Jin just blinked a few times, looked at his hand, and sniffed it a few times before making a disgusted look from the lingering scent from his earlier killing spree.

Maybe you should prevent yourself from ever hurting anyone ever again.
-had been the disgusting thought that Kate had encountered. The ramifications of which were so horrifyingly repulsing that Kate could do nothing but wretch for the next minute.
In a short time, after brushing teeth and cleaning up, Kate returned with the most apologetic expression on her face. "I am so, so very sorry, Jin." She chuckled for a moment, then winced. "That wasn't your fault. I... I'm a horrible person. Can we just--just leave here, now?"
Left unspoken was the silent plea that he would still be willing to help her.

Kate thought for a moment. She knew where she wanted to go, but he just wouldn't be able to go there unless he'd been there before... an idea occurred to Kate. She walked to one of the holes in the wall, and pointed at the horizon. A tall office building, taller than anything around it, could be seen in the distance. Huge, red, bold and emblazoned letters along the top read "Logic Inc."
"That building is across the street from a used car lot where I can get my other auto," Kate explained. "Since you can see the building, can you teleport to it?"

Jin put a hand over his eyes and squinted to see into the distance. "Hmm...A little out of range, but a few brief stops along the way and we should be there in no time. Got everything you need?" he said looking back at her.

Kate turned to look back at her pile of boxes. "The board is too fragile and important to take along the way, so if you don't mind, you would have to return and grab it without me along for the ride... but," she said, grabbing the boxes and shuffling them along with her duffel bag, "if that's okay, then I'm ready."

"Hey, we don't have to be carrying a person or thing to teleport, it's just easier that way." Jin said. "If you want, i can take it now rather than a return trip, unless you're worried about it for some reason."

Kate frowned. "I'm only worried about the board. If you can take it and me and all this stuff at once, without any danger of damaging... any of it or me," she said with a chuckle, "then by all means go ahead. If you're not sure, however, I'd like to take all measures to keep the board safe. It's... kind of like my own personal quest in life, you see."

"I got it, no worries!" Jin said going back and picking up the bored in hand, supporting it one side with one hand while putting the other hand on Kate's shoulder. "So, any specific place you want to end up at your building? Because your options are pretty much limited to the roof or the street below."

"You got it." Jin said before teleporting them both and all Kate's things away in a burst of darkness. one stop. two stops. three stops. Jin jumped the group four times before he appeared on the street across from the dealership.

Kate took a step--only to jump back as a reckless driver roared past. With an aggravated sigh, Kate walked determinedly across, glaring at all drivers, before disappearing into the car dealership (leaving all the things with Jin). A few minutes later, she was driving out of the garage in a dented, dinged, rusty Camaro from some ten, twenty, thirty years back... hell, Kate didn't know. It was painted black--though it was very difficult to tell, through all the rust and scratched paint and what-not.
The loud car pulled alongside Jin, and Kate smiled uneasily through the passenger window. "Ah... sh-shall we?" she asked, with a nervous chuckle. Kate could rarely ever be found riding (God forbid driving) a bad car.

"As long as this thing doesn't break down in half a mile..." Jin said stuffing everything in the backseat before climbing in the front passanger seat.

Kate clenched her teeth and nearly screamed as, after they had gotten moving, she realized that the Camaro would only go up to forty miles per hour. "E-freaking-GAD!" she whispered, hands clutching the steering wheel so tightly her knuckles were white.
"...Useless crap!"
