Well you know. It's the government. Granted stuff like that is usually propaganda to make us act better. Of course it could be all true and there's somebody reading what we're typing right now.

I believe if they really wanted to crack down on us, they would have already.
But also, for all we know they're just letting us squirm. I'm not sure. All I really have to by is the story of one of my reletives on my mom side of the family... and it's really interesting.

Well he was caught and thrown in prison for tax fraud. And there's two different stories he tells. One. the govnerment offered him a deal to spy on the mob. Two. the mob offered him a deal he could refuse. In any case, he got out and was working for the mob... even made the FBI most wanted list at one time.
Well one job was being a drug running and he did it by air. He got caught and locked up somewhere in central or south america, can't remember where. While sitting there somebody opened he cell door and he went out the back before some American agents showed up to take him into custody. Next thing anybody knows, he's in Alaska where the government tells him he's allowed to stay there, but he better not be caught in the lower 48 states.
So yeah.... other then who approched him to get out of prison the first time the story hasn't changed.

Yeah. But that was back in the 70s and 80s. He shows up at the family reunion now. He's pretty cool.
