Everyone knows even DBZ characters will run away from Hanma, at least until they Ki blast him. That only makes him angry.

Michael Noire Some of the characters from FF 7 & 8 were pretty gross and broken, but I'm not sure how many of them could solo the final bosses, something Rydia from FF 4 could feasibly do.
i posit that esper terra or celes may be able to go toe-to-toe with kefka.
