Old Man KB The only downside to that is if my character isn't readily seen and having full dialogue with his targets then he isn't really a Naruto character, he's an actual ninja. Don't forget the DBZ power battles and bizarre mutant (read: bloodline ability) powers that rival those of the X-men. Like shennanigan eyes.

Well the thing is that either people remember ( or look up ) the Japanese for the specific moves, or they use the translated English that always turns out... sounding weird. So that when you see someone using moves, it's like, Secret Forgotten Water Dragon Crash.
And then I look at all this s**t, coupled with random handseals ( I swear to god they're completely random ) and say "Yeah. I'm gonna stick to Rock Lee. Simple, but badass."
Overall I don't mind the whole TRAP CARD thing Naruto has going on in fights because it reminds me of chess, but it never seems to play out that way ( well choreographed ) in actual RP fights.
...that and I'm still supposed to take out the BWI, apparently. I've been commissioned.

Unfortunately I always got the vibe that Asuma's signature ability was super gay. Like, he went to every fight with his little shanks thinking he was super sly, but whenever he wasn't looking all the other ninjers were telling each other about how he makes a few extra invisible inches on his weapons.
...which really only matters if you're one of those fags that has to dodge everything by a hair instead of just getting out of the way fully and letting your sand demon crush them to death with limitless chakra.

ok so I got a crude Faith stat functioning in the game along with Stamina - neither stat existed before, and Faith is actually CLASS SENSITIVE, something I've never done before. So now all menu screens display a faith stat, but Paladins and Clerics have it as a 1 default, while everyone else has it at 0 default.
I haven't figured out what Faith is supposed to do in the game, so for now I allow it to be used to recover spell points.

He barely ever used the blades. Generally he just came at you with the brass knuckle parts till you were both within tight tight ranges and then would cut you up, and in those sort of ranges inches make a difference.

Fiend: Wrong, actually. Asuma prefers close combat because of his chakra techniques with the trench knives. He's actually very skilled in the arts of Ninjutsu though.
Besides his Burning Ash Cloud, he can actually create an explosive one of a much higher caliber. He also uses a Wind Release jutsu that manipulates his knives to travel in mid-air, when infused with his chakra.
He's also got one of the most powerful techniques in his arsenal known to the Fire Temple. XD
