klamachpin bonedragon17 Hi Klama! How've you been? I am actually pertty good... how are you??? Happy to be Training again. Especially against Itachi and Kisame combined. lol. Either way, it's fun when you have the Akatsuki still ready to kill you after you left them. mrgreen

i should train but i gotten lazy i keeping a low sp so i will be the weakest in the chuunin exam

Ace: Being the weakest in the chuunin exams on purpose is not going to help you in the exams... Granted the weaker have pasted the last few times, but you have to look at those people now and they are Kages.

electric mind level 1-a blood line jutsu where the user can shoot beams of lightning or thunder from their eyes and makes the users eyes pure yellowish/gold. 800 skill points {clan technique}
electric mind level 2-the same benefits of the first level but in this level the user can spin fast as a tornado creating a bunch of lightning tornados around three sometimes four. 1200 skill points {clan technique} {must know level1}
electric mind final level-all of the other levels are benfit to this as well and the user can send shocks of electricity to the opponent mentaly frying their oponents brain and the user can run around their opponent in a circular motion causing lightning to bounce off of the user and cut and shock the opponent. 2000 skill points {clan technique} {must know level 1 and 2 to learn this move}

i foregot to tell you guys/gals if you join a glass clan you can learn these blood line jutsus.
