Hayate turned around so that he could avoid the wall "No need to make excuses we all have our bad moments" he glanced over at Oassu "If you can find a way to impress the king, that would make him more likely to tell you where one is."
Felina smiled and pulled Oassu into a hug "We'll get one of those artifacts. I promise. And if we have to steal it thats what we shall do."
Satoshi rolled her eyes but allowed Hebal to place an arm around her "Sorry. I'm just a defensive person."

Oassu laughed happily and hugged Felina "You have no idea how much that means to me. I'd rather your Dad liked me first for it, launching a heist on a palace kinda takes a lot of time and I've never done anything on that scale before but I'm sure your family will like me so I won't have to do anything like that" he said straightening his hair "I'll dress up smart and stuff"
Mari buckled a little under Hebal's grab before laughing "You need to open up a little more then, be more trusting" she said poking Satoshi.
Itaka grunted before forcing a grin "What single man wouldn't be distracted by you" he said poking her and straightening out "Well if you want to go get this long life ring or something we're just gonna have to finish up here first" he sighed "then we've got the library to get to" he shook his head "I better get a shot of this long life stuff once we get there."
Zadina smiled "Sorry Itaka special circumstances only"

Alpha snickered at the thought of Oassu dressing up smartly "Why not just be yourself and maybe forget the thief detail" he suggested. "And you might need one some day too Zadina if you meet a nice girl on your travels"
Seph raised her eyebrow and poked him back "Nice excuse but not convincing enough. But seriously whats so great about immortality. It's so over rated."
Hebal nodded "Yea you should open up a little. Your too secretive and a little trust can go a long way"

Felina's eyes lit up as she helped Oassu straighten his hair "He's right, just be yourself." she thought for a moment "You'll get to meet my friends too and maybe Hayate's partner and Zadina's parents"
"Thats still a long way off. We need to be focusing more on finding Kyato right now" Hayate reminded the group bringing Felina out of her trail of thought.
Satoshi sighed and waved her hand dismissively "Yeah, yeah I'll try to be more open and more trusting. But I have my reasons not to be"

Itaka glanced at Seph "How would you know? Demon's aren't immortal besides it all about the power the longer you live the more you can make your mark on this world," he shrugged "Most races live longer than humans maybe your taking it for granted" he said.
Mari sighed "Trouble in the past?" he asked hugging Satoshi.
Oassu nodded "I hope everyone likes me enough though it'd be cool to meet your sisters and Hayate's teammate" he said happily. "But chill Felina I'm sure we'll be there soon enough" he winked at Zadina "We'll need to hitch you up with a nice elf girl while we're there too"
Zadina made a face and stuck his tongue out at Oassu.

"Leave Zadina be, you can't pick a girl for him. I'm sure hes already developing his own taste" Alpha teased "You two just focus on eachother once we get out the cave"
Seph sighed and glared briefly "I think its the ones with the shortest life spans who live the happiest. They tend to try harder to live life more to the full and make a mark on the world because they have so little time. Forget it" she shook the thoughts out of her head quickly.
Hebal raised her head slightly "What sort of reasons? Has someone been mean to you in the past?" she asked the ninja

Hayate scratched his chin "I agree with Seph to some extent. But everyone has to make an extra effort to make their mark regardless of their life span"
Felina blushed "I'm sorry its just I haven't seen any of them for a few years now and I can't help but miss them a bit" she let go of Oassu and giggled a little "I didn't mean team mate when I said partner"
At first Satoshi didn't respond out of surprise caused by the hug. But she eventually hugged Mari back "To put it simply one of my team mates turned out to be a traitor. Ninja team mates tend to be very close because they have to stay together for long periods of time"

Itaka smiled and looked at Seph "Wow the Demons are jealous of us humans, well maybe we do take things for granted I guess hehe but your right I'm sorry" he told them apologetically.
Oassu raised an eyebrow "Hayate runs a business on the side then? His partner runs it for him while he's away?" he guessed.
Zadina giggled a little "Well I do think the Viera are very pwetty" he said bashfully.
Mari scowled "A traitor eh?" she broke out of the hug and waved her sword around "I hope you hunted him down and dealt mighty justice!!" she said swinging her sword finally as she finished her sentance.

