and he was back in his Lake gift form, the white face, spade over one eye and six made of cats on the other. "Maybe you be better as four of diamonds."

"And you would have been so useful," Mary sighed as she pulled her stiletto from the captains aorta. He'd made a mistake getting so close to her, leaving himself so open to a single strike. A rush of crimson came along with her blade, covering them both before soaking into the carpet beneath their feet as his prime artery emptied itself. The princess leaned closer and whispered into his ear. "Eternal fame and glory, a fleet of your own, and yet you throw it all away for a few lies." Mary pushed the drunken man back quite easily. The alcohol had thinned his blood, making his death just a bit longer. "The Kingdom of Hearts does not enjoy betrayal. It never has."
Erick didn't say anything. Instead he placed himself between his queen and the rest of the party. She just had to kill him in front of everyone didn't she? Ah well, she wouldn't be his Mary if she thought things through.

Teaser was taken aback at such a vicious attack. "My word, is this how such coups are held in the kingdoms? It seems that kingdoms are built upon betrayals here, and lies are the throne upon one sits." She looked to Cyrillia with a shocked tone, thinking on how her boy and Jeanie could be affected by their ties to nobility. "Is this what you truly wish to govern? A kingdom that can hurt you so easily?" She looked to the children, so easily playing around in a world so ordered they would never truly be a part of it. The cat smiled. "She loves you. They love you. What is more important than that? The Kingdoms flourish, and it seems to me that when a transfer of power occurs it is not the proper time to gain influence. It is when a ruler fails that the heroes arise and become true champions for the people." Her tone was very matter of fact, and she bowed lowly, realizing she had probably exceeded her limits, but concerned with Jeanie and Random. "My apologies if I have spoken out of my station."

((I'm so sorry, but I'm going to be so stupidly busy with a show next week it's unlikely I can post. It's all rather blown up and they have called all these extra rehearsals. once again, sorry sorry sorry))
