Just checking in here. Thanks to whoever likes my sig. I do need to update it. I decided against putting all my breedable secret santa things in it. There is about.. 8 of them.. most of which still haven't been updated with their names. And, also, I just might give them their own post in my pet page.
Anyhoos, Grace has been: working, sleeping, working, being sick [yet again. I am so tired of this stupid cold that rolls into a sinusitus], playing ACWW, Mario Kart DS, watching anime selects and anime netowrk on on demand.
I am still not too pleased with the changes the network made the anime network. They really changed the entire layout and menus for that group. Now, it's all just lumped in together, and not as much anime is shown. In contrast, anime selects has jumped leaps and bounds. I been following several series on there now including SuperGALS, His and Her circumstances, and Kiddy Grade. Before the lineup changes, I was following the Lodoss Record TV series... stupid lineup changes took that away.
Well, I am guessing Adult Swim bid the highest and snagged rights to some anime previously seen on anime network. I wonder if Azumanga was one of them since it isn't available anywhere for now. Oh well, I'll just have to go buy that one.
Oh yeah. I also got the sims nightlife exp pack for christmas. I haven't played with my sims legacy challenge family lately. However, I am working on another sims project.

I'm home!!!
We've been in Tennessee visiting family since Christmas Eve. We visited Tetravus's family for the first half of our time there. Then we visited my family. Tetravus's dad has a heart condition that is causing him not to be well right now. In fact, he is going to the Mayo Clinic next week for it. Plus, his step-grandmother had a stroke while we were there and she's the one who takes care of his grandfather. Tet's grandfather has Parkinson's and has memory problems. Grandmother Kathryn kept track of his meds. He can't remember what he is supposed to take. Anyway, it was kind of stressful being around Tet's family.
We had a good time visiting my family. They are more used to having kids around than Tet's family. Plus we weren't dealing with my family having health issues while we were there. We even got to go out for our anniversary on New Years Day since my mom watched Zoe. It was the first anniversary we've had where we've had a good time on our anniversary since our very first anniversary.
Overall I'm very glad to be home. I think Zoe's going to miss being around her Mimi and Papa (my parents) and Cool Aunt Lacey (my sister) though. She enjoyed having them hold her and play with her all the time.

You guys are lucky, the closest thing we have up here is Teletoon, which has SOME anime (same with the kids channel YTV), but nowhere near as much as what is shown on American TV stations. I am collecting the Kare Kano manga, and I have the first half of the anime, but I'd get the biggest kick in the world if I were able to watch it on TV.

I'm glad to hear the updates on everyone! We switched to satellite to save money, so sadly Anime Network was one of those things I had to sacrifice. At least I got to see Chobits.
