Sammy nodded briefly, running out into the group of peons. She tripped over one's foot; ouch. She quickly picked herself up, running towards one that had smirked at her.

Memo looked at the peons timidly and meely..then shook his head
"OK Poochyena!!!"
Poochyena looked at the peons angrily
"Ill take the ugly one on the back!!"
Memo said loudly to let Ginji and Sammy know
Memo ran in his first battle with team aqua

Maddy jumped as her TADS started vibrating. She hastily took it out of her pocket and read the message. She replied:

"Well, either you can stay up top and wait for them to prepare it to be fired. Or, like everything else in here, you can work your way down. I'll meet you on the lowest level, I guess. I need to find the other 3 admins. They're planning on firing at Aquos Island!"

"Fine. You'll have to earn this victory though." the Peon laughed as he threw out his first Pokeball. A measly Larvitar appeared to fight Ginji's already tossed out Cloyster.

"I told you to pick carefully." Ginji sighed as he made a tisk-tisk sound with his tongue. Clyster smiled devilishly as it drew water from the ground and conjured a wave of Surf to deal massive damage to the Larvitar. The opposing Pokemon started to summon orbs of light to deal a massive electric type Hidden Power against Cloyster, cracking the Pokemon's shell. The water type held on as it launched an Ice Beam, making Larvitar shiver in the cold before giving in to Ginji demands.

"Now. Choose again." The boy said as he returned Cloyster for Magneton. The Peon sweated nervously as he tossed out a Meowth to combat the formidable electric threesome. Magneton started off with a Thunderbolt from its magnets, causing Meowth to run in fear. After the flash, the cat's skin started to sizzle from the heat generated from the blast. Meowth inched forward before leaping onto Magneton, throwing it off balance, before using an Iron Tail to attempt to knock it unconscious. Magneton quickly zapped Meowth again with a Thunder, causing it to faint off of the Pokemon.

"You were almost worthy of battling me." Ginji stated as the Peon rushed away quickly, returning Meowth in the process.

As Ike read the reply, his eyes widened.
"Oh no.." he moaned.
Suddenly two voices were heard from behind. He pivoted and found a grunt and a lab assistant holding poke balls.
"Intruder!" the peon announced. Red lights started to go off.
"You're not stopping me!" Ike proclaimed, calling out Lucario and Typhlosion. The grunt called out Pupitar as the LA called out a Cacturne.
"Lucario, Metal Sound! Typhlosion, Flame Wheel! Go for the Cacturne!" Ike said, making the first move.
Lucario shot a blast of soundwaves at the green pointy pokemon, lowering it's special defense. Typhlosion went in soon after, rolling at the Cacturne covered in flames. The attack hit with double the damage.
"Pupitar, Harden!" called the peon, preparing for the tough battle ahead.
"Cacturne, Revenge!" the assistant called out. The Cacturne returned the damage given to it by Lucario, doubled. The attack was powerful to say the least as it knocked Lucario back down to the floor. Lucario staggered back up to his feet.
"Keep strong Luc!" said Ike. "Aura Sphere the Cacturne! Typhlosion, Flamethrower the Pupitar!"
Lucario charged up a powerful Aura Sphere and fired it at the Cacturne, sending it flying back to it's trainer and KOing it.
Typhlosion emitted strong flames at the Pupitar, hitting it with an effective attack. The Pupitar shook it off.
It would of seemed that the assistant ran out of pokemon as he recalled his Cacturne and ran off, screaming for back up.
"Pupitar, use Dark Pulse!" ordered the peon.
The pupitar, without given a target, aimed for the weakest foe. Lucario was struck with a horrible aura of bad thoughts, and forced him to take a knee. Ike returned Lucario.
"Typhlosion, one last Flame Wheel!" called Ike. Typhlosion went into another fiery ball and rammed into the Pupitar, knocking it out.
The peon recalled his pokemon and retreated.

Ike went on to find the lowest level where he'd meet Maddy. He only hoped that Celebi was ok doing what ever it was doing somewhere in the Shadow base.

