I'd say I'm very inexperienced, and I have very little idea exactly how EV training works in-game. I know what that stuff does in relation to stats, but I've never bothered with it in any serious way.

Also, I don't have any sort of team set up right now since my Platinum save got corrupted and I've been slow in progressing back through it. I do have a "dream team" set up in my head, but it's nowhere near actual completion, aside from a 30-something Lairon.
