Sounds like your employer just moved the overtime onto some other people.
I think your Masterpiece will make an awesome profile background.
My guy who mows the lawns around here tried to kill my grape vines. He hates plants. Like Ronald Reagan, the dude thinks trees make a mess. He did kill quite a few of my grape vines. But a few remain. Yesterday I discovered little grapes forming. Maybe the birds will let me have some in the Fall. lol

I know, basically it is exactly that.
Thx, I am going to try it out soon and see what it looks like for a backround. 3nodding
That sounds like the guy isnt very thoughful about what your preferences are. crying
Trees are some of the oldest living things on Earth, and I hate to see one harmed or damaged.
Though trees can survive a lot more than most living things out there can.
Perhaps the birds will realize you like the grapes to. ^8^

Hehe birds have no conscience when it comes to sharing grapes. There's a small commercial vineyard near here. The guy uses nets once the grapes start to ripen. But the birds are clever. They figure out how to crawl under the nets anyway. Sad to tell, that's when he gets out his shotgun.
On the bright side, it's really fun to harvest rows and rows, boxes and boxes of grapes. I expected the fun of the experience would be plenty payment. The owner surprised me with a bottle of wine from a prior year. I'm not much of a drinker, and definitely no wine expert. but to me it tasted really good.

Yeah, animals only know where food is and that it fills thier bellies. ^8^
I hate that he gets his gun out though, lots of Deers and possums and raccoons here so thier are a fair shar of people with guns after them as well when they get into thier gardens.
I bet it is fun to be out in the pretty weather and seeing how many delicious grapes you can pick and can make into all kinds of goodies.
Wine? nice, I bet it was good I myself am not a big drinker either, but fresh wine and only every now and again isnt bad when it comes to something alcoholic.

Yup very nice to be outside in the pretty weather... from dawn until 9 am, when it get's viciously HOT. lol
How's the weather there? I watch the weather channel sometimes and the national weather is sometimes... unexpected.
Yeah, I myself don't think much of shooting nature's critters. My solution would be more nets, better fences. And cats. Nature's pest control. Except when they become pests. Cat piss is stinky.
I like the sweet wines, like mead (honey-ginger wine) and scuppernong. Do you like your occasional glass of wine sweet, fruity, dry?

I agree, its fine outside till iot gets on higher up into the oven-style Temps. lol
Mostly Hot and very dry here, perhaps in a few days we will get some rain and things will cool a bit.
I also agree with that, I would much rather let Nature take care of Nature and use preventative stuff than actually harm an animal unless if is life-threating.
I have actually only tasted Wine one time and it was okay, but I dont think that it was the right kind for me sadly. sweatdrop

This beach trip is perfect timing. My gf broke up with me the day before I left on vacation. Not sure why. She's not tellin' and I'm not askin'.
