He laughed when she splashed him, getting a small amout of water in his mouth. As soon as she stopped splashing him he used his wings to completely cover her in water, then he dove under. There was just enough water for him to move around under it easily. This was to make sure he wouldn't get splashed, but he had another idea in mind. Swimming away a bit, he kept under the water and waited for a chance to make his move.

Now completely drenched herself, she sputtered and cleared her face of water as best she could. She yelled blindly at him; "That is the cheating!" but was still fighting with the water in her eyes. Finally it cleared and she laughed again, until she realized he was not in sight. she knew he was close but could not find him under the water while standing. "Reeve?" she called out sounding a bit concerned now .. was he drowning?

He could hear her slightly thought the water, though not very clearly. It was obvious that she did not know where he was. Taking this to his advantage he quickly moved through the water in a cricle around her, making sure not to get close enough to her in the water to disturb her. Once he was in back of her he shot towards her, popping out of the water at the last second and wrapping his arms around her stomach. Quietly he whispered in her ear. "Your not getting away, your stuck here now." He smiled and kissed her cheek gently.

Startled by his tactic, she squeaked quite audibly, which was then echoed through the caverns. She smiled and relaxed at the feeling of his touch. Turning slightly, She looked at him as best she could given their close contact, hoping her lips would meet his, if even fore a moment at this awkward angle.

Reeve cuckled by her squeek, amused by the fact that he had startled her a bit. Gently he whispered into her ear again. "I love you more than you can ever imagine, you know that right?" After he had said that he nipped at her ear a bit and loosened his hold on her. If she wanted to break free and get revenge, then he would still hang onto her though... he always liked to win.

Blushing greatly, she turned slowly toward Reeve. At first, her expression was completely neutral, if not almost sad. Then her lips turned slowly in to a bright smile. Hesitantly, she touched his face, looking at him with an odd expression. "Any love is amazing .. it has always been unimaginable to me .. until now." she said softly. Moving closer to him, she pressed her lips against his and embraced him warmly in her arms. The water around her cooled slightly, an interesting effect in comparison to what seemed like wind moving when not in the water.

Reeve looked at her curiously for a moment, her reaction confusing her. She seemed... saddened by his words. Had he done something wrong? Even when she smiled and spoke, there was something odd about the way she was acting. His eyes picked up on her hesitation, but he did not let her catch on that there was something wrong. His eyes did not betray him for once as he smiled slightly. He was going to ask her a question, but stopped when she kissed him. Instictivly his hands tightened around her again, feeling her pare skin as his fingers moved gently upon it. His kiss may have been half-hearted though with all the thoughts that moved throughout his mind.

Holding him, she realized she did something wrong, though she knew their love was still strong. Gently releasing him, she looked to him with apology in her eyes. "I honestly have not known love like this before. It is .. so different than I imagined. All I expected was something that would fill the empty space in my heart, take the loneliness .. instead it is more so as if that space has flown over." she said softly still looking to him with apology and hope that he would understand. "My apologies for not knowing better."

Reeve tilted his head slightly. He knew what she was talking about; but wondered if it was a good thing for her as it was for him. "And is that a good or a bad thing?" He asked, his smile fading slightly as he asked the question. The smile did not fade because he had been made unhappy, but because there was no reason to make the smile bigger than it needed to be. His eyes seemed to shine as he looked at her though. "And there are no need for apologies, you have not done anything wrong." When she released him he did the same to her but kept his hands on her hips... For some reason he was slightly afraid that she would disappear at any moment.

Watching him, she still smiled, still was very hopeful that he was understanding. Blinking, she slowly looked down, realizing that he was still touching her. Smile growing slightly, she looked to him with bright eyes. "Very good. Yet .. I find that I fear it sometimes." she replied, the sound of apology returning to her voice as she said this. Gently she placed her hands on his forearms, letting her hands move up to his shoulders, holding him without hugging him. Finding words to explain her thoughts without using her mind was a challenge.
"Growing up .. I was taught to take only what I need. Leave your wants behind, they will slow you and potentially blind you. With you .. I want to be with you, I want to make you happy, I want to be happy with you, I want for us to be in love. It is not a need, I have lived my entire life without it, I could live the rest of my days without it .. quite frankly I have expected to live without it .. yet .. here we are. I feel joy like I never new possible." she finished very quietly, still beaming at him, her eyes clearly threatened with tears from the emotion of what she was speaking of. Gently her right hand found her fingertips touching his face again, the most accepted form of touching between two people that she was aware of.

Tilting his head as he listened to her, he found that he understood most of what she said. The fear part especially. All his life he was alone, or told that he would be alone. Very few people ever showed any interest in him aside from the fact that he was a good fighter... but she didn't look at him like that. Gently he lifted his hand up and laced his fingers with hers. "I'll ask you this question; now that you have felt this way, do you really think you can last without it? Do you not feel like you need it? Everytime the thought of us being pulled apart from one another, I find myself unable to function properly." The water around them began to ripple a bit, his emotions moving to the point were they were effecting his magik very slowly. "In all honesty, I think I'm to the point where my need for you is as great as my want for you."

She watched him merrily, her expression changing with each passing moment, showing her relief and joy of his words. Lacing her fingers with his when he touched her, she felt a renewed sense of strength, knowing he was sticking with her and she hoped he felt the same with this action. Acknowledging his words, she nodded her head and when she nodded her head, she found that the tears that had been threatening to fall actually had began to roll down her cheeks. "Aye. I need to know you are well, I need to know you are happy. If I do not know this, I am greatly saddened and worried. I need to be the one to make sure of this for you because if I do not .. who else will? I need you to be happy for my happiness."

With a smile Reeve brought his other hand up from her waist and wiped away the tears that began to fall from her face. "I'm glad that we are on the same page." He said with a laugh as he released her hand and brought his hand to waist again. The hand that was on her face slid in back of her head and he moved closer to her. As soon as their lips met he began to kiss her with more passion and feeling than he ever had.

Her happy expression did not change as he began to touch her, to speak to her. When he moved to dry her tears, she made a soft noise as if to protest it, but did not do anything more. She could not take his eyes from him, she felt so happy with him knowing he was happy .. it was positively intoxicating. Touching him more as she touched her, she was able to say but a few words before their lips touched. "I love Reeve .."

The hand on her waist moved her closer to him, pressing their bodies together. It then began to move up and down her back, lightly using his nails every now and again. When he used his nails it was not hard enough to hurt, but also not soft enough to tickle... and he really had no idea why he did it. Every now and again his hand would brush against the back part of her top, and every time it did his face went a bit red. Finally he pulled away from this kiss and spoke. "And I love Ziven..." Was all he said as he bent down, past her face and kissed her neck lightly.
