 Her eyes half opened as she heard Rinoa, some of her pain faded away as injuries she wasn't aware of healed. Most of her pain was still there since the ceiling had broken her lower right leg in three places but she was happy that the crushing weight was off her. She still felt quite helpless though for needing help, when she could've avoided this just by moving into the hall. She managed to sit up on her own, though she was shaky she tugged up the legging of her flannel pants on her right leg with her hand to see it red and swelling up.

The ceiling to the mansion collapsed in only one part of the building, but quite unfortunately for Hikaru, she happened to be in one of the rooms that was in that particular part. The dust flew everywhere and out of the room into the hallway, the door and part of the wall demolished. Coughing of the young girl issued from inside the destroyed room, a faint light of her barrier flickering in the dust. "T-trapped..." she murmured softly as she held her staff to the floor like her life depended on it. And it kinda did; the barrier kept the good portion of the ceiling from crushing her. The barrier was as strong as she remained strong, but she was only a kid of twelve or thirteen. She was thoroughly pinned in a bad situation.Hikaru's Theme Song

Rikai let loose a laugh as he leapt onto Thornara, biting down on her shoulder, at the very part that showed the mating mark. Mind you, now.....all that would be felt was pleasure....and Rikai bit down hard on it. All the Mako surrounding him shot into the mating mark, producing the effect of fifty fold the leash Kade had done earlier. He placed even more energy through, from his own reserve....and that was a lot. So much that Rikai snorted, "Damn, I won't be able to transform for a while now....sorry brat, you'll be sleepy after you help all those in the trapt part of the Mansion." And with that, Rikai became Kade again, who was still putting energy through. ▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§

Cloud slowly arose from his sleep. He looked over and saw Tifa sleeping peacefully beside him. If only every morning would be like this. He thought, a smile on his face. He held Tifa tighter, enjoying the rare moment of peace. "We were blessed with your revival, and yet we still have to struggle through to stay together." he said softly. He closed his eyes again, wanting to sleep a little longer until Tifa woke up. But then he was wide awake as he heard an explosion somewhere, and a crumbling sound as the roof started to fall. "Tifa! Watch out!" he yelled as he grabbed her and rolled off the bed. As they landed on the floor away from the bed, their ceiling collapsed on top of the bed. Tifa, now awake, was alarmed; she didn't know what was going on. "Are we under attack or something!?" she said, slightly panicked. Cloud shook his head. "I don't think so. Come on, let's check it out though, make sure everyone else is okay." he said as he helped her up. She looked to be fine other than her already prevalent injuries. As he followed her out of his room, he noticed the file by the door. He tossed it onto his desk, making a note of checking it later before catching up to Tifa. She had already ran down the hall, bending down next to Shikyo. "Shikyo! What happened? Are you okay?" Tifa said to her daughter. Cloud came up behind her, sword in hand in case they really were under attack.

My leg's broken but the rest of me is fine. She knew she wouldn't be able to stand or walk with all that pain in her leg. She looked at her parents feeling a mix of shame and almost embarrassed from seeming weak and pathetic. She saw Cloud with his hand on his sword, looking ready to fight at any second. How about you put away that sword and help me to somewhere safer?

So get up!  At the point that Rikai caught her, Thornara hissed in rage, even then attempting to wrench herself away. But like Rosalia, Thornara's best strength was in speed and magic. The two may be separate beings, but they were still alike... Even though she didn't want to return back to being nothing more than a voice, there wasn't much choice as the dragon had bit down onto her shoulder and shot the energy and mako, recreating and strengthening a 'choker' on the Demon. It weakened the strength of the active Jenova cells, in which even while Thornara was still the person she was, strands of bright silver returned to the hair, and a few gold feathers had appeared among the black.
Growling with a feral sort of fury when the dragon spoke again about him not being able to transform for awhile, she was insulted in the fact that she was expected to help. And for what, to go to sleep within the mind of Rosalia, nothing once again? "Go to hell," she snarled even as Rikai became Kade once again. But in this weakened state, Rosalia's instincts to help would end up overcoming Thornara's reluctance to do anything 'helpful'. So as soon as Kade would loosen his arms, she wrenched out of his arms and snarled again before taking to the air, moving to the collapsed roof to apparently 'help'.
One girl was getting rescued by a woman in blue, in which Thornara found slightly amusing. Mere humans trying to move such rubble off a person was one she didn't really understand. But at the appearance of the blond man with his weapon in hand, she figured that she would be most unwelcomed. Turning her attention to one that none had yet to bother and check, she landed on the crumbled roof and could sense that a powerful barrier materia was in use. Frowning, she slid down the dust and crumbled tiles and began pulling away large chunks of roof away from the child in the barrier. But some from the doorway would probably reach the kid faster than her, regardless how much s**t she was practically throwing to the side."Sephiroth? Who needs a deranged man that has a mommy-complex when you have me to cause havoc~" xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

