Gana got out of his room and began to jog around the village. he wasnt sure he would be ready for the exams this time around, but he was sure he was going to get as strong as he could get before hand. sweat was pouring down his face after a couple laps, but he kept on fighting before he felt somet5hing wrap around his arms and throw him into the wall of a building. he looked up and saw someone blurry standing in front of him and walking towards him.
"Hello Gana." a femanine voice spoke as her image began to clear up infront of him. "I am Anko, and I wil be teaching you how to do the hidden snake hands Jutsu, it will come iun handy, especially in the chuunin exams, which I hear you are taking part in this time." she said with a smile on her face. "so, would you like to learn the move? or not." she asked, still grinning, and looking at the sweat pouring down his face.

Gana sat there panting for a few minutes as he thought it over. "sure." he said in an exasperated voice as he held his knees for support. "but one question, why cant any of you insane teachers just come up to me and ask me to train, instead of jumping me in the streets or in my room.?" he said, trying to shout, which sounded more like a pant from his throat.
"im not really sure." Anko said as she had a confused look on her face as though she was thinking about the answer to his question. "hmmm, I guess you just draw that out of people." she laughed out, still looking at Gana and his tired expression. she called the snakes back into her sleeves and then proceeded to wait for him to get ready for the training. and she was prepared to wait for a very long time by the looks of Gana.

after a few minutes of panting Gana stood up and swallowed a large ball of spit in his mouth. "ok, im ready." he forced out, looking at a now sleeping Anko. "you are kidding me, you jump me to ask me to train then you just fall asleep." he said feling very angry now. "WAKE UP!!!!!" his voice now crackling from the loud shout that seemed to make Anko jump awake with a surprised look on her face.
"heh, wha? Im awake." she mumbled as she looked around surprised, wiping the drool off of her mouth as she looked up at Gana, seeing that he was now standing above her and lookling very displeased. "ok, im ready to train you." she said as she stood up and rubbed the dust out of her eyes and then shook her head, looking back at Gana to start training him.

"now, roll up your sleeves, I am going to teach you this technique as a way oif summoning the snakes in your arms and then controlling them that way, so I need to make the seals on yoru arms first." Anko said with a large grin on her face as she walked closer to Gana with a Kunai in her hand.
"o-ok." Gana said, sounding kinda confused, he didnt know what she meant by she needed to make the seals, or why she was walking towards him with a Kunai in her hands, but he figures she wouldnt try and kill him or anything. he rolled up his sleeves and then held out his arms towards Anko, not really paying attention to her anymore, and seeming to be distracted by just about everything else that was going on at the time.

"AAaaaaaahhhh." Gana shouted in pain as the Kunai Dug into his flesh, digging out some sort of circle with symbols. the pain was excrutiating, but for some reason he never got a signal to his brain telling him to move his arms or try and avoid the pain, he only kept his arms there and shouted in pain from it.
"big baby." Anko muttered to herself as she finished carving the symbold on his arms and then did a jutsu to seal them, leaving only the markings there in what looked like black ink. "there, now you will always be able to perform this jutsu." she said with a smile as she looked up at Gana and saw that he was still in excrutiating pain from the "surgery". "well, I guess I will teach you how to access the seals now." she said in a slightly confused tone as though she didnt know what to do.

"I-I cant feel my arms." Gana said as his arms were now turning purple. he looked up at Anko and saw that she didnt seem to be paying attention to him. "you arent listening to me are you." he said in a slightly frustrated tone, clearly irritated by her and the way she was acting towards him, especially after having just cut into his arms and done god knows what to the veins in there.
"eh, stop your complaining." Anko said to Gana with a slight smile on her face. "you will be fine, I may have cut a little deep, but that is only because you were screaming in my ear, now you have already survived this far, there is no point in turning back now." she said as she did a few quick handseals and snakes appeared out of her sleeves. "now, do this."

