Hehe I'm glad you realized the anniversary number was off.
That's awesome that you already saw the Eagle sanctuary at Dollywood.
Kenny and Dolly seem to genuinely like each other. It makes hearing "Islands in the Stream" even more enjoyable.
Miley and Dolly did a song without guitar or any instrument. Their harmony was really good.
Sure I'll be glad to watch your account. You deserve to come back to an account exactly the way you left it. If your avi is suddenly in just underwear I'll flag down the nearest mod.

Just as far as I know just Tennessee, (Gatlinburg/ Pigeion Forge area) I dont believe we have enough money to go very much further away.
But one of these day probibally yes I or me and my parents will go to N.C. ^8^
Thx, Harvey and yes she (Dolly) seems to have a large vocal harmony with many artists and she seems to be able to do very well without instruments to when she does accapella stuff. ^8^

(This is the third year that I have really cared and the third year that I missed it. -disappointed-) The Grandfather Mountain games are always in July. I haven't been to one either. All the motels and hotels nearby fill up way in advance. And I'm not up for camping. Let's mark our 2011 calendars now *grin* There are other Highland Games all around NC. For instance, in May: http://www.cityofws.org/Home/Departments/RecreationAndParks/BethabaraPark/HBPEvents/Events/CelticFestivalAndHighlandGamesIs that closer for you?

Sergeant JJ I didn't know that there were any in my backyard... The Piedmont Triad area is in your backyard? Bethabara Park is kinda interesting, especially the community garden, if you're into that sort of thing. It's not as big as Old Salem.

Hi, ^8^ Yup we saw a lot of sites while we were on Vacation.
We went into the mountains and saw several areas in the park like (Chimeny Rocks, Cleanman's Dome, and into an area where it was a wilderness trail (Went in the car bears where sited in the area and could walk any of it. ^8^)
Went to a few shows (Memories theater show- famious artist impersonators (Elvis, Reba, Merle Haggard, Willy Nelson),
To an Titanic Exhibit/Museum, with a lot of actual memorbilia from the wreck and news articles from the period.
Ate at a lot of nice small restaruants, and also took in some neat shops along the way. ^8^

Welcome back. Thanks for sharing your vacation memories. Sounds like y'all had a great time. I'm glad you didn't run into any wild bears. Or wild boars. It must have been awesome to see actual Titanic items. What kind of stuff did the TItanic Museum have? Besides the news articles.

We actually in the end only saw one of the bears while on the Trail area but it stay in the woods and away from people so as far as I know there were no problems.
It for the most part had a lot of personal items on loan from other Museums.
A couple dresses from the wreck and photo-graphs, things like a rare life-jacket that had been saved while the other were just thrown away afterwards.
Letters and Tele-graphs from on-board passengers and from shore to them.
And some of the nicest things is they recreated inside of the Museum, The main deck part where they drive the ship from and The Grand Stair-Case both. smile
