[ Kyle ; Sora ; Riku ; Seymour ; Cloud : Hawaii : Clearing ]

"Hmm, that doesn't make much sense, since the Rangers don't even have magic and they can summon their Zords for extended periods," Kyle thought, rubbing his chin in thought (which he tended to do unconsciously). "Maybe it's a singular thing, if you were the only one in an actual Zord... to my knowledge, they were always summoned as a group..."

"I'm afraid that's unlikely to be the case, Sir Anthony," Seymour spoke up, preparing to tell them exactly what he'd told his own group while in the ship. "Since a new Emperor was crowned some time within the past month, they've been expanding rapidly and treating any refugees as slaves and experiment subjects. While it's possible that Ooze was somehow in the background, to my knowledge that I've learned with this group, Ooze has only been a scourge to this island since his own awakening, making the odds of him influencing the emperor slim."

He glanced at Louis with a raised brow. He was amused that the boy had picked this, of all the possible alibis, for his cover story, and almost pitied the situation his protege was put in as a result. Almost.

"And you claim it to be... a peaceful country? Perhaps for its people, who lie safely within its borders and ignorant of its war crimes..."

"I'm sure it's just a misunderstanding- he did leave, after all," Sora said, immediately coming to Louis' defense.

[Noelle .:. Prote ~ Hawaii ~ Clearing]

Noelle tensed as she heard Cory's voice, quickly snapping her gaze over to him. She didn't know why he was here, but she knew she didn't like it. Cory was a guy that was hard to get along with on the best of days, and with their past she had come to have no trust in him. Despite this fact she had forgiven him before and would probably forgive him again, even at the risk of being stabbed in the back again. It was one of her faults, and it had brought her pain countless times, but for some reason she could never bring herself to not forgive someone. The agromancer looked away in frustration, sparing a glanced to Joe as he walked away.

With a shake of her head, the small blonde turned her attention back to the issue at hand. She was curious about the Zords as well, but her fear was about the large fleet of ships. With Louis unable to offer them much information they had little to go on. A knot began to grow in her stomach the more she thought about and anticipated the battle. Noelle was actually beginning to feel a little sick. As much as she tried not to show it, she couldn't hide that she was sweating and fidgeting with her fingers. Taking a few deep breaths, she tried to calm herself and regain some of her confidence. Their group was much larger now so they had the extra help. They could do this. Right?

Prote was busy trying to process everything and catch up on all the information everyone else seemed to have that was new to him. He wanted to weigh the odds a little but still did not have enough tactical information about the enemies. He could say, though, that the group had a strong chance, but despite that couldn't slip up. He would be doing his best along with the others, trying to dispose of the enemies before they could do too much damage.

[[Louis : Hawaii : Clearing]]

"New emperor?" Louis muttered under his breath, his face tensing, almost cursing the prospect, If Vayne's emperor already, then we're in for an even greater danger than I thought. Sh*t...

The arcanist raised his voice to an audible tone, after Sora stood up for him, a genuine smile crossing his face, Seems I have Sora's support, that's a good sign, "It's true there are those in the army that do evil things, that's true anywhere, but not all do the things you speak of. That's why I wish I knew who's leading the fleet. There are those in the army with a reputation for being more understanding... others, not so much."

At this point, Louis turned his head to the side, thinking deeply on this extra bit of information Seymour lent him, if his eyes were visible, Louis would have given Seymour a look that said thank you, but he'd have to hope Seymour knew him well enough to guess. If Vayne is emperor, then Drace is probably dead, there goes the chance of that... the only other one I could hope for is Zargabaath... if he's involved, I'm sure he'd protect the people... he's loyal, but he has a good heart.

{Bobbi .:. Hawaii .:. Clearing}

Bobbi looked at each person to introduce themselves, trying in vain to memorize names and faces. She could remember faces, but names were another story. It may take her awhile to learn so many new ones.

Bobbi noticed Joe's eye, and whispered his name at the same time Kyla said it out loud. One hand raised slightly, then dropped back down to her side, clenched in a tight fist.

