CHAOS, started out as a super villain group for mutants wanting to stand up against the opressive humans. Changed to a mutant activist group after a mass slaughter of the world mutant population knows as the "Low-Gene" Crusade. So basically mix the Brotherhood and X-men into one.

Cool. Really you can mix it up if you want. I've made a lot of NPC's for CHAOS and they're all around. Few genetic creations, some outworlders and a few magic kind.