Gana watched her closely and then looked down at his hands. he threw them together a few times, trying to do the handseals, but failing in each one and making it look like he just slapped his hands together uncontrollably. and in the end, expectedly, nothing happened. "I could of guessed this would happen, I cant even feel my hands." he mumbled under his breath, clearly irritated by what was going on here.
"hmmm, maby I tood too much blood." Anko said with a slight giggle. "oh well." she said, still smiling at Gana. "we will just have to wait for you to get blood back into your hands again, and just hope that I didnt infect them either." she said, sounding like she was kidding, but actually wasnt kidding at all.

after a few minutes Gana was able to feel his hands and his fingers again. "ok, I think I am ready." he said as he took a deep breath, unable to believe everything that he had been through today, having been jumped twice tpo learn new techniques. he threw his hands together a few times and did the hand seals correctly this time, then he threw his arms out forward and watched as nothing again happened. "ok, what happened this time." he asked Anko, knowing that she would know what went wrong.
"its simple, first off, you didnt flow enough chakra into the seals on your arms, secondly, you didnt even access the seals to call forth the snakes that you were going to summon." she said, still smiling at Gana, thinking that he shopuld be able to get this move down any minute now, or atleast she hoped he would.

dEx and Shadow were both sleeping very soundly when they were awakened by a knock at the front door. dEx sat up and rubbed her eyes while Shadow ran to the door and began to bark. She saw the sunlight coming in around her window curtains and realized that she had slept in until the late morning, which was unsual for her. She threw off the covers and adjusted the sweatshirt and pants that she was wearing.

Gana listened to what Anko said and nodded his head in agreeance. "that makes sense. I guess." he said as he looked at his hands again, wondering if this move would hurt at all, or what would happen once he did it. "oh well, only one way to find out." he said to himself as he did a few handseals and then flowed his chakra into his arms and into the seals on them, releasing them and summoning forth one large snake out of each arm that shot forward toward Anko before stopping and just rising up and staring back at Gana, not having any orders from him.
"very nice. "but remember, the snakes have to have an order from you when they are summoned, or they wont do anything and will just sit there, staring blankly, why dont you try it again, and this time try and summon a few more snakes, no need to give them orders, so long as you can just get them out." her smile never seemed to leave her face as she watched Gana train, she almost seemed happy to see him going through all of this.

Then she walked out of her room to the front door. Apparantly, her aunt and uncle were out and about already. She looked out the peep hole and was a bit stunned to see who was standing there. Then she looked down to hush Shadow as she opened the front door and bowed to the visitor.
"Good morning dEx. May I come in?" asked the Third Hokage with a smile.
"Of course honorable Hokage." she said as she motioned for him to enter.

The Hokage walked past her and Shadow into the living room while she closed the door. Then she followed him into the living room to see him looking at the pictures of her parents hanging on the wall.
"Feel free to sit anywhere" she said with a hand motion towards the different chairs in the room.
The Third Hokage walked over to a chair and sat down. dEx picked a chair across from him and sat down with Shadow settling down at her feet.

"To what do I owe this honor?" she asked curiously.
The Hokage smiled at her and then began to reach inside his scroll pouch.
"I heard that you were back from your training. How was it?" he asked.
"I think it went fairly well. I learned some useful skills." she replied.
The Third nodded to her as he seemed to find what he was looking for, but he didn't pull it out.
"Well, you will be able to try them out soon enough." said the Hokage.

"ok, ill try to summon a few more." Gana said with a slight reluctance in his voice as he looked at Anko. "well, what is the worst that could happen. . . right?" he siad, not really knowing how summoning a few more snakes would really affect his chakra at all. he did the handseals again and forced even more chakra this time into his arms breaking the seals again and watching as three snakes popped out of his arms and just sat there. Gana's body was drained of chakra now, and he had to sit down. "heh, I did it." he said with a grin on his face as he looked at Anko.
"good job Gana." Anko said before she started to walk away. "well, good luck in the chuunin exams and I hope you get some more moves in on your list before you are in them as well." she said as she walked off into the woodsl, leaving Gana to train with someone else before the exams started again.
