"Oh! Hey, Fen." She'd been being so quiet... "Is...everything okay? Your head doesn't hurt, does it?" Nyl felt horrible, still, for doing what she'd done.

"I'm fine..." Fenris said, standing up slowly and walking out of the kitchen. She spotted Reeve on a couch as she stared walking towards him, hoping he wouldn't shun her away like last time. She sat next to him and leaned her head against him as if she were tired.

Reeve wraps an arm around Fenris and smiles softly, not saying anything. He shifts a little to give her more room.

Nyl sighed. That didn't do much to stop her from feeling guilty. She ate some more of her soup in silence.

Seph smiled at Zyph. "Congratulations." He stood and moved back to the stove. "Are you thirsty, Doc? Zyph?"

((Oh Nyl, I should hae told you the pages in the book, their a treated parchment designed to last a log time but the book's leather bindings are cracked, and the pages are discolored from time.))

"It...a few months after you left, the Hokage sent us on a mission with sensei...she wanted us to pick up some documents. Routine really." She let out a small 'heh'. " Hide was first on watch, I was exhausted so I crawled into my tent and was asleep right away...I woke up, I don't know when, and Hide was crouched in the corner. Before I could do anything he had a kunai to my neck...he had most of my clothes off by the time I could finally get a good hold on him or make any noise. Sensei came in at that point -he heard me. The rest of the mission, we kept Hide restrained, except when we reached the town we were going to. We had to look united and strong.
'When we got back to Konoha, he was put in prison. He escaped somehow, killed four Jonin on his way out and he's been a missing nin ever since. I mean, I should have seen it coming, and I should have been able to fight him off, you know? Then, I was apart of the recovery mission. We found him and I had him, I almost killed him but I hesitated and he got away again. No one's been able to find him since."

Fenris gave off a small smile as Reeve wrapped his arms around her. She cuddled up close to him, loving his company more than anyone elses. "I love you, Reeve..."

Reeve smiles outwardly, pulling her close, but inwardly he's wondering, as always, what exactly wrought the 180. Not that he's complaining.

"...Not at the moment. Though I might be later." She put her empty bowl in the sink and ran water into it. She thought for a few minutes about Neko, but she figured he was either still meeting with that mizukage or asleep, so she didn't try to bother him.

"I should have known this would have happened..."
Clow let go of her chin with his finger and sighed, putting his hands on his hips, and then looked down in between them, letting out a deep breath. He perked up an eyebrow and shook his head some.
"I'm so sorry I wasn't there to protect you...I mean..."
He blushed, and looked off to the side, chuckling nervously.
"I know you can watch after yourself but...Hide was always afraid of me...If I was still there...he wouldn't have done that. It's my fault Nami..."
He then rubbed his neck some, until he placed it over his curse seal and stopped, widening his eyes.
"I just hope to all that is human...he didn't join Orochimaru-sama..."
In the back of his head though, the slithering snake-like voice spoke.
"Ku Ku Ku...I'll never tell!"

He nodded slowly and poured Zyph a mug of apple cider, flash-heated it, and handed it to him. He looked at Nyl, then half-nodded, asking for her to follow. He made his way out of the kitchen, and onto the front lawn. His eyes warily watched the forestline, and the Protector scolding him by rapping hard on his brain.

-=Neko woke up, lying in the baths, a little bit of blood leaking out into the water from his partly-closed wounds. He sighed, and carefully lifted himself out of the water, walking over to his fresh bandages after drying himself off, and wrapping the towel around his waist. His chakra seals were still released, but his chakra wasn't very high, though it was still quite noticable as he bandaged his ribs up again=-