Maddy stood there, in front of Ike, facing the 3 admins that stood before her.
Josec, Ilyana and Dante were standing in front of the Shadow Cannon, watching as scientists ran back and forth getting it prepared to be fired. They turned to face their "leader".
Maddy backed up a few steps. All 3 of the admins had bright purple eyes. "You... you injected yourselves?! And lived?!"
Josec smirked. "We split the injection 3 ways in order to avoid the little mishap you had."
"And now we're more powerful than you are, as long as we stay together." Ilyana added.
Dante crossed his arms. "Although you had the full injection, only half your body is fully infected for some reason. So altogether, we 3 make 100% of the virus, and you really only make 50%."
"I can do the math, you idiot!" Maddy's fists flared up with purple fire. "So you're ousting me just like you did with Theresa? Fine then, you can try. But I'm not going to let you."

Maddy turned to Ike. "You guys take out the scientists. They built the cannon, they're the only ones who can prepare it. Without them, their plans will be delayed, but only for a little while. I'll deal with the admins."

As Ginji walked towards the building thing, I suppose Factory would be an appropriate description of the works that were going on inside, the alarms sounded and all the doors closed in front of them as Ginji was about to open it. Behind them a loud roar could be heard.

From beneath the sand, a purple Colossus slowly rose to meet them. It's skin was a dark purple with purple squares, its eyes burned a furious red, and the chains holding its limbs to the platform were too weak to contain it. In a flash of purple flame, the Giant Super-Shadow Tyranitar broke free from its shoddy prison and attacked Ginji with a Hyper Beam. The boy dodged quickly before looking to Sammy. "Wanna Tag-Team this one?" he asked in an attempt to defeat the giant. It truly was their best shot at victory.


Swifty, he grabbed a Pokeball and his Shadow Lucario appeared to take on the beast. "The virus can't be transferred between one Shadow Pokemon to another, so using a Shadow Pokemon in this battle will help control the number of Shadow Pokemon in the world. If you want." he explained as the Tyranitar attacked again, this time with a Thunder, missing Sammy by inches. "This guy's a lot stronger then any we've even seen. That virus is one nasty piece of work."

Suddenly the five scientists manning the cannon turned around to Ike. He knew Maddy could handle the admins. He had to focus on stalling the shadow cannon.

As the five scientists formed a circle around Ike, they called out two pokemon each. They obviously rehearsed this drill before.
"Drop your poke balls." one scientist demanded.
Ike stood his ground, looking all around him. This was a tight spot.
One scientist with a Beedrill got impatient.
"Beedrill, string shot!" he ordered.
The bee-like pokemon shot string that started to constrain Ike. Ike thought fast and grabbed the poke ball around his neck. Before his arms were restrained, he called out the guardian.
The five scientists retreated a little when Lugia appeared out of his ball. With a cry of power, the string around Ike vanished. Ike about-faced and stood behind the floating Lugia, ready to do some damage.

"Hold your ground! Attack!" called out another scientist. All of a sudden, the ten pokemon that were out started using random attacks on Lugia. Water Gun, Poison Needle, Fury Swipes, Gyro Ball, so on so forth. Lugia used Psychic and diverted all the attacks back at the pokemon who used them. A cloud of debris entered the air as the attacks landed.
"Don't hold back!" cried out another scientist.
Without warning, a siren sounded and a platform began to rise the battle field, along with the cannon. Ike looked up at the endless abyss above them. This was a hollowed-out volcano they were in.
"Lugia, Aero Blast!" Ike called out.
Lugia charged up a powerful orb of energy and then fired it at the pokemon facing it. It hit nine out of ten of the pokemon, knocking 4 of them out.
The Beedrill which was up in the air, came at Lugia and hit it with a Poison Jab. Lugia cried out and whacked the Beedrill away with his huge wing.
The attacks of the Scientist's pokemon started again, bombarding Lugia with one attack after another.
"Safeguard, Lugia!" Ike called out.
A radiance of light surrounded Lugia, protecting it from status-altering moves. Lugia soon reacted at all the attacks hitting it with a strong Gust attack. Some of the lighter pokemon were blown away and hit the side of the cannon, including the Beedrill, KOing them.
As the scientists started running out of pokemon, one of them extracted a weird-looking snag machine.
"It's about time Team Shadow is granted a legend!" the scientist grinned. Ike swiftly called out Typhlosion and ordered a flame thrower. The scientist was burnt to a crisp as his ran away, the snag machine crumbling to ashes.

"Thanks guys." Ike told Typhlosion and Lugia. The trio made their way over to the rising cannon. The control panel was huge. WAY to huge for just one person to shut off.
