...No. It was horrible.
First scene:
A half dressed woman with gun strapped to every part of her body storms into a room and starts shooting things. Typcial "I'm a badass woman, and no man is going to tell me what to do!" I knew from that moment on, HORRIBLE.
In addition, it seems like she knew more about what was going on than anyone else in the whole department. And then, she's totally clueless as to what the things really are later in the movie. Bad planning/writing.

The dialog sucked, I mean, THE BLACK GUY. What the hell was the purpose of that guy? The cinematagraphy sucked, the fight scences were aweful. I couldn't tell what was going on half of the time, The plot really didn't make sense, and the acting was HORRIBLE.
Cause... they needed a big black cop cause what would be the purpose without having one to kill off among about fifty other white guys? Or are you talking about the lame civilian who had an obsession with GTA? They were both bland...

I don't care if you played the games or not. Because the movie didn't even follow the games. It was a peice of crap, and I want my $8 back.
neutral Well, if you consider directly stealing scenes from
all the games following them, then yeah, at points it did, but for the most part, you're right.
My least favorite character was the Ernesto, the Mexican fellow... He was just... shtoopid. Shtooooopid.