What the hell happened? she thought, feeling his seething anger from across the clearing. The emotions echoed her own, and a deep scowl creased her features. I should have been there. He was closer to Rae than I was, and I was the one who broke down and had to be sent away before I endangered the team. If I wasn't such a wimp, he'd be fine! Rationality kicked in as soon as she had that thought. With all the others there, having her around wouldn't have made any difference. She didn't know what happened. For all she knew, being there could have made things worse! But that didn't stop her from being angry at herself, angry for breaking down, angry for not being there for him.

"Dawn," she said in a low voice that trembled with rage as she placed a hand on her friend's shoulder. Dawn would be able to feel the tension in that hand, the tight control it took for the Archer not to squeeze as hard as she could. "I want to know everything that happened while I was gone. Everything." Then, loudly enough to be heard as Joe stormed off, "You're already a pain in the a**, Cory. No 'probably' about it."

She barely noticed the conversation about the Zords and the Archadian Empire, though the fragment of her brain that was still thinking rationally was paying attention and storing the information in her sub-conscience. She probably wouldn't remember a word that was said, but she'd get the gist of it and operate from there. Right now she had war stories to catch up on.

[John.:Hawaii:.Clearing]

Confusing things were confusing...

John looked to the speakers of the group, interrupting each other, talking over one another, babbling on about theories and raging about what other people had done. Blowing out their opinions on matters, disregarding others pretentiously...

Just... so... tired.......

Battle after battle after trying to figure out why the f*** they were bouncing from world to world with little to no direction on what the big plan was for them. They were aimless, and it really pissed him off. How they could go from battling to the death against mages and strikers and assassins and darkness to rushing straight into questioning every aspect of the situation. No break to actually clean some wounds because rein-f***ing-forcements decided it was time to finally break the enemy...

He said nothing as he had nothing to contribute. He knew nothing of mechas or the past of these people or what he could possibly say as it seemed everyone else had their plan just fine and dandy...

[Dawn : Hawaii : Clearing]

Dawn was about to say something in defense to Louis, when she felt a hand touch her shoulder. She jumped slightly at the sudden touch. Dawn looked over her shoulder to see Bobbi. Dawn's expression softened as she looked over her friend. Then haunted. She knew it was bound to happen when Bobbi was going to ask. She just hoped it wouldn't of been so soon. Not now. She gave Michelle a poor explanation before of what happened. Now Bobbi was asking for the full story. At a time where they were about to go into battle. It was not the time for a long story. At the same time, Bobbi deserved to know. With a heavy heart she reached up and touched Bobbi's hand, squeezing it gently. As her eyes looked over to the tree Joe had retreated to. Then trailed to Sora, before they landed on Kyle.

"I believe everyone deserves to know..." She said over the charms for those who were in the clearing to hear, even those who were with them at the time the events took place would of heard her.

Dawn closed her eyes as she allowed the images from her memory to come to her mind. She was using her charm as a channel to share with them with everyone who had one. They would see the events from her perspective. The images started from the the confrontation with the Nobodies and Zexion's betrayal. Then the arrival of the Flying Dutchman. The images jumped to them in the brig of the Dutchman where Ajora, after torturing Joe and breaking his fingers in order to take Jack's Compass, got the girl called Alice, Jenny's Replica, to kiss and destroy Joe's eye. It jumped once more to where the darkness was being forced into James by Ajora's hand and shortly afterwards, following after James like a mindless zombie. The images jumped once more with Dawn's memory of Ajora clinching her hand and looking straight into her eyes.

Unable, or unwilling, to share anymore, Dawn cut off the memory. She was holding back the tears that were in the corner of her eyes as she dropped her hold on Bobbi's hand. Then walked away from where the group had gathered. She was sure that if there were any details she left out, the others would fill in the blanks. Dawn walked off a several yards from the group, standing on the edge of a hill. She appeared to be looking at the large army of airships that were coming their way, as a few of the tears she held back fell from her face.

[Cory .:. Hawaii .:. Clearing]

Cory raised an eyebrow at Jacob's comment, followed by a sigh at Kichi's hostility. "You know, for a good guy you're rather quick to jump to insults. Are you sure you're not a villain?"