"Oh thank goodness you're okay!" she said. "I don't know what I would've done if you were..." Tifa trailed off. Even though she had known Shikyo for a short time, it didn't take away from the fact that this was her child. And she personally felt robbed from not being able to have developed a relationship with her sooner. Then again the same man responsible for that was responsible for Shikyo's existence, but Tifa didn't think of that. "Cloud, can you carry Shikyo down to the living room? I'll search for anyone else who may need help. Then we'll have to rope off this section of the mansion, and find places for people to sleep..." Tifa said as she trailed off, busying her mind with what to do next. She gripped her stomach as she stood up and continued down the hall, knocking on doors, calling to anyone that might be hurt inside. Cloud meanwhile put his sword away and carefully picked up Shikyo. "Don't worry, we'll get your leg healed in no time." he said, trying to cheer her up.

She was a bit fazed by the hug, since she never had a mother to worry about her for most of her life. As Cloud picked her up she leaned her head against his shoulder and closing her eyes. That'd be nice...

Kade gasped as he fell to the ground. Still, energy was flowing from him into the chokehold and his vision was beginning to blacken. He knew what he had to do, as he was rising to his knees, looking bleary eyed at the form of Thornara. "Back to your prison DEMON!" He whispered as he closed his hand, the energy made now attempting to drag the Demon back to the midsts of Rosalia's mind, letting her become free. "You won't bother us again. If that damned doctor is watching, he can see...I beat him again." He whispered as his vision flashed red...once...twice.
Slowly, he managed to stand up...walking over to an area. He saw Shikyo, as well as CLoud, and Tifa, who was running off to help it seemed. Kade only managed to shoot a blast of Ultima at a pile of rubble, effectively turning to dust before he fell out of the air, crashing into the ground not too far from Shikyo and the other wounded. Effectively,...he was passed out and in a mana deprived coma. ▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§

Can two such different entities exist in one body? The black-winged girl fell to the ground as the energy that the dragon forced into her was suddenly, in a sense, dragging her back from the surface. She held her head in her hands as the tip of a horn spiraled from her forehead, from the middle of the scar that which the horn was once at before. There was a moment of resistance to the energy, but it just as suddenly died as Rosalia's traits reclaimed the outer appearance and she was once again as she should be. 'This is not the last you have heard from me, Dragon...' was the final thought before Thornara fell into that promised sleep.
Aching and a bit shaky, Rosalia was feeling like she was in a daze. It took a minute to realize that she was actually free to control her body once more, yet she wasn't jubilant, merely relieved that no casualties had happened this time around. Frowning, she shakingly got to her feet, feeling slightly unsteady with her balance but otherwise alright. Looking to the no-longer rubbled-filled room, she noticed the child that was underneath the barrier. Nodding to this fact, she walked over as Hikaru seemed to realize that she was safe and the barrier had disappeared. She helped the teen climb out of the room and down the hall, Rosalia more concerned for Kade, whom she could feel was unconscious.
'Kade...' Guilt was crashing over her in waves, but she didn't allow it to show in her expression as she found him and managed to get him onto his feet, even though he wouldn't be able to walk. Silently she took her mate to his room and laid him onto his bed, but she was definitely not about to rest, not when people still needed help. She could see Cloud and the girl Shikyo and a black-haired woman getting the young girl out of her room, wincing as she noticed that the girl's leg was broken... possibly in two or three pieces. It pained her to see that the attack still had hurt someone...Character Current Theme Song

 His body was covered in the dark red crimson which was that of a Shinra Solders, As Shizoku Gochiso walked forward. His dark purple gaze looking over the large double doors, which were the entrance into the Avalanche mansion. The leading group of resistance against the evils which sought to end the earth. Keeping forward, His arms were soaked, cut up in a tad, as he had been trying to bandage his arm up. His right arm sleeve torn up, as to make a bandage around his arm. Though he had been infused with the powerful dark materia, it could not heal him. A flaw in the so called perfect design they had in sued for him at the laboratory.
"I really hope they answer the door." He muttered. Fingers tying up the noose within on his arm, as he finally reached the door. Taking his left arm. he wrapped on the doors as loud as he could. Hoping Someone could help him in this hour of most certain need. heh, eventually, he needed to learn on some healing techniques, surely.