Seph shrugged "Theres nothing to apologise for. You have the right to express your opinion too"
Hebal instantly turned her head round as her ears picked up Zadina's comment "Aww. You're turning out to be a handsom little elf yourself" she smiled at him then turned back to Satoshi "I'm sorry to hear that. You shouldn't let one person bring you down. You can do better than that"
Alpha patted Zadina on the shoulder "See what did I tell ya. You need to be asking Hebal if she has any friends for him"

"Nobody is perfect" Hayate yawned "Its not your lifespan that matters, Its your actions within it that determine whether or not you've left a mark. The most obvious way to do that is to have a kid" he said with a wink at Itaka
Felina shook her head and tapped Oassu on the nose "Wrong again. I meant his special someone." She frowned a little at Zadina's response I wonder if Alpha influnenced that. Saying that Kurgan liked viera too she nodded "In that case we could ask Hebal to fix you up with a nice viera"
Satoshi took a step backwards away from Mari and her sword "We tried but things didn't go so smoothly. They got away and killed another member of the team"

Itaka rolled his eyes "I need a good girl first for that, someone I could trust" he shrugged "I get quite picky when it comes down to it"
Oassu thought about it for a moment before bursting into a grin "So Hayate's married is that it?!" he said excitedly.
Zadina turned bright crimson and said "I don't think so..." he murmered to the ground.
Mari frowned "Once this is all over I'll help you hunt him down," she waved her sword boldly "My Samurai skills will overpower his jutsu!" he declared

Seph nodded "Fair enough you don't want to pick up just anything off the street and have kids with them. Got to find someone special" she grinned
Alpha sighed and ruffled Zadina's "Fine but its your loss you may regret it later" he added in a whisper.
Hebal frowned and gave Satoshi a hug "Thats horrible. But bide your time. You can get revenge another time since what doesn't kill you makes you stronger"

Hayate laughed and glanced from Seph to Itaka "Picky is ok provided it doesnt become shallow. Find yourself a nice girl and settle down before you have kids"
Felina smiled and nodded at Oassu "Yea. Now we're on the same page" she told him and linked her arm to his close enough
Satoshi tried to push Hebal away but quickly gave up and sighed "I can take revenge on him whenever he decides to appear. Hes wanted by the village, who don't care if alive or dead" she explained.

Itaka rolled his eyes "I've only got one shallow preference, but I know enough to find someone special. She's gotta be tough, strong and fiesty no offence to Felina but I ain't too big on girly girls, I need a girl who's got soul" he told Seph and Hayate before shaking his head "Ah geez lookit me, this nethicite's got me all blubbery" he grumbled turning a little red.
Oassu laughed and scratched the back of his head "Hey Hayate why didn't you tell me you had a wife?" he called ahead.
Zadina flicked through his book blushing furiously as he did before stopping on a page with some Viera "Viera aren't particularly fond of relationships outside their own kind, or love-based relationships either. I don't know if it applies to little Viera girls but still" he said sadly.
Mari joined in the hug on the other side of Satoshi "AWWW poor Satoshi," she said with a cuddle "The important thing isn't to let vengeance dominate your thoughts"

Seph shook her head and patted Itaka on the back "You aren't that shallow really. Just stating your personal preferences. We all have them. You have a wife?" she asked Hayate.
Alpha snatched Zadina's book and closed it shut before giving it back to him "Theres more to life than books. There stories of viera that start love based relationships"
Hebal let go of Satoshi upon feeling her struggle a little "You can take revenge later. For now you should stay with us." she glanced over at Mari looks like these two are bonding already