The rogue bumped Anthony's fist as his eyes locked onto Kyle, almost ignoring the greeting as he said, "Just to be clear, you still shouldn't trust me. It's only fair to warn you of that given the fact that I'm not even sure what I'm going to do next." Cory slipped his hands into his pockets before adding, "That being said, I'm fairly certain my allegiance won't sway again. I admit I still want to stay in this world, but when...she asks a favor of me, I can't really refuse."

[ Matt :-: Hawaii :-: Clearing ]

Matt was still scanning the group, remembering that if Quina was here and that he in fact in a Kingdom Hearts universe, there must be more "fictional" characters. 'Mkay, there's Sora... I think? Certainly looks different. Then again, he's a given if this is Kingdom Hearts land. That would make Silverhairman Riku then. Other pointy haired fellows are obviously Cloud and Leon. Auron in the red trench coat, of course. And...

What in the flaming balls is Seymour doing here?'
Matt was stunned to see the main antagonist from Final Fantasy X. Last he checked, Seymour attempted to wipe out all life on his world in an attempt to end suffering. And it's not like he was unknown as a villain; why would the Earthlings let them into their group? Wha-ohgodimages.

Dawn's transmission suddenly piped into his mind. He had no idea what was happening, never being told about the Trinity Charms that came with the dress spheres. He had no connection to those who were being shown, though they shook him nonetheless. Wait... He did recognize ONE of the Earthlings being shown. 'Joe?'

The stream of images ended as abruptly as it started. Matt's focus snapped back into reality, and he immediately grabbed Kichi by the shoulders to get his attention. "Kichi I think I know that person who lost their eye. Please tell me their name and if I can find them anywhere." Matt prayed that if it was Joe, that he was okay and nearby.

[Joe, Kyle, Sora, Riku, Seymour: Hawaii: Clearing -> Village and Sky Above]

Kyle looked at Cory with narrowed eyes, though not out of suspicion-- rather, out of curiosity, like he was analyzing the man. Kyle liked to think he was a good reader of character; there was always the curve ball, of course, but generally, it was from the way the spoke.

Cory... sounded genuine about this... girl, woman, person of the female persuasion.

It was hard for Kyle not to trust what the man said, at least. Especially with the sympathetic weight behind his words.

"Well, at least you're honest," he said, nodding toward Cory, and the briefest sign of understanding flashed over his face. Not pity, not judgment, but understanding. "How about you just give us a head's up if you think a switch is coming, hmm?"

He'd meant it almost as a jab, but moreso as a joke, which would have been conveyed through his smirk and small chuckle.

Joe shook his head. He was...almost like he was beginning to run out of fuel to be angry. It was draining, aggravating, and kept his anger alive. Of course, the anger got displaced upon hearing shouts upon the wind....

Poking his head out of the branches and leaves of his tree, Joe, along with everyone else, would hear shouts of panic and fear coming from the village. Shortly after, people started filtering into the clearing, led and corralled by space police, all running for the giant ship for cover.

And with a large tremor, laughter was echoed across the island, booming into the ears of everyone, as in the distance, a giant megazord appeared, the laughter of Ooze coming from it as it moved towards the village. The Ivalician fleet also seemed to moved forward, the Leviathan and its other ships spewing out numerous small fighter ships to add to the other ships as it headed towards the volcano in the center of the island.

"It's begun!" Joe said into the wind, which carried it to the rest of the group. Not that it mattered, cause at the same time, Kyle himself called out, along the charms and aloud, "They're here!" Plus it was fairly obvious.

Joe 'took flight', hopping from treetop to tree top until a flash of light, akin to a firefly lighting up, happened near his ear, and then he was leaping high into the air, his two Sylph circling him until they formed a small bird zord, green and blue with two long, long tail 'feathers' following behind, sectioned off like a metal whip or whip-sword, and was about two stories tall with a four story wingspan.. With what almost seemed like a sonic boom, the bird flew off towards the flying ships.