Kade exhaled a long held breath as soon as Rosalia lay him on the bed. His body was aching, and his mind even worse. In his mind, Kade was sitting in a field.....more or less, with...someone in front of him. A little boy....him.....the boy only looked up at him, with sad eyes before fading away. Memories flashed in his mind. Him.....as a teen.....him being used......but no memory of being a child. The files...were right...he was a child.....a failure....in the mind. The little boy appeared next to him again, this time sitting next to him. The boy only sighed, laying down. "Life is hard." the boy sighed.
Kade didn't know what to say. He knew he was in a coma...and was happy for the quiet for once. Neither he nor the boy spoke, instead just sitting...letting the emotions boil underneath. ▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§▲§

Hikaru heard scrapping noise from somewhere outside the rubble that had landed on top of her, and she felt hopeful that she would be alright. Listening to the noise, she would get surprised as the rubble would suddenly disappear and become nothing but dust, clearing everything from around her. Relieved that she would be alright, she dropped her shield, though it meant inhaling a cloud of dust until it settled. Coughing a little, she looked around, and her eyes widen as a gold-winged girl was shakingly getting to her feet, seeming to be in a daze. But Hikaru knew her! It was the woman she often called momma-okaa-chan. Rosalia didn't seem to recognize her though, and Hikaru wasn't too surprised, for it had been a few years since they had seen each other. Rosalia also seemed to have her mind elsewhere, because she helped Hikaru out of the ruined room before disappearing down the hall to another fallen person.
Deciding to leave Rosalia to her business for now, she hurried down the hall and to Cloud and the others, whom she hardly got to talk to because she and Edward had only came to the mansion yesterday and got settled into rooms. Looks like Hikaru was out of her room for now, though. But instead of thinking about that, she was looking to Shikyo with concern as she was being carried by Cloud. "What happened??" she said, worried.
Hearing the distant knocking of the front door, she was actually the first to respond, running down the stairs in twos and threes to reach it. She opened the doors to the knocker, to see a man that was busy bandaging his arm. Was he hurt in the attack on the mansion??Hikaru's Theme Song

Can two such different entities exist in one body? Exhaustion clawed at her like hot knives, but she was busy with clearing the rubble from the rooms so that they could find other people buried. So far, there had been no one else. And luckily for the people in the mansion, only about six rooms were the only places that had taken damage. Even then, she didn't want to stop to rest. She caught snatches of Kade's... dream?... even as she was forcing ceiling and roof tiles from the doorways and most of the room to make sure non one else were there beneath the mass. She didn't understand much about his dream, and was sure that she had missed something important, something that she wondered was the reason Kade had left from Costa Del Sol. She probably should have followed faster.
But the reason she was afraid to rest was because of her thoughts, and her guilt. There was barely anything she could do to stop Thornara from doing just this sort of destruction.... Shaking her head, she retreated from the last room, cleared of anyone as well. The fight alone drained even her energy, and the clearing away, but she had one last thing to do. Returning to Kade's room at long last, she looked down at him and gently moved his hair from his face. He had used so much mana to help her seal away the Demon again for the time being. With her gone for the time being, he needed some mana back, enough to recover it all back on his own though. A small burst of her own mana glowed in her hand that was touching his forehead before it disappeared into him. Really, all he needed now was rest... and quiet.
"Thank you..." she murmured softly and, after a short hesitation about if she even had a right to do so, kissed his forehead where her fingers were at a moment ago. Rather than try to find her room to sleep or even convince herself to do so, she sat on the carpeted floor and leaned against the bed. Her wings drew up around her and she allowed her eyes to close. It took several more minutes to quarrel her thoughts long enough to fall asleep...Character Current Theme Song
