Staring coldly at the mess on the wall for a few seconds, Sephiroth put away the masamune before turning toward the gap he had made in the wall upon his entry. Heading slowly toward it, he only partially turned to look to Sephriea. "I would suggest finishing your business here and then leaving, as well..."

Cody shrugged as he sat down, and with a laugh, looked her over. " I dont think he was in his right mind...his eyes were this creepy black..." He shuddered as he took off the spiked bracelets and stretched out on the couch he sat on. "So like, what in the world is going on....I guess I need to keep up with current events..right yo? "

Sephriea didn't even once glance into the disgusting mess. It was just something she would rather not see, if she didn't have to. The young girl kept her mako green eyes upon Sephiroth, before speaking..
"I don't have anything else to do here..but.." She clenched her fist's, as though trying to get herself to speak more."Is it true..That you don't care?"

"I don't know very much about Reno, But as you said, he wasn't in his right mind. It may of been someone else. Something Hojo created. I think, we have to be extra carefull now, Just incase."
Lucrecia finally paused. She didn't know what was going on ether. So there was not much of an answer that she could give the boy."I am not sure myself.."

Turning away, he rested his hand on the edge of the broken wall, staring out into the next room. "..in battle, the best tactic would be to steel your emotions. Any slip can cause defeat. Regret, remorse, anger, joy, sorrow...all are chances that the opponent can take to strike you down.." Shifting his gaze to her again, he muttered, "With all those you have killed already, can you honestly say that you have not once cared about the lives you take?"

Cody shrugged, looking up as a black shape filled the doorway...the young man walking inside with a easy smile....obviously someone important...judging by his clothes....
Duo grinned at Lucrecia as he walked over, " Miss Crescent! So good to see you! " He took off his hat, leaning over and kissing her cheek. " Oh, you found an orphan eh?"

She shook her head a little, as she took a small step foward. "I don't know. The ones that I have killed are soldiers, and most of them diserve it. Why..would I feel sorry for them? " She sighed. "But that wasn't what I ment. What Hojo said earlyer, You said you don't care about us..Your family.."

Lucrecia blinked, looking into Duo's general direction. But before she had gotten the chance to react to him, she felt him kiss her cheek. Why, it shall forever be a mystoriy. She didn't even know him! "......Who are you?" Who could blame her for being a little freaked out.

"You think the soldiers do not have families? A good soldier does what he's told, regardless, so long as he is doing his job. The soldiers are not the actual enemy that needs defeating." Shrugging, he turned and took a step into the outer room. Pressing the button at the elevator, he waited for it to come up. "One cannot simply start caring one moment and stop caring the next. If I were to care about a family, then it would be only right that I care about the families of those I strike down. If I were to not care about those I strike down, then I would not care about my own." As the elevator opened, he nodded to himself before stepping inside. "You may think me evil or a monster, but I tell you that the greatest fiend is one that cares about his own yet tosses all else aside at the drop of a hat and without the least twinge of remorse." The elevator closed and began the long treck to the bottom.

"I know they have familys..." She rememberd fully well the time she killed the soldier back in a bar just for simply annoying her. He begged for his life,and begged to be let go because of his family, his children. But she still killed him. Sephriea had looked rather innocent, but she wasn't. Her hands were forever stained with blood.She didn't care for them, She only cared for two people.Sephiroth and Kadaj.Maybe she was wrong all along to care, but it wasn't as though she could stop. Her eyes flickerd faintly, a sign that showed she wasn't entirely happy.
"It doesn't have to be that way..Family is diferent from them.." She sighed heavyly, waveing a hand as the mess on the wall cought into a massive ball of flames.Though her eyes never left the elevator as Sephiroth disappeared in it.
Her eyes narrowed before she soon disappeared in a black mist,followed by small black feathers.

As he rode the elevator down, he thought perhaps once there are no more enemies to strike down, then I can try out that whole 'caring' thing..

Meanwhile, Elena finally enterd the main entrance of the Shin-Ra building. She had never wanted to step into this place again, but if Reno really was in danger she couldn't just sit and do nothing. She hurryed over to an elevator, that seemed to be comeing down.The security was rather down, where were all the guards? She had thought they would of been suspisous of the ex-turk entering the building, but it seems as though no one cared.Which made it all the more better.

Once the elevator door opened, Sephiroth brushed past Elena, seeming to ignore she was even there as he made his way out through the main doors.

Elena stepped off to the side, raiseing an eyebrow as Sephiroth walked past her.She could only look up towards the taller man. Why was he here?
"Sephiroth!" She suddenly spoke, hurrying after him. "Did you see Hojo? I was told..He is holding Reno in the basement, somewhere in the lab...Did you see him?"

Snarling shortly at being disturbed, he stopped in his tracks. Waiting until he had gained his composure before turning to face her, he narrowed his eyes when he looked back to Elena. "Yes, I saw him, and whatever you might be doing, he will no longer be in your way."