Kyle, of course, summoned a zord of his own, with Ultima taking the form of a very large(about four stories in height, and twice as long), very gold dragon. It had a long, serpentine neck that culminated in a single, large eye over its mouth. On its back, there seemed to be a small... cannon? The dragon let out a mighty roar into the night sky, which caused a few of the enemy ships to power down for a second and start to tilt down to the ground before lighting back up and resuming their courses. The dragon, with it's dragoon pilot, flapped it's six wings and took flight, following after Joe with barely any effort as Kyle called out to everyone over the charms 'Call to your hearts! Despite the ABSURDITY level of the cliché, it works.'

Sora let out a low whistle at the sight of Kyle's dragon. It was a sight to behold, that's for sure. Of course, then he remembered about the village, and gave a smirk to Riku. "Ready?" he asked before running off, keyblade in hand.

Riku chuckled. "Just like old times." Then he, as well, ran after Sora, catching up with him easily thanks to his longer legs and then keeping up with Sora, his keyblade also out and at the ready.

The Guado mage simply started to jog after the group, keeping up surprisingly easily, though when one had Guado blood, things like this weren't an issue, mage or not.

Upon getting to the village, they would see Ooze, towering over the homes, standing at at least fifteen stories, along with numerous airships flying around, the ground littered with Heartless and Tengu. Kyle and Joe started to rip through the smaller airships, Joe's Zord's tail slicing into them and whipping about with spins and turns, and Kyle's dragon biting, crushing, and spewing out lasers of light out of it's eyes.

Sora, Riku, and Seymour started helping by working on the ground units, the two keybladers tearing through the heartless as Seymour casted a Firaga, the explosion of the spell blasting some of the Tengu and Heartless with ease.

Of course, some would notice that, among the heartless and tengu, there were two more units. Beatrix and Terra were on the battlefield as well.

The war had begun.

[[ Captain's Edit: LOLOL gotz internet. Anyway, just some references for my Zord: Fanart and official art.

Edit #2 : Oh, and for future reference about the large fleet, check here. There are four destroyers that have large cannons, a carrier that houses the many many ships, the main ship, and a cruiser, among the dozens and dozens of flyers. ]]

{Bobbi .:. Hawaii .:. Clearing}

Bobbi's attention focused entirely on the images she got from Dawn, each and every one of them just serving to piss her off more. When the memories cut off, it took the Archer a moment to come back to reality, and only did so because she didn't feel Dawn's hand in hers anymore.

Hot tears poured down Bobbi's cheeks, but luckily her vision wasn't so blurred that she couldn't see. Without even bothering to wipe the tears away, she turned to follow after her friend, and when she caught up with Dawn hugged the older woman tightly.

"Thank you," she said, voice tight with sobs she refused to give voice to. "That's what I needed to know. I'm going to kill each and every one of those bastards, I swear to God I will!" Her voice had spiraled upward until the last word was choked off. She would have said more, but the screaming of the villagers and the mental and vocal shouts from Kyle and Joe, as well as the sound of the ships and Ooze's laughter halted any words she would have said, and her head came up from where she had rested it in her embrace with Dawn.

"This will be a good start," she snarled, and offered a bloodthirsty grin to her friend before running back to the clearing, Taulmaril back in her hands. As soon as she got back into the open air, she summoned one of her Crystal Spires right beneath her feet, and used it as a catapult to launch herself into the air. Following Kyle's advice (and giggling despite the circumstances at the horrible, horrible cliche), her Zord appeared around her in a flash of blue, taking the shape of a gyrfalcon, the largest bird of the falcon family. The wingspan was about six stories, the body of the bird itself about three. The main body was white in color, but the wing tips ended in a deep blue, bladed similar to the tail of Joe's Zord.

As she rocketed towards the battle, Bobbi let out a vocal scream, something she thought she would never, ever do. She wasn't one for battle cries, really, but this just erupted from her due to the pressure of her anger and hatred. The scream was echoed in a cry from the falcon Zord, and she plunged into a knot of ships, her wing-tips tearing through the ones too slow or stupid to get out of the way.

[Dawn ; Terra ; Quina : Hawaii : Clearing]

When Bobbi approached her and embraced her, Dawn remained silent. Though she didn't return the hug, she closed her eyes as a couple more tears went down her face.

Dawn let out a small gasp at both the sudden quake and the call over the charms, though she wasn't on a blood thirty rampage as Bobbi was, she couldn't help but agree that this was a good time as ever to get rid of some much build up stress. She looked up over the distance as the attack began on the volcano. She glanced over her shoulder as Joe and Kyle were already jumping into action. Joe summoning a Bird like Zord. While Kyle summoned a dragon...

[cue: Music]

'Wait a minute...' Dawn thought as she narrowed her eyes upon Kyle's zord. She knew she recognized it from somewhere. The long neck, several wings. If it looked like the something from Legend of the Dragoon. Her favorite game, then it clicked.

"Seriously Kyle?! Of all the forms your zords yours could be yours had to be the Divine Dragon. I am not sure if I should either be extremely ecstatic, jealous or what." Dawn said over the charms.

~'Now is not the time to be worrying about that. Time to focus.'~

Dawn nodded as she focused on the inside, much as Kyle had described. It wasn't long before Garuda was summoned in the form of a Red-tailed Hawk with a light blue armor. On where the breast feathers would normally be for a bird, it was covered in a white shell. The wings spread about 5 and a half stories, while the body of the bird was about three.

"Garuda..." Dawn said timidly as she sat at the helm of Garuda, "How am I supposed to do this? I don't even know how to drive a car for crying out loud."

Garuda let out a loud sigh, ignoring Dawn as her and her summoner joined the fray by shooting a large burst of air at several of the flying Tengu.

As the heartless and Tengu started to attack on the ground, Quina quickly jumped into action by shooting a spray of Aqua Breath
at those that came in his direction.

In the shadows, Terra watched as several of the children summon forth their zords and went into the sky. Her eyes were, however, locked onto the group that remained on the ground, heading towards the village. Without a warning she fired an Ice Beam in the direction of Riku.

[Dani :: Hawaii :: Clearing>Sky above the Village]

Dani quietly listened as everyone started introducing each other and let go of Anthony’s hand. “Man, there are a lot of people that made it,” Dani thought. “To think, just one day ago I thought I was the only one who had survived.”

Dani had noticed someone named Jacob talking to her but shrugged it off. Cory had “taken” care of it so she didn’t worry about it too much. The one person that she was most interested in was the one with the eye patch: Joe. “He must’ve had it rough.” Dani thought “I wonder what these other guys have gone through. Note to self: find out what I have missed.”

As if her wish was granted, Dani saw what had happened the other group and she was shocked. She was shocked when she saw the breaking of fingers, Joe’s eye getting destroyed, and what happened to Dawn. When the vision ended, Dani’s eyes were filled with tears. “Oh my god…” Dani trailed off and quickly wiped her eyes of the salty tears. “I am really sorry that happened to all of you.”

Eventually Dani decided that now was not the time for tears. She started to breathe heavily before she swallowed her emotions before looking back at the group. Just her luck, the enemy was suddenly upon them in huge fleets. Dani listened as she figured out how to turn her summon into a Zord.

[Cue:Leviathan Batttle Music]

“Are you ready for this Leviathan?” Dani thought to her summon.

“Of course I am ready human!” Leviathan roared as they both looked to the fleet. “let’s do what we do best alright?”

“Alright!” Dani thought before a geyser appeared under her feet and shot her straight into the air. She called to the Zord with all of her heart before her zord appeared. Her Zord was a single story in height dragon but what it lacked in height it made up with 8 stories in length.

Dani watched as her Dragon Zord flew into the air and joined the other Zords in the fray. “Do not mess with the dragon summon!” Dani shouted out of her Zord before making her dragon swim in the air to catch up with the other Zords and head to the air ships.

[John.:Hawaii:.Clearing]

The megazord combined with the Leviathan combined with the asplosions and the noises and the chaos left John in an indescribable state... he felt so... so...

Cue Music: Battle Theme

"Yippee Kai-aye mothaf***ers!!!"
John spouted as out of seemingly no where a large zord in the shape of a Unicorn leaped in the direction of the village. Ixion would try and focus on Ivan Ooze while trampling the poor helpless thousands of heartless beneath.

Continuing to go with the entire 'yeehaw, country boy gon' shoot some fellers', John casually spouted, "Dats a good 10-4 I say on dere. Ya'll tell me when we need to coordinate some gitcheh gitcheh ya ya spunk on their faces, k? I'ma just go ahead and charge right up here and ya'll can fall in all nice like you please... oh, and has anyone really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?"

He continued to trample and trample and trample as much as he could with Ixion being merry in his newfound ability to be a large building with a giant spike at the end of it with the ability to murder thousands of heartless by simply running.

"Hit'em hard!"
John yelled hoarse with excitement as Ixion's horn surged with electricity and Ixion charged straight for Ivan Ooze wanting to spear the hulking mass and at least get him focused on one target.

[Cory .:. Hawaii .:. Clearing]

[Cue - Wander on the Offensive]

"I guess it's time to get twisted, huh?"

There was a low rumbling in the distance as Cory took off at full speed, an azure cheetah zord the size of two school buses leaping from the trees and into view. Cory jumped into the air and landed on the head of the zord, riding it as it dashed off at high speed after John's unicorn zord. The zord's tail moved back and forth, razing the ground of Heartless in a way that would indicate the tail was really more of a blade. Blue blasts of fire rained from the top of the zord's head, the rogue having let out barrage after barrage of Azuls to add to the massive damage his zord was already doing.

After a moment of this, Cory finally fell back into his cockpit, picking up a trucker-styled radio as he shouted, "Roger that, MyLittlePony, this is LightningDerp coming up on your bumper and we got a few bears in the air giving us support. Brace yerself." The cheetah zord dashed around to the other side of Ooze's megazord, the zord living up to its animal appearance with amazing speed as it jumped into a somersault, spinning around with its tail out like a buzzsaw as it attempted to flank Ooze.

[Michelle : Hawaii: Clearing]

Michelle had quietly and simply given her name when the roll call went around but she was staying back from the group not trusting the lull enough to dismiss her shock spikes, or swords. When discussions raged about how to go zord she listened with both ears waiting to be told what to do next. She just hated fighting so much that, unless that little switch got flicked inside, she was always bordering on lethargic when it came to proactive attacking. She really really didn't like violence.

Cory's presence and talk made her want to bury his head in the ground just to shut up the voice and hide the face, but she was more concerned with the momentary suggestion that their approaching enemy was non-violent. That they were only under the control of Ooze. It gave her great relief to hear trusted people denounce the idea. Michell could never have engaged in the coming fray if she thought in the back of her mind she was killing unwilling innocents.

When Dawn swamped everyone with her vivid recollection of James' departure and the whole episode she crumpled. But what can you expect from the poor woman, she was barely coping with his absence as it is. Reliving the moment of you husbands abduction, through your sisters eye's, when she hadn't even been their herself, it brought her to her knees. Arms wrapped around herself, huddle in a ball shaking and crying. Ah crap this was lousy timing.

As the sound of mechanics and booming and battle cries began to fill the clearing, all of her alies getting going and bringing out their summons zords she cringed.

WHY! WHY! WHY! was all the girl could scream in her head and heart against the pain of being separated form her love, and the chaos of a giant impending mecha battle that she wanted nothing to do with.

Call to me little one, or will you stand by once more and watch things happen that you will later regret. He sounded so old, full of kindness but also tough as nails. His words were not an invitation, or a suggestion, or a question. He was her summon, he knew what his human needed right now, and that was action. The words were a command.

Screaming something feral and akin to bloody murder Michelle flung her body off the ground, yanking out of her huddled ball of pain and self focus. Next thing she knew she was airborne in the cockpit of a giant yellow metal bird. A bolt of lightning flashed in the sky near her zord, as she streaked towards the nearest target. Pulling up short just before she reached a ship, her wings came around in front of her a large ball of electricity forming between them in the air. The blast was unleashed, aimed at the center of the ship. Baring dispersive shields and unknown magics or technology, Michelle was a bad enemy to be facing. He was a lighting summon pure and simple, and Michelle was flying about in a nice giant conductor, her mentality focused on who wants to short circuit or blow up next. She had completely rejected all emotion for the moment falling back on years of suppressive habits as a child, it was all logic and furry right now. Time to fight.
